My wife picked out a great pair of shoes. Hey dude comfy shoes

Didnt have a huge selection to choose from and it was extremely warm in there. However the young lady that helped us was super friendly and really went out of her way to assist us. I didnt purchase anything there.

Went into this Journeys and the employee was great. Her name was Stormy and when they didn’t have the shoes I was looking for she brought out others she thought I would like and they worked great! She was fun and was joking with me the whole time and made me feel very welcomed.

Racism in any form is distasteful. Unfortunately, today when I went to journeys with my family we were singled out by a certain employee. She did not greet, asked if we needed help or acknowledge us or any other Latino/Hispanic family at all while we were there. She is a tall/plus-sized women and made faces when either I or any other of my family spoke Spanish. It was very poor customer service and very professional. When I noticed what she was doing as I was there she made sure to emphasize “ ( A greeting ) “. I will be taking it up to the manager tomorrow. She should not be working there or she should be receiving some training for what she did.

Always an amazing day when i can treat myself to some new vans!! Coming in when sami is working is my absolute favorite. She is so much fun and helpful. She makes the shoe buying experience better than it already is. She is real and very knowledgeable about the products and brands. My family and I dont buy vans anywhere else. And if we get lucky we get to buy our shoes from her!

Horrible customer service.. Bought a pair of white shoes she put receipt in box the ink from receipt got on the shoes that didnt fit well once i tried on for more than a few seconds i brought them back no return policy. i gave them to a homeless guy since they did me no good but Ill never shop there again .

Amazing store. I always feel welcome and accepted when going in there. The staff is great and fun to interact with. They have such a wide variety of shoes to choose from no matter what your style happens to be.

I go into this store and purchase Vans regularly!!! Sami is so friendly and always super helpful! Handled mu exchange so efficiently and made sure I left the store satisfied!!! If you are unsure or need assitance she will definitely help you make a great decision on the perfect pair!! She makes the atmosphere better than it already is. Its a joy coming in when she is working and I wouldnt buy shoes from anywhere or anyone else! 100% best customer service Ive had in a long time!!
