I literally had to wait over an HOUR for a simple inspection on my car . only my 2nd time coming and both times Ive had to wait for over an hour

In the middle of the night, with an atypical sort of tire issues, they answered the road assistance phone and also opened the tire shop for me, one customer, to fix all the tires on my van because a reputable tire shop in Houston wasnt able to do it right when they did my new set of tires.All the respect for Mr. Francisco, waking up at 3 am to fix my tire issues and ask for a decent price, considering the emergency and the after-hour shop work he did.If you happen to live or just to pass by Nacogdoches,TX and are in a need for a tire repair, this is the place and Mr. Francisco is your man to fix it properly, beyond expectations. They are efficient, professional, great prices, helpful and a delight to work with, however, they did not tighten my inner dual extention. By the time I got to my campground sight my 110 lbs of air was at 95 lbs and dropping. My husband had to tighten the extensions to stop the air drop and then use his compressor to add air. This is an inconvenience for us.

I have brought most of my vehicles to this company. NEVER have i received rude service or outrageous prices. Especially during the covid issues. Some places take it upon themselves to make there money up during the slow times. Not Herman Power. I brought my truck yesterday just to be inspected and Jerry awesome guy took the time to look at it, explain my options and prices. This is my favorite tire shop in Nacogdoches. Today, I brought my mothers car in to have them rotate and balance the wheels. They got me in and out on my lunch hour. No charge since the tires were purchased from them. Very friendly and professional.

Ypu will have to wait bc they are very busy...but they are busy for a reason. They are dependable, they know exactly what ypu need and dont oversell you.

Hermans ripped me off. They installed tires that was not balanced did an alignment on my vehicle. I paid them. The same day I went back because the car was shaking. I had to wait 2 days because they closed early and I work. I took it back they told me it was faulty tires? Plus my air suspension went out! They told me they dont work on Air Suspension but the Website claims they do! They took my money and destroyed my vehicle and dont want to help me. Who else should I talk to Corporate?

I have been a customer of Herman Power Tire since I moved here 13 years ago. I insist on B&F Goodrich tires. They have beaten the price of other tire stores every time. Their service is first rate and there is never any pressure or hard sell. They are good folks to do business with.

The wait times are a little long at times and they do tell you this when you say your reason for coming. Ive gotten my inspection done, air put in my tire, and a new sensor. Havent had an issue with them yet.

Very professional staff...Of course it would be best to not go on a Saturday unless you go very early. I needed 24in rims mounted & it was hard trying to locate a shop that had a machine big enough to handle the job.

I just moved here, nicest person yet in Nacogdoches, tire had a nail, fixed my tire quick as a wink. Was told by Tyler Ford I needed new tires, he said no maam your good for lots more miles, he sells tires, I could easily have been sold new tires,but honest person, said no need. I will buy my tires there when I DO need tires!!

So I went in for a state inspection and was told it would be 10-30 minute wait, because there was no one else there. As I sat in the very roomy waiting area, I slowly began to drift into insanity due to the fact that my 10-30 minute wait was ever increasing to a grand total of an hour and a half wait. Now Im no mathematician but that just doesnt seem to add up. However, I will say that there were several folks who went in with tire related issues and were serviced and sent on their way with haste and a smile on their face. So I assume that the TIRE side of this shop is the redeeming grace, which is why I have given it 3 stars as opposed to the 1 which I felt like giving.

I got in a pinch this last year and was recommended to visit this place. The mechanics were friendly and helpful. Service was very quick in the mornings, and I would go back for any of my future needs. Great place and easy location to find.

Just had this company come out for roadside assistance on my dulley. I explained to the technician after he told me he didnt even have balance beads for the tires that I have a 3 hour trip in the morning and pulling a trailer with heavy machinery on it. He informed me he has no balance beads, could not get them, and he never puts them in the tires. So yes they were very quick and nice but ALL TIRES NEED BALANCING!!! So Im not happy at all that I will have to shut my job down tomorrow that I have a deadline on to get my tires balanced!

Waited over 3 hours to have 4 tires rotated and alignment fixed since it was not correctly done last week. Seems very disorganized. Plus they smoke in the bay while working on cars. Hope there is better service elsewhere.

Highly recommend. Dropped my truck off without an appointment. Requested inspection, oil change, and four new tires. They called when my truck was ready and it took less than 2 hours. Great service.

Fast service during the week. They get super busy on Saturday so make sure you get there early if you dont want to wait. They are a short walk to Redhouse winery or Dollis if you do have a wait. Have always had good prices and appear to be very honest in business.

Great place to get tires although, check before you go or make an appointment as they can get quite busy. People are usually very nice up front; did have one unfriendly lady who waited on me and got my order wrong. The alignment mechanic is the best in Nacogdoches.

PLEASE SEE UPDATE BELOW! Always heard good things and have had great experiences with the mechanics here. Im here this morning to get an inspection. I asked the young lady at the desk if I could talk to someone about some wheels and she handed their big wheel book to me. When I explained to her I didnt know how to use the books because I was looking for wheels for a cargo van, she simply said I dont either and walked away. She made zero attempt to find someone to help me nor did she offer to get on a computer to see what we could find. Since they have no interest in selling me wheels, I guess I need to go to Discount Tires and not concern myself with trying to buy from a local business.UPDATE: After I saw Gregs response I went back to try them again. His father is in my prayers and he more than made things right with me.

Went to my 2 pm appointment had to wait which is understandable once they got me in and did my alignment they parked my truck in which I waited another 45 min just to get my tires rotated which they didnt even do that correctly they only rotated 4 instead of all 6 I drive a dually so all in all I spent 2 and a half hours to get a half a** job not to mention I dont think they did the alignment properly it pulls to the left and steering wheel isnt exactly straight

Ive only been a few times but every time Ive walked away feeling confident that either the problem was fixed or I was given good information on what needed to be done. The technicians Ive dealt with make it a point to duplicate the problem with you. They do not approach the diagnoses like the customer doesnt know anything.

Had to call Herman and request roadside assistance due to having a flat tire and no spare. I do not recall the name of the woman that assisted me over the phone, but she was very kind, courteous and helpful. About 15 minutes after calling, Charles showed up, discovered a nail to be the cause of the flat and patched it on the spot. He was very thorough with the job, and his friendly attitude made the experience an enjoyable one.Im not from Nacogdoches, Im visiting on leave (military), but Ive been a manager before and recognize the importance of great customer service, so Im giving credit where its due. If Im ever in Nac and need assistance with my vehicle, Ill be calling Herman Power Tire Services. To whoever the owner is - you can thank your wonderful staff!

Not a reliable place of business would not ever recommend my tires blew in my enterprise I called they said they would send someone I waited and hour for them to show I called back they lied said Simone was on the way called back an hour after that and the where closed I had to walk to the nearest tire shop and a nice Hispanic man healed me with air compressor tand changing the tire all within 30 mins of me finding him. I tipped him 300$ for his kind gestures. But as far as herman power save yalls money.

Horrible customer service! Our Jeep was sent there by the dealership and we had to deal with them for our tire issues. When speaking with Frank Power he had zero interest in actually helping us. He seemed more interested in selling us a road hazard warranty for all 4 tires than actually helping us get ONE tire replaced.In addition to this, his tire warranty is only LOCAL TO HIS SHOP. So, if you are traveling and the tire goes out, you are screwed because the warranty is through him and not a national chain.I wish I could give this business a ZERO STAR rating. The customer service from Frank Power is absolutely horrid.At the end of the day, I would NOT recommend this business for anything that is related to your vehicle.
