These guys really helped me out when my bevel gears in my Kawasaki Teryx went out. They stepped up and did a great job on a very large repair. Got my motorcycle from that company when they were Florida Motorsports. Recently debated on getting a new motorcycle, send them an inquiry for an estimate via email - no response. Then stopped by, no one even said hi to me while I was browsing the few bikes they had on display. I eventually talked to one of the 2 people on the floor, who seemed to be salesmen, but the guy didnt seem quite interested in selling me a bike. Answered my questions though. Then I sent them an email to give me an estimate on work that I want done on my current bike, since the bike I am interested in isnt available from them, and I was told someone has been waiting for such a bike for over 4 months now, and that second email got no response either... So I guess its a pretty mediocre place as far as customer service/relations.I did purchase a washer and a cell phone stand from their part shop, while I was there. 1 parts salesman was talking to some friends of his and completely ignored me, so I waited for 1-2 mins until someone else showed, and at least he had people skills and did his job as if he didnt hat e it. Wish I remembered his name.

I have recently been coordinating with the service department for both servicing and repair of my storage compartment on my Jet Ski. My contact Krystal has kept me informed every step of the way. Since a new part was needed, she confirmed when it was ordered, when it arrived, when the technician could do the install of the new part, when 2 people could come to my home and take the ski by water to a local lift, and when it will be brought back serviced and repaired. A lot of logistics involved and this could not have been a better experience. Well done!

I am a returning customer from the Naples location and they have once again given me an amazing experience. Had to bring my Brute Force in to get the fuel pump looked at since it had just been replaced and was causing issues. Got a call the same day and it was ready to be picked up the next day. Everyone I talked to was extremely nice, and in the case of a few questions I had, were very patient. Crystal once again helped me out and is just an amazing person and very nice everytime i talk to her. When I was loading my bike up the winch wasnt working, they sent Aaron out to help me, he was very nice and quick to find the issue and fix it for me. Ill definitely be returning if I need repairs in the future!

Took my son today at 3:33pm. My son is interested Ina dirt bike. Upon arrival, we seen customers and staff inside. My son attempted to enter, the dealership. But the doors were locked. Staff and customers made eye contact. With no response we retreated to my vehicle. At no time we were approached and given explanation. Ive been doing business with Fl-motorsports, since Shirley street location! Sad my son, had to experience this! Hours posted closes at 6pm.

Brought in my 2013 can am spyder to have new tires put on. Staff was great and very courteous when dropping off spyder. Picked spyder up after hours and went to drive home and it ran rough, no way to turn around because shop was already closed. Brought bike back to shop to make sure that it was balanced properly. I was told that the rim was bent. I was told that I must have hit something and done this, because the tech said he balanced the tires. The tires were brand new and if I hit something to dent a rim, dont you think it would have done some damage to the tire. The service manager was rude and does not care about his customers.

I have dealt with parts and the service departments, and soon will be dealing with the sales department because of my outstanding experience with Florida Motorsports. Absolutely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional from A to Z. I have been to a large amount of motorcycle dealers throughout the states and this has to be the best. The staff here is exceptional, and no attitude whatsoever! I highly recommend Florida MotorSports for any power sport needs!

I want to give a public shout-out to the new owners from Power Lodge. As you read through these Florida Motorsports reviews, you see examples of problems on the buying end with title issues, surprise charges, people feeling bait & switch and more. For sure I had similar negative problems in purchasing a Waverunner approximately 2 years ago. I thought I was an isolated instance but apparently not. Yet, Im giving them 5 stars here. Im doing that because Ive noticed a huge change since Power Lodge took over. In my instance I needed some creative flexibility as it regards my service contract. They could have told me to get lost. I was in sales for 37 years so I knew I was at an inflection point where I was either going to get lost if they told me to or I was going to be a customer for life. Instead of telling me to get lost, Carlos (service manager) and Orlando (finance manager) listened to my situation and eventually agreed to an approach that was fair to all. To top it off, they have Uriah back on board for Waverunner service! These new folks from Power Lodge know customer service. Give them a chance to win you back!

No that’s false.. another lie what a surprise. I can purchase the same exact bike at numerous nearby motor sports dealerships for 6,300$... I have print outs of there OTD prices from each dealership I can upload to show you on the 2018 Kawasaki Z650 (same exact bike I purchased for 8,000$ at your dealership)... so to say the price I was made to pay at your unprofessional dealership is a “fair purchase price” is a total lie. You price gouge and have no ethics. I stand behind my words and I will make sure anyone I know stays far away from your dealership

Great deals and pricing, but the staff is probably sick if kids coming in to pretend they are going to buy, i must have sat on 10 bikes in 30 mins before someone besides the parrot even looked at me. They were nice but seemed like they didnt care. Shoes fit, parts shop is top notch. Financing is very competitive.

Then why did your dealership sold it to me???2 title miles didnt match motorcycle miles....3 backed up with paperwork.4 will call you back for a dozen calls... never returned my calls5 sent title through mail.... Was in the dealership recently and could not get waited on. Was in there almost 15 minutes and not one sales person could put their cellphone down long enough to acknowledge me. The location, pricing, presentation, and amount of units available where really good but poor service from staff.As a person who has worked in retail for 30+ years, this may have been the least interested sales staff I have ever seen.

I have relied on Florida Motorsports to service all of my motorcycles since moving to Naples in 2015. One of my bikes is a carburated 1995 Yamaha Vmax that I have owned since 2000. I am writing this review following the very favorable experience I have had with FMS regarding this bikeWhen it is running correctly, the VMAX is a joy to ride and as fast as I ever want to go! However, it has been plagued by a carburetor problem that has eluded all attempts to correct it. I have had the bike to numerous mechanics and shops over the years, and even considered selling it after investing literally thousands of dollars chasing this problem. Only now is it running as it should thanks to Florida Motorsports and the determination, expertise, and skill of the service department and especially the service manager Carlos.The bike was with Florida Motorsports for nearly 2 months, and Carlos regularly communicated with me the status of the work. Each time they believed it was corrected, it would be taken for a test ride, Carlos reported he  was not happy with it and would only return it to me when he was satisfied it was running as it should.When they did release it, I took it for a ride and remembered why I love this bike so much! It sounds like no other bike and now runs better than it ever has! It has that aggressive sounding idle and there is not the slightest hesitation when I twist the throttle. It is dialed in perfectly!!!Carlos and FMS, thank you for sticking with me and getting my VMAX running RIGHT!

Parts department is completely incompetent staring at the screen with the part numbers in front of his face still could not understand order those bolts for me, i need them even confirm they were sold in packs of 2 after telling him I needed two of each... I bought my quad there a few years back wouldnt take it there for service God knows what parts theyre ordering. This is exactly why I work on my own bikes its worth the time to make sure its not done by a fool.... Will never return to this store!!

Im new to the area so my Gps had me parking in the rear of the building where it looked to be the service area. I walked in looking to buy a jet ski and walked up to the front where it looked like a sales person was sitting down on his phone. Ok no big deal he was probably emailing a customer or doing something Business related well after looking at the Wave runners for 20 plus minutes and still not being acknowledged I decided to leave. As I was walking out the back door were service desk is another two workers were sitting down in the office and not a single word. I get people get busy but I figured after seeing three workers one would say hello. Guess they’re too busy to want my business as looking for the next store to check out does anyone have any recommendations as again I just moved to town a week ago.

Kramer is a great salesman, very knowledgeable. I went in looking for a 300, he showed me all the bikes they had and walked me through everything different about them. Eli definitely came through for me I spent less then I thought I would and the payments are super cheap, together they got me on the bike I really wanted. Brand new Kawasaki 650, I would not have been happy on a smaller bike and they knew exactly what I was looking for. I would recommend this place to anyone, especially if it’s your first bike. Thank you guys for getting me on an amazing bike.

Sean Ray is the best salesman around. Just bought my first ski a wake pro 230. He has sold me my first street bike as well back in 2008. He’s always knowledgeable and helpful. Go see him. Parts department as usual helpful and very friendly. Don’t even get annoyed with me when I’m constantly asking questions.

Easy to talk to salesman

We bought 2 Ski Doo jet skis from them 3 years ago. We also bought the service package. Their staff and service staff are so helpful and thorough. We appreciate being able to call them anytime if we have any questions. Steve who serviced our jet skis did an excellent job. Great customer service on taking care of my jet skis as if they were his own. We highly recommend them!

Salesman can make all the difference in the world. Unfortunately as a customer you HAVE to interact with a salesman to get an out the door price. One salesman, Mike gave me this big speech why I should purchase from them, tried to up sell me right away and could not come close to Sunsports price. I respect the fact they would not discount the bike that is their choice but was not impressed with Mike. The other salesman I dealt with was very nice, not pushy and easy going. A pleasure to deal with. Bottom line they have nice inventory, are extremely over priced and I have went there twice to buy bikes and ended up buying in ft. myers because they refused to budge on price. I guess it is Naples as Mike let me know how many Billionaires he deals with. Sorry, I work for a living and am not even a millionaire.

Their sales department is great but their services department is horrible can never get anything done on time they are always giving you the run around and they never accept responsibility my bike has been sitting in their shop for over a month and all they have managed to do is get the engine off the bike and opened up I do not recommend it to no one.

Mike and Stefan took great care of me. No BS like Sunsports in fort myers. It’s well worth the extra drive if you aren’t in Naples. Got my dream bike quick and easy. Plenty of good accessories to choose from on the way out also.

I have been putting off buying a street bike for awhile. I went into Florida Motorsports yesterday determined to buy a street bike, I Kinda knew what I wanted but still didnt know which bike would give me the best bang for my buck. Mr.Kramer knew everything about the inventory he had in stock and showed me a few street bikes. He recommended a 2019 Ninja 400 with ABS. I took the bike home, Kramer actually escorted me to my house on his bike making sure I was okay the ride home. Eli gave me a great deal in the finance department and explained everything in detail so I knew exactly what was going on every step of the way.

This is a great place to shop for a new motorcycle. The staff are great to work with and are willing to help as much as possible. Not Happy. Bought a ski from them in February and have tried to arrange delivery multiple times with little or no response from my salesmen. Wouldnt think this was such an issue being that their in the business of selling and servicing skis. Probably going to try to figure this out myself since I paid them in full and they have no incentive to be responsive I guess.

Called the past two days to contact salesman to buy a bike. The girl that answers the phone was rude and obviously had no customer service experience after telling me go to sun sports if are service isnt good enough well guess what thanks for the advice I found the bike I wanted from there and 45 minutes later the deal was done and I was headed home with my new bike.

Bought a used bike. Ride home, left fairing falls off. After picking up the pieces on I-75 and get home, call them and they laughed and said I was on my own. Mind blowing.UPDATE: Dealer reached out and demanded I remove my review or threatened to never do business with me again, as if I would ever step another foot into their building ever again. The biker community is a strong one. I advise anyone on two wheels to avoid this place like the plague.UPDATE #2: Sent VIN and photos as requested. No record of you buying a bike Once they have youre money, they could care less about you. How is this place still in business??????

Great bike, horrible deal. After getting home I realized they charged me $800 for assembly and another $600 for destination, when I know for a fact it costs $400 to ship it to them via Yamaha. Learn from other reviews on here, avoid at all costs.

Ski spent 6 months there with a overheating problem. Finally they tell me they have it fixed I put it in the water and in less than 10 minutes it is overheating. Absolutely the worst customer service I have had in years.

Although I havent bought my 1000 VStrom at this store (higher $ back then), I decided to pay them a visit (window shopping) on a rainy Sat. Kramer - sales person I guess - was extremely professional and educational, delivered me outstanding customer service, beyond selling his products or services ..... Id consider this guy next time!

Bad experience. No customer service. They just want to sell. I cant start or test drive the motorcycle I bought. It is terrible place to buy stuff.

When I ask him about getting it home he said no problem we will take care of that and also getting me signed up to take the 3 wheel driver course. I was in there the next day to buy helmets and the gentleman at the parts counter (sorry I didnt get his name) was very helpful and answered all my questions and made sure I was happy with my helmet purchase.”

“Brandon did his usual great job with the service at my dock on my IS260 limited. When I informed him that I had lost 5 chairs, 1 table with glass top, a chaise lounge chair, and an umbrella in the water from the storm Monday he looked and thought he saw one in the water. After much work on his part we were able to get everything but one chair out and back on the dock. Thanks again to way beyond the job work by Brandon.”

Everyone is very helpful and nice. I always get things done right when i come in to the store. they know me by name, and i have bought two brand new motorcycles over the years. I always buy my Honda parts here for my vintage Hondas and all my oil & other lubes. great place.

Im from California, and was visiting my a close friend of mine in Naples. Im a huge enthusiast for motorcycles and figured Id pass by the store to check it out. Even though I didnt buy anything, Issei was very kind and informative and funny! If I lived anywhere in south Florida Id definitely buy from him!
