I have owned a Bentley for 6 years - do not drive many miles. I would not go for service anywhere other than Bentley Naples - even though I live 45 minutes away. Sergio is the BEST service guy there is - CUSTOMER SERVICE is his middle name ! He is Customer oriented and makes you feel like he will do anything - which he will. Well Done !

Horrible experience, all sweet talk no action. Bought extended warranty CPO Bentley 7,800 miles with two additional years sight unseen from Naples Bentley due to pandemic 8 months ago.1)It came with an interior side panel scratched when I received. Salesperson said sorry $1600 to replace.2) car said service required when received, they towed back and performed eventually3) had riding issues on highway. They said snow tires and had flat spots and would not replace. I’m like we live in 90 degree weather why are warped tires on car?4) rims oxidizing and they said sorry nothing we can do.I’ve had about 30 cars and ones more expensive but never been blown off like this at any dealer in past. Run!So based on response a CPO car was sold with winter tires with flat spots, no updated service, and corroded rims is ok? And site unseen no disclosure of damaged interior side panel?

As soon as I drove in someone was at the door of my car to ask what was needed. I met with Sergio who filled out the paperwork, gave me a loner car and I was on my way. In the afternoon, Sergio called me to inform me the car was ready and I brought back the loner. Great service. Great people.

I wouldnt recommend this dealer to my worst enemy! Very, very unprofessional. They had no respect and did not care for our vehicle while it was in their care. They damaged it multiple times. Almost each time it went there they dented it. They scratched the paint and had it re-sprayed multiple times because they kept screwing it up. In addition to that my brand new Bentley was a LEMON ! Multiple faults, constantly in the shop being fixed and broke down twice. All within a few weeks. Would never buy another or recommend a Bentley to anyone. The combination of this dealership and this auto brand was an absolute nightmare. Vehicle was bought back after filing a Florida Lemon Law Claim. They tried (but failed) to make us sign a non-disclosure agreement so nobody would know. I guess these expensive luxury auto brands dont want the public knowing about problems for fear of it tarnishing their name.

I stopped in the first time in February - just on a whim - with my best friend. I live in Ohio and was at my condo for a few days. One sees a lot of Bentleys in Naples! Not so much in Columbus, Ohio! I was uncomfortable just going into the dealership. However, they greeted me quite nicely and a salesman, Chris Posey, assisted me promptly. We did a test drive and I fell in love! Had to think about this for a while! Chris kept in touch with me and answered all my questions. The first light blue one sold before I got my loan processed - I told Chris I may cry a little. I went down again - and they called and had the color I loved! I immediately went over and drove it - and it was mine! I was in Fl. for two weeks. I drove it everyday and loved every moment! I may ship it to Ohio for the summer and then back to Fl. for the winter. They made me feel like I was a friend!

I have never written a review for anything, but I want to take time to acknowledge the experience I had with this dealership. I worked with Chris Prince for the purchase of a sports car that had been a dream of mine since I was in grade school. When I initially contacted the dealership, I was deployed to the Middle East so the only interactions I could have were via email. From the initial response after my online vehicle inquiry, I felt like I was always in the loop and all responses were incredibly fast. Chris was also understanding and helpful even though we were trying to conduct business with nearly a 12 hour time zone difference. Every question asked had a useful response and when I requested specifics about the vehicle, Chris sorted through and scanned multiple papers that documented the vehicles maintenance history. Since this purchase was going to be without seeing it in person, Chris arranged for a pre-purchase inspection through another dealership (Acura). Since they work on that particular make and model regularly, they would know what type of shape it was in. After the inspection checked out, Chris arranged shipment of the vehicle from Florida to California. I bought the car sight unseen, a first for me, but I felt an incredible sense of trust from the interactions with this organization both via email and phone. They did not disappoint, everything was as described and I am now enjoying my new (to me) car. The car I bought was not nearly as expensive as many others that this dealership handles, but the professionalism and customer service I received was above and beyond what I have ever experienced anywhere else. If youre in the market for a vehicle, and this dealership has it in their inventory, this is the only place to go. I imagine the experience is even better in person. This dealer is selling a YELLOW 2006 Porsche 911 Carrera 4S Cabriolet for $61 998. This car came from Mercedes Benz of Boston and it was being sold there for $55 000 but it landed up in Florida because they could not sell it even at that price. The trade in value if you owned this car is between $42 000-$47 000. The retail book value on the car is between $47 000-$52 000. Anyone who buys this vehicle is being TOTALLY ripped off. Fair market range is between $47 000-$52 000 NOT $61 998. Be cautious as the Navigation system on the older Porsche cars gives a lot of problems. You can buy a new shape 911 for this price!

I totally agree with the review about the yellow Porsche Carrera 4S cabriolet. So over priced. Dealers should be ashamed ripping people off like this and over inflating prices. Don’t buy this unless the price is right. The car is 11years old!

We acquired a brand new 2012 Bentley GTC (Vin # SCBGR3ZAXCC077191). Sticker price around $239,000. We had multiple problems from the start. It was sold to us with defective tires which had to be replaced. The vehicle broke down twice. One of those times the vehicle shut down at 45mph in three lanes of traffic with loss of brakes and steering! One time Bentley Naples returned the car back to us it had two dents on the drivers side, a deep scratch on the fender, the exterior was filthy and the interior looked like someone had thrown coffee all over it. On another occasion the car was returned back to us with two more dents in different places. In total they put four dents in this car and one deep scratch that meant the entire rear fender had to be repainted. However, they couldnt even get that paint repair done properly. It took them multiple attempts to get it looking right, weeks and weeks back and forth. It seemed like the vehicle was in the shop for more time than we ever got to have it. We found this dealership to be unprofessional, irresponsible, incompetent and they had no respect for our vehicle whatsoever! A Defective Motor Vehicle report was filed with Attorney Generals office as the vehicle was claimed to be a lemon under Florida Lemon Law. It failed its final inspection because it broke down 48 hours before the appointment. Eventually Bentley bought the vehicle back as a manufacturer buy-back. They also tried to make us sign a non-disclosure agreement because they didnt want this negative information being made public. We refused, took the refund check and walked away. We would never buy another Bentley and we would never buy any vehicle from this dealership. We have full documentation and photographs to back up all of the facts above.

Good car dealer, here are the brands, Maserati, McLaren, Bentley, Porsche, Rolls Royce and refined Mercedes. Here everyone who has enough small change should find his dream car. Something to think about, but no dealer guarantees me a 2016 Mercedes SLS for over $ 95,000, I cant understand. Oh well.
