The customer service was friendly to The only downside is that a couple of stuff in there is pricey. I recommend you go down here during a major sale event. Unless, you feel like spending quite amount of money.

Drove 24 miles looking for slides I see on FB ads. Walked in with wife. Five people were standing around talking. No greeting, no nothing. Saw weak inventory and was leaving but purposely walked right around the clerks. ( no sales people ) didnt acknowledge me in any way. DM must never visit this store and I dont recommend anyone else going there either.

Good prices. Youd assume that the selection is massive, well, thats not the case. Is a good store, it could be great, but the lack of variety holds it back from being that.

Timberland did not sell the type of hiking shoe I was looking for. The very helpful staff suggested nearby stores that I could try. I didnt make a purchase that evening, but the knowledgeable and friendly employees have guaranteed I will return. Maybe for a pair of those awesome Timberland boots!

A bit pricey. But if you can find something in the bargain bit its well worth it. Even if you cant Timberland is a good brand supporting great causes. So spend a little extra to make this world a better place.

Timberland Factory at the Myrtle Beach Outlets in s the best place to get everyday boys and work boots. They always have exactly what Im looking for! The price isnt bad either!

Never have the boots we want

I’ve been wearing Timberlands boots for 6 years. For the last year quality of product has greatly gone down. After 4 months they are leaking and breaking down. Not happy.

This place has a good selection and you can get almost identical boots for cheaper and the defects that are usually in them are not noticeable unless you have a factory model present.

They have some items at great price BOGO 50%... but some shoes are for less in some stores

They have decent seasonal shoes but unfortunately the seasonal goods dont go past size 13.

It was ok. A big guy watched and followed me the whole time I was in the store. Btw i did not see anything i could not pay for, or wanted to steal.

Everything is fine till you try to return any merchandise, even just after a day.A very rude employee accuse me of trying to return worn shoes, even know they have shoes on the shelves with the same marks on those that I bought.When she loses the argument she ask me to leave and treat to call security!So, or they dont what they doing or are selling used shoes! I dont know what is worst!My advise: Pay attention when buy something from them!

It was just OK very limited selection of shoe sizes for the larger feet.

Had a bogo 1/2 off second pair, but did not have sufficient stock and said they would order size needed, but then would not honor bogo special, so we did not buy and got a better deal at Rackroom shoes in the outlet complex with their bogo.
