Love this place and bought a Wüsthof knife set here and they are the best knives ever. I would recommend coming here if you want the top of the line cookware. I also bought some pans and they were also the best pans I have ever had. Below are the pictures of the items I bought. Recommend this place to anyone who wants to come here and get the cookware they have.

Went in to pick up an order that my boyfriend had ordered. Cashier was friendly and got it set up while we looked around. Ended leaving with some other things of pancake/waffle mix and spatulas. Very happy with them and the quality

My experience started out well. I stopped in to look at something I had my eye on for a while. The salesperson, Barb was friendly and helpful while we discussed the product and options for a discount through their store card.I left the store the think about it and then decided to apply online and order for pickup on my way back to my hometown. However online the item didn’t appear in inventory. So I stopped my tourist visit and returned to the store to ask for help. But I was greeted with an entirely different Barb. She was visibly upset when I explained I had applied online and tried to purchase online, exclaiming that neither she or the store would receive credit for my purchase or opening an account.I felt like I was being scolded and in front of other guests and staff. In the end she was unwilling to discuss any further details and said, “Well thanks for thinking of us”.While I understand her point, as a guest in their store, her sole purpose is to ensure that I get what I’m looking for and receive NOTHING but a positive experience. In the end, I’m glad that she didn’t receive credit for anything after showing her true colors.

I stopped in for the first time shopping for a birthday present for my wife. The store was busy and it took a minute for my turn to come up. When it did, I got a full product demo from some very knowledgeable and capable sales associates. These people provided an awesome in-store experience that is just impossible on-line. Superior selection of high quality kitchen and dining necessities and luxuries. Attentive staff. They often have high demand items in stock that everyone else has sold out, even though the prices are very reasonable, considering the quality. Dont go hungry or the samples will cause you to blow your diet. Smells delicious.

Great place I have been looking to upgrade my cookware for a long time. I wanted the all-Clad D5 Stainless steel 10 piece set. But the price was $1500 to $899 sale price. I found this set at Williams Sonoma for $599 and picked them up in a heart beat.

Had a problem with an order for Mothers Day. Called customer service and Susanna quickly helped to resolve the problem. She demonstrated what good customer service really is. She was able to solve the problem without handing me off or checking with a supervisor. Would definitely buy from them again.

Oh My Gosh!!! A visit to Williams-Sonoma is always an adventure for me. Simply love this place. Found the absolute perfect size Anniversary Bundt Pan for holiday butter pound cake sharing. The team at Williams-Sonoma was fabulous and truly in the holiday cooking mood. The stuffing, gravy and apple-cranberry sauce were amazing. Thank you everyone for your kindness and fun. Now, all I need is that thousand dollar Kitchen Aid Mixer and I am set!!😊 Happy Holidays!!

I loved William Sonoma and have ordered several luxury items over the years. The product branding and product quality has always been on point. When purchasing a gourmet luxury product there should be an expectation of premium customer service. Unfortunately it seems that WS has outsourced the customer service department or as the manager at the Naperville location explained they are a separate entity. This call center does NOT honor the same standards for customer service or professionalism. I understand that these are lower paying jobs however when a customers online purchase is 2 months late and requests to speak with a manager the request should be simple to honor. Out of frustration I then reached out to the Naperville store and spoke to a manager in hopes the situation could be rectified. It was extremely frustrating to know she was unable to escalate the matter to a manger because she does not know who the manager is at the call center because as she explained customer service is a separate entity. The manager explained she would have to call the same number and deal with the same people. It is astounding that this call center employing Aquila(sounds like tequila) Tia and Karen are employed in a customer service capacity and that customers as well as a WS manager are unable to reach management because of the business structure. It was actually recommended by the Naperville Manager that I email customer service in hopes to contact a Manager of the customer service team. I’m posting this review to warn customers to think twice before purchasing online from WS. The product you are purchasing are not actually WS it’s from China through this separate entity. Should you not receive your order or the quality of the product not be of WS standards you will have to deal with this atrocity of a call center. I’ve been educated and learned my lesson from this awful experience.

Poor management. Walked in at a bad time to return item bought online. Only one register worked in a busy Saturday afternoon in Christmas shopping season. Wasted whole time waiting in line for my turn then was told return is actually done at a separate register (the particular register was actually functional all the time). Seriously it cannot be more obvious I was in the store for return with the giant shipping box! Nobody bothered to even ask when I walked in. No apologies ever given after I wasted so much time in waiting. Store manager Susan was RIGHT there all the time when I stood in-line in front of her. Shameful experience. William Sonoma is a great store but this store needs a fresh management turn over!

Excellent service. Always friendly and courteous. Came here looking for a Spiralizer and a spoon rest. Camay gathered items and completed checkout. This is the reason why we always come to the Naperville Williams Sonoma. We will definitely return and recommend.

I had a terrible experience with William Sonoma online order that supposed to be picked up at this location. Placed a order on October 23 buy online pickup in store, payed with a gift card. 2 days later received email that actually the item isn’t available in store and order is canceled and money are back on the card. Money wasn’t back and I called costumer service, find out that they cannot put money back and we have to wait up to 2 weeks to receive a gift card through the mail. I said that supposed to be a gift and we need it earlier. The women from castumer service said we can go buy it, using a different type of payment and when we going to receive a gift card, we can call them and they will send us a refound check for that amount. We went to William Sonoma oackbrook center and porcesed the item and we decided to go with even more expensive thing payed 2500$ total ( i am happy with the porcess). But we never been receiving that gift card back actually, I spent weeks calling them waiting hours on line, they always been telling for some reason order is mot canceled and they will cancel it now and send me a gift card, it didn’t happened... I been calling again and hear the same order is not canceled i am canceling now and you going to receive your gift card through the email in 10 days. It took 3 months them to send me the gift card and they send it wrong amount... it took another 3 weeks to send a right amount and all this time i been calling and find out nothings is moving there, nobody os taking care of... when I finally got gift card I called to get a check for the amount as the told me, they said the gift card is voided and I will receive a check. 2 weeks later i am calling to follow up. Today i dind out that gift cards wasn’t voided and I actually cannot get refound check for the amount because I payed first with the gift card. And all this time they never call me to say that i am waiting for nothinh. They are not resolving problems guy!!! They will never follow up with you! They just decided they won’t issue a check but they never thought to notify me i am waiting for nothing and when I asked today why they said there jand are full answering phone calls. So William Sonoma lie to me when said i cam go use different type of payment make my purchase. They will not refound me money from the gift card as they told me. And William Sonoma after canceling my online order could not return a month back for about 3 months! This can’t be called castumer service, they just don’t have it at all!

Last week I went to this William-Sonoma with my fiances mother to show her some of the items that we had on our registry. After entry, one of the worker announced several times (6-10 separate occasions) that everything in the store was 20% off. This prompted me to contact my siblings about going in on a nice set of steak knives ($400 value) and a knife ($180 value) for my parents. After making the decision I asked the worker (the same lady that was announcing the 20% off deal off the whole store) if I could get these two products - this would have been a great time for her to inform me that the knives would not be included on the 20% off deal. After waiting about 15 minutes the products were brought from storage and I went to the check out line. While checking out I heard a worker explain to another customer that breville products were excluded from the 20% off. Soon there after, I also found out that shun knives were also excluded from the 20% off. By this time I had already invested a good amount of time into making this decision and coordinating with family that I decided to pay the extra $120. Certainly not the most impressive William Sonoma experience.

I am very disappointed in their costumer service because I went there at 7:50 and they don’t close till 8:00, but the doors were locked. I tried to open the door and knocked, and there were 2 employees inside! They glanced up and then ignored me. I live 3 hours away and wanted to come to this store, but they still had 10 minutes!
