Called to try and get a rate for a tow, the man on the phone was extremely rude even though I was nothing but polite to him, like he was done for the night and didnt want anything to do(even though they claim to be 24 hrs), called back to confirm I wanted the tow and got hung up on. Took my business to R&M. They answered immediately and were extremely polite and quick to get to me. And their rate ended up being cheaper. So if youre looking for ugly mannered people with over priced towing, go Joey Ross. Otherwise take your business somewhere that its wanted.

Got sick and tired of paying AAA all my money for them to show up an hour late. Was happy to be serviced by Joey Ross Towing. If youre looking to get your car towed sometime this year, definitely call these guys!
