The Bridal Boutique of Naperville has outstanding kind and caring customer service. Ive gone to three other bridal shops to find my dress but none of them has the service that this shop offers. It definitely makes a difference when looking for a dress! Because of their customer service and beautiful dress selections, I ended up choosing my dress from this store! I highly recommend that future brides shop at this boutique. I guarantee that your experience will feel so magical!

I had the best experience working with the Bridal Beauty Boutique/Wedding Design Studio! Jessica Elleman made this process the best and honestly it was the only stress free part of wedding planning in a pandemic because she made it so simple and the outcome couldn’t have been better! I was extremely nervous to try on wedding dresses, but from the moment I walked in, I quickly trusted Jessica and her team’s expertise. Jessica was able to help create the perfect dress for me. I am absolutely thrilled with how my dress turned out!! I was not very clear about what I wanted ( I changed my mind about 45 times between 13 different appointments) and she still was able to create the perfect dress for me and never made me feel uncomfortable for changing my mind. She let me know what she’d be doing to the dress every step of the way and was so patient with my indecisiveness! She always made me feel so welcome and comfortable! I can’t say enough good things about her! She is an angel. When I visited the shop each time it was warm and inviting, the space itself is beautiful and I felt so glamorous! Process wise, Jessica worked with my schedule and set up the appointments at my convenience. It was so easy. She has straight forward and clear cut pricing for her services and simply does not charge enough for her talent. In my experience with alterations in the past, I always felt like the pricing was so ambiguous and I really appreciate the Bridal Boutique’s transparency and honesty. The ladies at BBON are amazing! They made me feel super comfortable and not pressured whatsoever. I loved this place because they actually let you browse the racks yourself and take your time. Mostly everything is off-the-rack sales of old sample dresses so the prices are great. I got a Maggie Sottero dress from 2016 so I also know no one else would be wearing the same dress as me that season!! I went prior to them opening the new location, but from the pics Ive seen, it is beautiful!! It was exactly the laid-back, fun experience I needed without the stress and pressure of the other super fancy bridal shops. My dress was absolutely perfect and I wish I could wear it all the time. Cant say enough about how lovely and encouraging the staff were. Please make this a stop on your dress-hunting list!

Jessica is absolutely amazing and so very talented. We recently moved to New Jersey and she was so wonderful working with me virtually. She took the lace from my moms wedding dress and put it on a veil. It was absolutely gorgeous! I received so many compliments on it. While we were there she had the idea to take the top of my moms dress and create a new top that I wore with a skirt for our small family reception. I was stopped multiple times by people complimenting the top and amazed that it was my moms wedding dress! It was so special to wear pieces from my moms wedding dress on my special day and I can’t thank Jessica enough!

A friend of mine got her wedding dress here which is beautiful. She referred me to Jessica for alterations I needed on a bridesmaid dress and let me tell you this is amazing service. Jessica is such a wonderful woman and does her best to make you look great. Her prices also cant be beat. I paid only 35 for all my alterations a i normally dont pay less than 65 at other places if Im lucky. If I could give a 100 stars I would. Will definitely come here for future services

Kellie was fantastic in helping me find a dress back in December. She was patient, attentive, and very fun to work with. She made me feel comfortable, as this was my first (and only) place trying on dresses. If the “off the rack” dresses don’t work for you, they have a section of dresses you can order. I ended up finding a Pronovias dress here that I had my eye on online. Jessica and Adam made the pickup efficient and comfortable. They are very friendly! I have had many friends find dresses here and would highly recommend it!

I would highly recommend this boutique if you are looking for the perfect wedding dress! I worked with Jessica for my summer Montana wedding 2019. Jessica was so easy to work with and did an amazing job with alterations. I am not a girly girl, so I was nervous about this part of the wedding planning process, however, Jessica couldn’t have made me feel more comfortable. I still to this day (one year later) get compliments on how beautiful and unique my dress was.

Jessica was amazing and attentive! Once that she got a feel for the style that I liked, she picked out a few dresses for me one of them ended up being the one I liked best! She made sure to calm my nerves and make me feel very at ease for my first time dress shopping. I felt so comfortable around her and ended up having a lot of fun! She let my party and I pick dresses from their selection first and then I began trying them on. Once she started hearing our feedback, she pulled other dresses that I may like. Very friendly staff/service, family owned business feel! Very much respecting the Corona virus rules right now (masks, by appointment only). They really made it a point to share how they wanted to help the bride what she liked even if she didnt find her dress that day. If you are looking for a more casual shopping experience for your wedding dress, this is a good place to check out. They allow you to browse the racks and the try-on space is shared. If youre looking for a more upscale, fancier bridal experience, it may not be your first choice of bridal boutiques. The physical environment could use some improvements to feel more special for a bride, including the lighting - we had just come from Wolsfelts which really has the lighting and environment down and has the same price range of dresses so we were honestly underwhelmed with the comparison. But again, staff who helped were very kind and friendly!

Jessica is awesome! She did a great job of letting me have space and helping me out at the same time! She listened to exactly what I wanted and didn’t want. She is super patient. Dress prices are a variety of ranges some are cheaper and some our more expensive than bigger stores. I did not find my dress here because I found it elsewhere but I had a great experience and would suggest it! My soon to be sister in law found her dress here and she looked stunning.

This was my first and last stop when looking for my wedding dress. I found my dress in 45 minutes. My dress was exquisite. Covered in beading from head to toe and a fraction of the cost. I know every bride is told how beautiful her dress is but I got countless compliments on how unique the dress was and that it was the most beautiful dress that anyone has seen. This will be your first and last stop when dress shopping.

I got my dress today and the experience was beyond amazing. I called them in a panic after another boutique over booked me and canceled my appointment last minute. They didn’t have any openings but they said if anything opened they would reach out. And they did! Not only did they go out of their way to help me with an appointment, but I didn’t feel rushed or uncomfortable during my appointment and helped me work with dresses within my budget! The dresses were all spectacular! I cried like a baby when I found my dress and the workers came to me with tissues and hugs. I felt like a princess in the dress and they made me feel like family by the end of my appointment! 10/10 would recommend!

If you’re looking for a stress-free dress shopping experience this is the place. It’s small and intimate so you don’t have 100 other brides running around at the same time, there’s a big selection, and reasonable prices. The consultants let you take your time and are helpful - most importantly I didn’t feel pressured to walk out with a dress that day like so many other places. Was with a group that was bridal gown shopping there last week, and we had a phenomenal experience. Shes also really good at showing you a completed look. Bonus: this is a calm, tranquil store, which typically makes for a calm, tranquil bride. :-) One recommendation: Make this your last appointment of the day. She has some amazing dresses, and youll want to be able to make a decision when youre at this place. Lovely experience all around.

This is the best shop I have been to! Jessica was absolutely awesome! She gave my mother and I a run down of the store and was so helpful and fun to work with! She was so patient with me as I tired on dresses then spent time re trying on my top favorites. She really made the experience fun for me! I completely fell in love with my dream dress and the price was so reasonable! It didnt break the bank! Jessica also recommended several seamstresses that could help with alterations. The best part? The store is nice and chic. You can order new dresses, but they mainly have sample dresses that you can purchase that day. I was impressed with the ladies that were working. A bride had come in with a problem and they fixed it right away. The ladies also helped my friends daughter find a wedding dress. It was a very nice experience with great customer service. If I know anyone else thats getting married, Im going to recommend this place to them!

Jessica was amazing. I went in to this bridal shop very nervous about finding the perfect wedding dress because Im a plus size lady with all my bridal shopping experience through Say Yes to the Dress. Within an hour, I found the one. Prices range from $900-2000, and most dresses are purchased off the rack. I happened to buy one that had to be ordered, and it will be delivered in 6 weeks. They work with several seamstresses and coordinate times for fittings.

Bonnie is the best! As soon as I walked in with a party of 5, she was extremely accommodating and helpful. She also really worked with my budget and got me a dress that I fell in love with. She gives great suggestions when it comes to any extras. Her shop is very cute and conveniently located with ample parking. Thanks Bonnie.

BBON is THE BEST! Before coming here, I had had a few other bridal salons basically tell me that I wouldnt be able to find a dress in the style that I wanted on my limited budget (less than $1,000). Not only did Kellie at BBON help me find the most perfect snow queen ballgown within my budget for my Christmas wedding, but I got to take it home the same day! I came back to have my alterations done there as well and Jessica and her husband were absolutely amazing. They remembered my name and all of the customizations I wanted and just made me feel so calm when every other aspect of wedding planning was so crazy. It was an all-around wonderful experience and my dress turned out so beautiful. Thank you, thank you, thank you BBON!

Unfortunately, I have nothing nice to say about this boutique. The stylist I worked with was not helpful at all. She did not help pick out any of the dresses I tried on. Instead, she left me and my bridal party to choose dresses from a specific size group only. In addition, most of the dresses cannot be ordered, but instead must be bought off of the rack. She did not help me in the fitting room, and left me to try the dresses on by myself. She also made faces while I made comments about what I liked and did not like about the dress. She was extremely unfriendly and not fit for a wedding stylist. I have been to 4 boutiques, and this was the worst one by far.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was very excited about giving this place a chance for my exclusive destination wedding...however when i walked in the woman working there just stared, didnt greet me or my mother and never even asked if we needed help. I was the only customer in the store so its not like they were busy. I was happy to leave to spend my money elsewhere!

Wonderful shopping experience! Bonnie is so accommodating, pleasant, & knowledgeable, very mindful of my daughters budget. Unlike the chain stores who rush to get you in a fitting room, then not allow you to view the racks or choose gowns you want to try on, then shoo you out the door when your time is up especially if you havent found anything to your liking, our experience with Bridal Boutique of Naperville was quite the opposite-cant say enough! The chain store we went to did have 100s of gowns but many were very cookie cutter, almost all above her $500 budget, and the sales people immediately brought dresses to my daughter that were way beyond what she could pay (and that was before their costly alterations.). It was made very clear that she wouldnt get much for $500-very discouraging. My daughter spent most of the appointment at the other store sitting in a bra & slip in the fitting room with nothing to do but wait for her sales clerk had had to rush between several other brides booked at the same time. The sales associate there also told my daughter that she had little time left to buy a gown when the wedding isnt for more than 10 months. We wish we had gone to Bridal Boutique of Naperville first time out. At Bridal Boutique of Naperville, the appointment was exclusively our own, Bonnie gave us her full attention, and we had the luxury of having the shop to ourselves. They have many top quality designer gowns, exquisite lace & beading, heavy satins and styles that work for anyones body type, fashion sense, or budget. Bonnie let us look at the dresses first, pick out the first 4 to try on, made recommendations but was in no way pushy or opinionated. She was willing to work with a budget-conscious bride to find her an absolutely stunning designer gown that she loved and felt beautiful in. Bonnie was less about selling a dress and more about helping my daughter find a dress of her dreams. We appreciate not being pushed or pressured. The shop is very elegant, good lighting, and had triple floor length mirrors and a pedestal so we could get the full effect of the dress from front and back. It was nice to not have to compete for a mirror. Coffee was a nice touch too for the mother-of-the bride :) We came home with a gorgeous gown that my daughter couldnt wait to show her friends. Top notch service, great dresses & pricing, professional all the way. We highly recommend to every bride! Very small selection in my size (14) and the ones they had were not very attractive. I only managed to find 2 dresses that were okay enough to try on, but only because I was desperate to try on at least something.
