They have lost my package or maybe stole it, never received the results of the investigation. Be careful with them!

The guy working there mocked my voice as I was overheated and breathless from walking there 2 miles in the heat of the day, then he failed to give me proof of postage. Dont be like me and walk away when he repeatedly assures you, Thats it. Youre good. Ask for proof of postage.

When I go to a UPS store I want to use their shipping expertise. There are many options with price differences. Getting the information from the employee at this store was like pulling teeth. His response to my questions was ‘just tell me how you want to ship it’.

These folks were very polite, helpful and offered quick service. One employee even came out to the door to help me with my package because I was struggling. I highly recommend them.
