I just purchased a used Sienna here yesterday, I couldnt ask for better service and better deal from anywhere else. They really took good care of the car and the customer. They put brand new tires, oil change, new brake pads all around.If youre looking for a car salesman, you can find them everywhere, but if youre looking for a friend to help you find the best car and best deal, you have to come here and ask for Scott Woolsey. I contacted Audi of Naperville and was told I could purchase a new Audi S4 for sticker and delivery the following week. I was ready to provide my CC information when I asked for a specific delivery day range. Moments later I was told the price had changed; the salesperson indicated there would now be $5k premium over sticker and the vehicle would not be available next week, rather it was on a truck headed to Ohio where it would be eventually diverted to Naperville. I dont fault the salesperson, but I get the impression management may need ethics & customer service training. Consumers have long-term memory; potential gouging will not be forgotten. The dealership model is changing, and situations like this are providing momentum.

Bought a used car and traded in a car. New car is great but they lied.1. Nice long check list of items they supposedly checked. Kind of hard to check the brakes when they dont even have the wheel lock key. Back brakes not engaging at all. (New brakes $600.00)2. WATCH OUT FOR THIS SLICK MOVE .... Negotiated a price that didnt include taxes, title or plate transfer and never said a word to me about that. I had that added expense of over 1,000.00.The only reason I darkened their door was for the exact vehicle I wanted with low miles. NEVER AGAIN!!! Shame on you Audi of Naperville!!!!

I previously had purchased a new A4 here, but it was totaled. I found a used replacement elsewhere and was able to finally return to Audi of Naperville for their service department. I did get one “free” oil change at Audi of Morton Grove where I purchased the vehicle and wish I hadn’t even wasted my time there. Audi of Naperville is hands down the only place to go. They are phenomenal to work with, thorough and honest. Keith as a service department representative is a great resource. Their goal is to ensure that you leave satisfied. I will continue to return and highly recommend Audi of Naperville service department.

I traded in two low mileage cars in for a 2021 A5 Coupe. I owned both trades so it should of been an easy transaction. My salesperson Amy was great and we worked out a deal where Audi Naperville would pay me over $11,000.Things went downhill from there. I bought the car on a Monday and was promised a check by the end of the week. It has now been over three weeks and I still dont have my check, or the paperwork for the Assurant 3 for 1 package I bought with the car.Ive contacted Amy (my salesperson) and Gary, the Sales Manager, several times about the issue. Over a week ago Gary told me he had the check in hand and would mail it. The following Saturday I called and told him I still hadnt received the check and I was told he would follow up Monday. That was yesterday and I heard nothing back from Gary.So, Im out over $11,000 and dont know what to do...

Joe, my sales guy, made the purchase of my S5 Sportback an easy one. There are plenty of Audi dealerships between my home and Naperville, but I felt great about working with Joe. His enthusiasm and tenacity to track down the car I wanted at fair price was impressive. Dan, the product specialist was a novelty, as well. Not in the fake dog poop way, but in the very intelligent and useful way. I know a lot about tech, but Dan’s walk-through was never condescending, only informative and entertaining. Kyle walked steps taken to resolve the issue and even walked out to vehicle to check each item on the list to make sure it’s addressed. He’s an avid car enthusiast and is very knowledgeable on these cars, especially the Audi sport lineups. My fiancé and I have been looking for a Honda Civic for about two weeks and had been dealing with rude dealerships with rude workers. All of that changed when we came to this dealership. Scott Woosley, took care of us from the moment we called for an appointment, till the minute we walked out of the dealership. He also called to make sure everything was okay. This review is for the service department. My experience is one in which they told me what they needed to in order to get me to come in, then once I arrived they backtracked on everything they promised. Here is a detailed review of the events:After my windshield was broken I called them to see about getting it replaced. I was assured they would work directly with my insurance company to receive payment which was the reason I chose to go here in the first place. They even spoke to my insurance company and relayed the details of my policy back to me in our conversation (more on that later). I bring that fact up because it wasn’t like it was a short conversation where I could have misunderstood the policy. At that point, we set an appointment for the following week as they had to order the windshield.That’s where it all fell apart. I showed up for my appointment and they didn’t have me in the system. Luckily they had the windshield but they never bothered to call their windshield guy to set up the appointment. I was told it would take four hours to get him out there and complete the job. I got my car back 5 days later as their failure to book the windshield guy resulted in day after day delay where every new day I was told it should be done today.On top of this, they also refused to work directly with my insurance for payment as they originally stated they would. This was the whole basis of me even coming there in the first place and was even more frustrating than their repetitive failures in actually completing the job in anything close to an acceptable timeframe.I was told by the person that called every day to tell me my car wasn’t ready yet that he would talk to his service manager to “see what he could do”. As I picked up my car, I was quickly being ushered out the door and could tell that conversation either never happened or the service manager didn’t care enough to acknowledge it, so I stopped by his office.The service manager was apologetic but unwilling to actually do anything about it. The best he could do was explain to my why they don’t work with insurance as if that is somehow supposed to erase the fact that they agreed to in the first place.All in, I’ve bought multiple cars from this dealership in the last few years but this experience was bad enough to keep me from ever coming back for our next purchase or service.This was my experience. Maybe yours will be better.

Kenny Fisher is very professional and courteous. He was easy to talk to, understood what I needed done and followed up as needed. My car needed service but also a claim for slight curb damage on two of the wheels which were covered by one of the outside companies which offer wheel and tire protection. Kenny spent considerable time getting the approval to get the repair done.As for the tire and wheel protection cover which I bought when I bought my car, at an Audi dealership, I would say that it is not with the expense ($1450) . They would not cover the replacement of one of the wheels which was damaged but would only authorize an air spray cosmetic fix which cost $110, and I thought did not meet the terms of the agreement. Lesson learned!

Do not and I repeat do not buy here from out of state. Unless you use their financing or bring cash. This establishment is not interested in your money any other way. Heres what I mean. I have excellent credit. Got my own financing from my credit union that I have been with for 12yrs. Easy finance, great rate. Have check in hand for delivery. Wait...thats no good. How is a check from a federally insured bank with 5600 locations not good enough to buy a car at your dealership. I had to lose money on this deal cancelling a trip among other spends. I give one star because your sales people where nice people. Your policies affect your business. You should review your policies. Oh wait! You wanted me to run another credit app to use my check. Why would anyone be that financially irresponsible to take 2 credit checks for one loan? Very fishy to want a customer to do that. Good luck and hope you do better. Not good on this one.

I worked with a young man by the name of Tyler Haines. This young man was great as we began the process. He was very knowledgeable about the product and gave me every reason that he could be trusted. I found a 2018 brown Audi Q7 that I really liked, but it had 2 small dents on the hood that they agreed to have removed. We stayed in contact for 2 weeks, with the young man ensuring me that the car was being repaired and that he would call me when it was finished so that we could continue with the process of me purchasing the car. Then it happened, my calls stopped being returned, so I called a manger who explained to me that the car was being sold as is; meaning it never was in the shop, as we were speaking. All I expected was for the young man to display some integrity and honesty. I understand the nature of the beast, get your money on, but not at the expense of your dignity. Dan communicated extremely well . Being self employed in a field hit hard by the pandemic . My financing asked for last minute documents that put the deal at risk . Audi of naperville is one of the worst dealership in Chicagoland area. Horrible customer service with zero ethics. They don’t care about their customers. I went to service for my Audi Q7 and my appointment was at 3:30pm and it took 3 hours for the service consultant to inform that they could not do service today even after setting the appointment. The service consultant left at 5:00pm without informing anything. At 6:15pm when I asked about my car keys they said they can’t do my car today and I need to bring my car again tomorrow!! What they did for 3Hours ? Nothing ; it was a complete waste of time. I was going there for last 2 years and every time I had horrible experience with their service departments. I will take my business to somewhere else and not to this dealership again. 😡😡

I had the best experience with Napleton. The issue with my car and the insurance company was flawless. Keith in service was by far the best I have ever dwelt with. I appreciate the ways of communication as well. Most of mine was through text which worked well for me since I am in meetings most of the day. Only gave 1 star because of Joe, the salesman my family and I were associated with. Everyone else? Embarrassing. Especially Gary, the sales manager. That man keeps absolutely zero of his promises and does not know the meaning of luxury customer service. If you’re going to get a luxury car, expect corresponding service. You won’t get it here though. Everyone could care less about what you need at this Audi. Not to mention that the new car we got for my birthday was broken and scratched in multiple areas when we first got it. When the new parts came in, no one called despite saying they would. Jason ( and Kenny) were great. Major issue with the turbos on S8 and out of warranty (2015 with 70k). Was going to be a big ticket item to replace. Jason reviewed my service record and opined that I took good care of it. He inquired with Audi on my behalf and Audi came back saying they would split the cost with me. Jason literally saved me thousands. And the car was detailed to boot when I picked it up! That’s looking out for the customers interest! Thanks!

I bought a Cadillac XT5, from Napleton Audi of Naperville & after the wonderful experience I had with Gonzolo, I kinda want to go back & get an Audi, too! Due to my work hours, I thought I was going to have a hard time scheduling a test drive & purchasing a car, during the week. Gonzo took me for a test drive on a Wednesday, took care of my paperwork over the phone that Thursday & I went back to pick up my baby that Friday. Everyone from the porters to the finance department offered top tier customer service & thats been hard to come by, lately. I didn’t have an appointment but had just come from a competitor who I was not comfortable with their knowledge of my Audi Q5. Their pricing was a tad higher as well. Robyn got me in and out at the promised time allowing to make my next appointment on time. Went in for my first service a couple days ago and it couldn’t have gone smoother. Robyn was awesome - very knowledgeable, super nice, and transparent with the costs. I was supposed to wait 1.5 hours for my maintenance and they got me in and out in 30! Awesome service.

Hidden cost associated with cars was worst part. be careful with their finance department even if you like car. they added $8000 additional cost to my car which i got to know when i received my first loan statement. I specifically told that i do not want warranty then they forced me that its ontl $1 a month but from loan statement it looks like its $4000added: for $31000 price of car i ended up paying $42000 (amd that without APR). horrible experience.

After weeks of calling my sales guy to get some questions answered, I went straight to Service instead and I was glad I did! The lady who took my call answered all of my questions and told me to bring our Audi Q5 in, no appt needed! Once there, I spoke to Keith, who was super helpful and easy to work with - he got my service going right away and then checked back in with me, even recommending an early-ish oil change to save me a return trip in 2K miles, which was appreciated. They inspected everything and handled the part our Audi was missing, before washing the car and handing the keys back over. I was very pleased!

I went to Napleton Audi of Naperville after having a check engine light diagnosed elsewhere. My service advisor Jason Piske handled everything with professionalism and a genuine concern for getting me back on the road. I went for a small vacuum leak which wasn’t a detrimental breakdown but thanks to their multi point inspection, they found one of my shocks were leaking and was able to replace it; who knows what other issues would’ve popped up if that was overlooked or if the multi point inspection wasn’t done. I’m super happy and impressed with their service and now I will always take my Audi here for any problems or concerns!
