Our experience with the Kitchen Master has been fantastic. We had them rework our master bathroom. We couldnt be more happy with the results and the five year warranty is something you just dont find anywhere else.Several years ago, our house caught fire by a lightning strike and to make a long story short, the builder hired to rebuild it came up short on the quality and workmanship side of things. My wife and I were not happy with the results they left us with, so we hired a different company to come in and fix the bath. I wont name them, but they were even worse than the builders we originally had. So at this point we had an unusable master bath that was worked on twice and cost us thousands of dollars.We found the Kitchen Master and liked what we saw on their web page so we contacted them to help us with our hopeless master bath once and for all. From our first meeting with our designer, Anna, everything just went unbelievably smoothly. She guided us through all of our selection choices and helped us to pick out the items we were on the fence about, right in their showroom.The actual demolition and re-construction work was completed by Josh. Weve dealt with quite a few contractors over the years and unfortunately, most of them we were not happy with but Josh was terrific. A professional through and through, he had the knowledge to get the work done quickly and at a high level of quality. Everything that was done, all the tile work, the custom glass shower and the installation of our new vanity counter looks absolutely amazing. His attention to detail was remarkable and the work he did to get things done right, did not go unnoticed by us. Tom our project manager, always kept us up to date with scheduling the work, and was in constant contact with us to let us know what would happen with the job at any given time. He was a great point of contact and never failed to answer our questions and return our calls or emails. We always knew what was happening with our remodel and never felt out of the loop in any way.Everyone we worked with at the Kitchen Master treated us with respect and put us at ease with their knowledge and level of professionalism. From the start we felt like we were in good hands. If and when we decide to remodel another bathroom, we will not hesitate to call on them. First of all some older Gentleman who was a salesman was rude. I walked in and said I’d like my kitchen remolded I was downsizing since I’m retired. First things outta his mouth was if you don’t have 85,000 go to Home Depot. I know I had shorts and sandals on but this guy must of thought I didn’t have any money. Never judge the book by its cover. I just walked out and you lost a big money deal buddy.

I would highly recommend The Kitchen Master! From planning to completion they were great to work with!Stacy was my designer and she was extremely patient with all my questions and indecisiveness!The team that did the work was just great! Tom always gave me notice as to when and who would be workingand what time they would arrive. He also checked on the work every step of the way.Josh who worked on the carpentry/cabinetry is the best! Again, patient with my questions and indecision!The garage and the kitchen were totally cleaned up at the end of each work day. The work area was totally sealed offand I had almost no construction dust.The project started on schedule and finished up a couple days ahead of the original schedule.I choose them because I felt most comfortable with their approach to the project and I definitely made the right choice!

Kitchen Master did an outstanding job remodeling our kitchen. From the design to the final details everything was done expertly. Although our kitchen is small, we now have increased storage, counter space, and efficiency. Every person that came into our home had a goal to make the job perfect and they succeeded. When we needed some issues resolved after the job was done they did so promptly and cheerfully. We highly recommend this company and their highly trained personnel.

We used The Kitchen Master for a new island. Everyone we worked with from the design team to the installers was very professional, knowledgeable and competent. I have worked with Jennifer at The Kitchen Master on three projects over the past 18 years: full set of kitchen cabinets for a remodel, cabinet doors for a bathroom update, cabinets for a basement remodel. I know Im getting better quality cabinets than what I could buy at a big box store. More important, the expertise of the designers at The Kitchen Master helps me avoid mistakes. I like to do some of the remodeling work myself, but I need help in picking out cabinets that will look good and meet our needs. Kitchen Master has been a perfect fit for us.

Anna Lehner did an amazing job on my kitchen design and the finished result is better than I imagined. Tom the project manager kept me informed throughout the entire process and promptly responded to all my questions. The entire project team was professional and I was able to not only leave the state during construction but left the country for 8 days without worry. The buildertrend app was very helpful as I was able to see the daily schedule and progress pictures every day. They also have no issue with dogs which was a huge plus for me as I did not have to board mine during construction. I would highly recommend Anna for her impeccable design services.

Kitchen Master (KM) took my BIG ideas and made them into a beautiful, functional kitchen for my family. Every one of the numerous workers who came into our house was skilled, professional, and friendly, as well as respectful of our space and time (and our cat!). Once we nailed down a plan, Tom, our project manager and all-around great guy, kept the work flowing while he kept constant communication going with me. I believe its those relationships and the attention to detail that makes a renovation special and KM is all about the details. Its what separates them from a more generic installer from a big box store. Many things were worked out in the design phase, then when on site, our main guy, Josh, picked up on small problems and resolved them with finesse. Im picky, but I think Josh was pickier! He took that much pride in his work. We trusted KM with our first renovation in the 1980s, and were even happier we trusted them to do a great job in 2017. Thank you, Kitchen Master!

In fact, they had to expedite us! I found The Kitchen Master through Google – they’re between me and my train station, I’ve driven by thousands of times and never knew it was there! I worked with Anna for design, who came to the house and immediately pointed out all the little things I hated about my master bath before I could volunteer them. Both she, Tom (project manager) and everyone else I dealt with had great attention to detail, provided great design advise (because boy do I need it), and had excellent communication – available by email and phone, plus you can see day by day progress through their nifty web portal. Jobs were completed expediently, with basically zero punch list items. All around, just a really pleasant, zero stress experience, which was very important for me as I travel constantly for my job and needed someone doing the work that I didn’t feel like I needed to babysit. I was even confident and comfortable enough with their work that I went on an international vacation while my bathroom was being done! I can’t say that about any of the other people I’ve worked with in the house. Plus they went the extra mile to figure out how to deal with some unique materials in my townhouse (a weird subfloor that needed some special handling) and what had stymied other flooring companies in the past was a complete non-issue for these guys.So far I’ve had them replace my kitchen floor and all but gut my master bathroom, and I’ll absolutely use them again for the other bathroom in the house. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Kitchen Master and Anna specifically to anyone looking for remodeling.

Tim Doran was our contractor on site and he did an amazing job with making Adam’s design a reality in our home. I would recommend Adam and his team 1,000 times over.

I have had Ted and Kitchen Master for 3 remodel jobs in 1987, 2004 and 2011. Ted and his company is outstanding. Ted uses his extensive knowledge to guide, but not press any decisions that need to be made.Communications are timely and detailed. His construction managers and workers are top-notch. Workers are on time and experts at what they do. There was never a worry about what was being done, when it was to be done, or whether there would be a mess. In addition, they immediately helped me with a minor question I had 4 years after the last project. Kitchen Master is the only remodeling company to use, as far as Im concerned.

Used Kitchen Master previously and was happy with the work they did so when we decided to redo the laundry room counter we went to Kitchen Master. A major disappointment. We did not skimp on what we wanted and relied on Kitchen Master for granite and sink. Their staff is very nice and helpful however installation was a total disappointment. Move the installation date without keeping me updated, turns out the sink which was supposed to be an under mount sink couldnt be under mounted, and the granite was cut wrong. The sink issue and mis-cut came to light when they were trying to install the countertop. We had to go to Plan B, an alternative thats acceptable but not what we wanted. I will not use them again.

When we purchased a home in Naperville, we knew that we would install a new kitchen, but were unsure about any other changes. After consulting with several kitchen and bath remodelers, we found The Kitchen Master, and designer, Adam Hartig. Adam took time to listen to our ideas, and then added his professional expertise and vision. Following his advice, we decided to “open up” the main floor with some structural changes, rehab the kitchen and bathroom and also install hardwood flooring. We could not be more pleased with the finished product. It is not only beautiful, but functional and beyond our expectations. Jill and I want to thank you for assembling such a professional, talented and friendly Team to work on our new kitchen project.  As you know, this was no simple project - take out old cabinets and install new.  This project required creative talent and a willingness to solve problems (some anticipated and some discovered)!  The Kitchen Master (KM) Team performed exceptionally!The project began during our first meeting with KMs Joseph Kiselyk, Certified Designer.  Once we met him, we knew that Joseph was the designer that we wanted to work with us on our new kitchen!  We thought Joseph was the perfect blend:  personable, professional and knowledgeable!  And he reinforced that feeling every time we met with him.  He knew the budget we had established, and he worked with us to offer ideas, arrangements and products that led to a very successful outcome.  Not only does he know design, but he also understands the business and the realities of construction.  We would strongly recommend his services to others!  Talent makes a job look easy.We could not have had a better Project Manager than KMs Tom Meyers.  Toms job is a tough one; I know, Ive been in similar shoes!  Tom took over the project and came up to speed remarkably quickly.  It was not long before he knew this job inside out.  He obviously knows his business!  He coordinated the scheduling of the various sub-contractors, supplying some of the best craftsmen I have ever worked with and made decisions (and cajoling) appear effortless!  Tom was here so often during the project that he became almost family.  He was not afraid of facing unexpected problems head-on (and we had our share of those with this old house)!  As they occurred, Tom and his contractors would assess the problem, offer options and work with us to find a solution - just the way we hoped it would happen.  Tom made the project look easy, but it was far from it.  Every orchestra needs a conductor, and Tom was a perfect choice for this project!  Talent makes a job look easy.Tom assigned Tim, a very talented carpenter (and much more), as the lead on this project.  Tim spent more time here in our home with us than any of the other craftsmen.  His capabilities and attention to detail amazed us!  His solutions to issues were thoughtful, clever and knowledgeable, particularly the leveling of the floor, the matching of the ceilings, the new framing for the window, the unbelievable blending of the outside siding, the back stairs, and the new patio doors.  Tim had an attitude that we think permeated the entire Team.  First of all, among similar craftsmen they shared ideas and combined experiences; the result was near perfection.  And between the different trades, it was encouraging and later comforting to see that the craftsmen not only knew each other but worked well together adjusting and coordinating their work efforts to seamlessly accomplish a quality result.  A truly Team effort!Camping out in our two front rooms while construction progressed was not high on our list, but the end results and our fantastic new kitchen made it all worthwhile!  And the wonderful people we met along the journey made it an experience we will always remember!We would be proud and pleased to be a reference for any future potential projects that The Kitchen Master may have!.......Joe and Jill Vavrek
