All the employees have always been very helpful & kind. They smile at you & greet you. They do everything they can to get you what you need. They are professional at sharpening saw blades. They let you know if it can even be sharpened before trying to sharpen it & charging for it.

Very helpful sales staff they actually even went and checked the shelf to make sure the item was in stock for me! Excellent customer service!

D and B is a great location for a lot of things! I get my chicken feed and meal worms there, cat/dog food when I need it, and I even had a great experience at the Meridian D and B with my wood stove (LOVE it) They have great service and can help you load. Ive even purchased cages there for chickens and dogs and horse supplies.

Might cost you a few bucks more, but they have exactly what you need every time.

Very friendly staff, that really seems to be there to help you out. I pulled up two minuts before the doors closed with a plumbing emergency. They not only tried to fix my issue by checking out their inventory till well after closing, but they took the time to troubleshoot and send me to the right place to get the parts I needed when they didnt. Fantastic job gents, seriously appreciate it!

Love everything about d&b. No I am not paid and I do not own a farm. Single story 3 bed 2 bath on a half acre and D & B helps take care of every inch

This is the only place really for animal feed & supplies on the south side of Nampa. Prices are a bit higher than other D&B locations on certain things, but other items are priced lower which is a little odd, but they do have whatever you need for your yard & critters right there. People are friendly and some are even knowledgeable.

The lady that helped me was very good at her job. There was one guy who asked me what I needed and I told him. But he never came to help me so the lady helped me.

I called down to the store for some pricing, Jeff was very patient and helpful over the phone. Another good experience with our local store., The friendly smile i get entering the store is always very nice, smiles can be contagious. They are pet friendly and seem to enjoy saying hi to my critter on our way out. The small engine guys have been very helpful too. Bought my Stihl chainsaw here, great selection of saws with all the additional goodies i could ever use. Good selection of welders and welding supplies. They stand behind all their item which is very reassuring. Ive had some expensive and slow returns over the years with wonderful help. Baby chickens are cute too

We always find what we are looking for at D&B. From lawn and garden design and care, to clothes, nuts bolts and home decor.

Even when its crowded its usually pretty quick to get in and out. Staff is friendly. It can be hard at times to find someone to help you but thats usually when theyre really busy so no big deal. They Dont really carry specialty items that are common at Home Depot or Lowes they are more of a rural supply store. Good selection of garden plants and Rock. Overall good store just seems like they dont have common items that I personally use.

Has what you need but the customer service was lacking.I was looking for a smoker and the floor model I wanted did not have any in the back stock so I asked the young kid working if I could buy the floor model. He did not have an answer right away (which is fine) but processed to take him 5-10 minutes and about 2-3 verifications from other works to give me an answer. I was happy I was able to buy the floor model. However, when I got to the front the cashier had to then AGAIN verify with 2-3 people if this was possible.It seemed very unorganized and the employees I interacted with seemed to be lacking knowledge on basic policies. My 3 star review is based on the annoying miscommunication between workers.I will say kudos to the three employees that helped me load the assembled smoker into my van!!

Got a few truck loads of dirt. They did a great job and very friendly customer service.

Went in for some boots. Very low selection of larger sizes.I tried to get an employees attention for help. The employee looked at me, gave me a head nod, looked away and ignored me.

I’ve been coming here for quite some time and I see a lot of the same faces which I love. I also see a lot of new faces who seem to be there just to get a paycheck. While standing in line getting my fertilizer, I see young girls on the registers talking/laughing but not helping. Not sure if they’re on break, not cashiers but it really irked me. There were 2 long lines that weren’t moving very fast(I get it, it’s spring and everyone is ready to work in yards) but get people that will jump in and help. When finally getting up to checkout, the faces I’ve seen for years apologized for the wait when it clearly wasn’t their fault. That’s why I give a 1 star, because of those employees who didn’t jump in to help with the lines.Oh and thank you for allowing your customers to choose to wear/not wear a mask. I love being able to smile and see smiles too!

Former boss works at Meridian location and my brother works at the Nampa location. Both are great people.

Not only is it one oh the best places for feed and grain, yard and farm, and vaccines. The D&B on 12th st has a great clothing and shoes, leather purses, jewelry and si much more, Caldwell one is the same a bit smaller.

The place is well stocked and priced well, on the other hand there does not seem to be a care in the world for Covid-19. Less than half of the staff were wearing masks and of those who did only a few wore them correctly. Matter of fact I dont remember seeing a sign at the door about wearing them. I know that they wont be hurt by my opinion and the fact that I probably wont go back because of all this but there it is.

Pricing signage is lacking in some areas. Had to find people to find prices for me. Left without purchasing today. The store had everything I needed, I carried my items around for a long time but nobody seemed interested in helping me. They couldnt find someone to help me. Next time Ill go to another location if I need anything from D&B.

We love this place! They have so much to offer for dogs. They have frozen ham bones up front for a reasonable price. They always have a good verity. They have an especially great selection on dog beds. They have dog cots and sell separate warmers for them. They even sell bunnies! I tried to get a picture of the bone. It kinda worked. I did learn you should only let them chew on them for about 20 min then re freeze it.

Best place in Nampa to by bird seed in bulk!! You can get a 40 lb bag for $11.99!!

I like this store and would review it as a 5 star except for their Sunday hours. Most folks use their weekend to get projects completed. 8-5 PM makes more sense than 9-6 PM on Sunday. There were several folks waiting outside for the store to open.

Always something good at D&B. The team is just the best. My hubby wanted a shirt they didnt have his size in stock so they checked other stores, found it and had it delivered to the store. We also get our pellets, gloves, dog supplies, along with a variety of different types of hardware here.

Kind of out of the way being way on the south end of Nampa, but I only buy the Diamond dog food from D&B for my dogs. So its worth coming out here every other month or so for quality dog food and I grab my dogs a few treats when I go.

Its not like the prices are thrift store prices..Fraudulent coupons? Thats b.s. you didnt have Fraudulent coupons!! You simply didnt want people using coupons on a regular basis and you wanted to control when they could use the coupons. This makes me especially mad because I absolutely hate lying. You should be ashamed that you took something from your customers and are not willing to admit it! Well again back to not a customer!

Karen (I think was her name) didnt just help me locate the pants I asked for, she genuinely engaged me in conversation, helped grab a few things to try and ultimately helped me realize I needed bibs 😂 she replied to my thank you so muchs with her own thank YOU so muchs, which was so sweet.
