Fantastic shop for stationary, cards and writing-related arts & crafts materials. Great staff; really helpful and friendly! A little pricey, but in line with what you would expect to pay at a brick & mortar store with the benefit of being able to see the items in person. The handmade cards are distinctive and a particularly good deal. Highly recommended.

Such a cool little shop, I went in looking for a specific item, they found it for me and were very knowledgeable about their products and so very helpful. I will without a doubt be going back when I need to restock my supplies(and maybe just because I like to browse). I really can’t recommend them enough if you need stationary or cards.

Worst Customer experience ever.I walked in between noon-1 pm, with a mask on my face, and sanitizer in my pocket. I had a small box i needed wrapped and that was it.The store was quiet, and empty, which is fine, i understood because the Holidays were over.I approach and greet the two at the desk, and ask if they could please wrap the small box i had. The lady at the register mentioned to me, in a condescending tone that she was busy and she had no time at all to wrap my gift, that it required a 24 hour waiting period.The Store was completely empty with no other customers, except me. I needed to have it wrapped due to time constraints and i could not wait, nor did I want to deal with her attitude anymore. The lady next to her was silent the entire time.Im sorry, but when you tell a customer that you have no time, when it literally takes less than 15 minutes to wrap 1 small gift, and the store is empty of anyone else, it paints a clear picture that you do not want to help him/her, and you dont care.I will not be returning back to Paper Source, as this was a waste of my time, gas, and effort.

Like others, I always find the cutest gifts and knick knacks at Paper Source, so I already loved coming here. Today, I returned to the store after noticing a small issue with an item I purchased here last week. Nicole (manager?) & another associate (Colleen?) resolved the issue quickly and without question. A problem that I thought could have been a big headache was handled so well - I was in and out of the store in less than five minutes! Thanks ladies, and thank you Paper Source Naperville :)

Nice store but what makes it great is the employees. I visited this location in Naperville last Tuesday around 1:30-2:00 & the ladies working there were so amazing, helpful, friendly. It was evident they love what they do. Thank you ladies for your excellent customer service. Makes me want to apply for a job their. Their spirit is contagious!

Nice store in downtown Naperville. We found it as we were walking around exploring the downtown. They have premade cards and materials to make you own cards. They also have a few nick knacks and games and such. You can make custom stamps and they had a area in the back for classes.

This is a really fun store with very friendly and helpful people. Only 4 out if 5 stars because its also quite pricey. Nevertheless, if youve never been in there you should definitely check it out!

Walked in looking for a postcard. They had only 1, which was a let down.But they also had a more expensive, very cool looking hybrid postcard/letter, that satisfied my needs.Helpful people.

I had never heard of Paper Source before. I do a lot of calligraphy and go to Hobby Lobby, Jo-Anns, Michaels, or Blicks for materials, but the one thing I could never get there were envelopes or a large variety of parchment papers. Ive recently started doing more work for formal events and need thick, textured envelopes that have a hand-made, personalized feel to it. I felt like everything I needed was right there and I probably wouldnt have to visit other stores for paper and envelope needs, in particular. A great variety of envelopes to choose from, theyre all stocked in order so you dont have to keep asking for help but if you do need to ask, the staff are kind and helpful.

Worst service ever from whomever was working around 4-4:30 today. She was so rude, and just didnt care. I purchased a baby gift. I also purchased, a la carte, a SHEET of wrapping paper. My husband thought it would be a good idea if I just got her to wrap it so the paper wouldnt get wrinkled on the way home..... she very reluctantly wrapped it, charged me $6 MORE to wrap a book, handed it to me, and when I asked about what type bow, she said, You can go look for a bow in the front, but itll be extra for the bow, too! Oh, my goodness! I paid for the paper, then for her to wrap it.... and a ribbon is MORE!?! What kind of place is this???? My husband asked for a bag to put the gift in, and she SIGHED deeply, and handed him a bag. I feel so mistreated and taken advantage of.... where I spent a good deal of money! I told her she was rude, and she sighed, and said, Is there anything else you need??? Still very angry about this transaction and encounter. Never again. Ever. I live in Naperville! I live here! And I have friends and family here!THERE IS SERIOUSLY SOMETHING WRONG WITH THIS SALESPERSON! She cannot be the store owner. she needs to go, or this place will close its doors due to this type service.

This place is such a cute store. They have lots of unique stuff.

I havent bought stationary here before but I have visited to look for random gifts for friends. Its a great place to go for somewhat quirky, joke gifts or a thoughtful and unique gift as well.

This store is so much fun! I could spend hours here.
