Let me start out by saying that my expectations were met and exceeded. Came in and immediately was greeted by Robert (owner) told him I had recently acquired a new to me Toyota 4Runner. Told him I wanted to do a leveling kit and the biggest tire I could fit without modifying the truck to extent where it would be too dramatic. His only suggestion was “let’s do a 3” leveling kit and let’s get a 285/70/17 under there” I knew right away this was my guy. I had already done my own research prior to shopping for tires, and was set on the Falken Wildpeak AT3W. Being that I had a certain look in mind I already knew what would work from researching without me mentioning anything to him. Knowledge is key here. He asked if I wanted to do wheels as well. To be honest rims was never a thought prior to entering the shop merely a suggestion by Robert so I followed through and looked at a couple of his catalogs and he told me stick to certain wheels as they will work perfectly on the Toyota platform. Decided on some Fuel wheels 17x9 to keep things in line with how Toyota intended from factory. Fast forward to today 10/5/2021 a week after entering his shop and starting the procedure, (rims and tires had to be special ordered) I’m beyond pleased. The truck is my new found pride and joy LOL I was so content with his advice that I even had them do my brakes all the way around something that i was going to do myself as I had brake pulsation (purchased vehicle this way)Couple things to note:Upon doing my brakes he painted my calipers black not my request but attention to detail provided by Galvan Tire. (no charge) huge plusAligned the truck with state of the art machineryAlignment sensors clamped on to tire not rim like old school technology. Another huge plus as rims especially painted tend to scratch fairly easy if not careful.Dismounted my old tires off of my factory wheels that I wanted to keep and disposed of tires (no charge)Balanced tires with Hunter Road force machine another state of the art machine.ALL tires have a high and low spot for mounting positioning. Most shops don’t even know this and it makes a huge difference when balancing tires. I never mentioned this detail to them as a request but it was done correctly! Huge surprise as this is normally overlooked.I would say if your in the market for anything tire, wheel, mechanic related shop with confidence and don’t hesitate to do business with Robert and his team at Galvan tire. Stand up family owned company! His mom (lady at the counter) super nice and friendly and knowledgeable herself. If I could give 10 stars I would. Definitely will be my go to shop going forward.PS. I managed repair facilities for 11 years in the Tampa Bay Area. From Sears auto, Kauffman Tire and ending my tenure with Mavis Discount Tire. My experience and gut feeling led me to this shop. Take that for what it’s worth.

Galvan saved the day for me! I came out of my place with a flat tire - it was a screw! Maintenance got it so I could make it to a tire store. The chain place I first went to informed me it would take 5-6 hours to fix but suggested I go next door to Galvan. What a great recommendation! They took care of me virtually immediately. They were friendly, helpful and courteous. The lobby area was clean (and pretty cool looking, too). I planned on getting new tires by years end and will definitely be going to Galvan. They have a customer for life AND I will be passing their name along to everyone I know. Truly, best recommendation I had all year. The corporate chain next door better watch out - this place exceeds expectations and deserves lots of new customers.

I have been searching the web for the best deal on new rims and tires. I was able to get an excellent price on the web. Before I placed my order I did a local search. I found Galvan Wheels & Tires (friend recommended). I drove in and was immediately greeted by the owner. I had no intention of purchasing that day but I showed him a picture of the rims I was going to purchase. He showed me a rim very similar which I liked even better. Without hesitation he gave me a total price out the door which beat my on-line price by several hundred $$. They had no idea I already had a price. Well the next day I drove away with my new rims and tires. Everyone was fantastic. This is a father/son family run business that has been around for years. My best friend whos a Toyota master mechanic swears by these guys. I would have to concur. They did everything they said they would. I could tell they take pride in their work. The owner and his brother do incredibly good work - at least as good as the dealers if not better, but without the high prices the dealers sometimes charge. Theyre honest - theyll tell you if you dont need something, but they also take the time to explain what your car needs. Im fairly picky when it comes to who I trust with my car - Ive never had reservations about letting these people work on my car.

This place has been in Naples for a long time. I now know why. What a professional and kind bunch of people. First Responder, Law Enforcement, and Military friendly. I came in to get tires mounted and balanced with TPM sensors installed. I got a great price and better service. They noticed I could use more clearance for the wheels, which I already knew, but I had no idea they could take care of that too. Two hours later I had my tires and wheels completed and installed, leveling kit installed, and an alignment done. What a great place to meet all of your needs. Great service and prices. I called in to get 4 tires and the owner himself told me to come in the next morning and he did all 4 in under an hour for a ridiculously low price. If u need any tires this is the only place I would tell u to call.

Ripoff I left two tires there to fix the flats and come and find out they put another tire on my rim and tried to sell me a new tire by force, the other tire needed a valve stem, $20 for a valve stem. If thats what they charge and the way they work. Imagine what theyre doing to your engine

I Purchased Tires from them cost was approximately 1,600 balance was included in price. I noticed after two days of driving my vehicle the tires seems like they were bouncing it felt horrible. I took my vehicle back multiple times after the tires were installed and they kept telling me it was my vehicle that had issues and that I needed to invest in fixing it. I took it to the dealership they had to remove all tires and rebalance them. They said whoever balanced them they had no idea what they were doing they put weights all over the place almost five pounds of weights. Sorry but this error if not repaired could have damaged my vehicle and ruined the tires completely.

A few days ago I left my truck to this place to change the fuel pump, bad decision, they cheated me, letting me know that they had done work on the truck that was never done, they even charged me, they said they had changed a fuel pump inside of the tank, which pump does not exist inside the fuel tank, charging me a large sum of money just for lying and changing a sensor in the engine. dont be scammed, dont waste your time with people as fake as them, Id rather stay silent but I dont want anyone else to get involved with these guys,

I have a 61 Rolls which has a modern spin-on oil filter. I went in for oil and filter change plus lube. Three hours and $503 I was done!! Material was probably about $40 so there labor rate must be $150/hour--a bit over the top I think.

Best wheel and tire place in swfl, I took my car here because I needed some repairs done to my rims and also needed new brakes and tires and everything was ready in one day, Galvan and his crew were very professional from the start and the work done to my car was outstanding, definitely went well above my expectations I was more than happy with the way my car looked when everything was done, this is the only place where Ill be taking my car from now on.
