I am currently serving active duty in the Navy. I walked in and was immediately greeted and helped out. I had a couple copies needing made of some of my military paperwork. The man after helping me make my copies thanked me for my service and told me it was on the house. Made my whole day

Ive used Pack-n-Ship several times before to send gifts to friends, but this latest experience is what made me want to finally write a review. PnS helped me mail out around 80 different packages at once, all to different addresses (and even to different countries), as part of a zine project I was doing. They were extremely helpful, patient and efficient. Because of PnSs excellent service, all of the zines made it to their destinations safely, and I couldnt be more appreciative of their efforts. If you need something safely shipped, or if you just want some friendly service, Pack-n-Ship is the place!

Update 2/Mar/21Amazing experiences- the last 2 times I have been in this place goes out of their way to help me getting the right boxes. I will be coming here for all my packing and shipping needs. 5 starsPast experiences have been nothing but good. But when minutes count - it would be nice to have them open on time.Most days it wouldnt matter, but most days arent scheduled to the gills so to speak. Didnt give one stars rating because of the good past service.

Super customer service from the owner. I showed up late to drop off something to overnight with FedEx and he drove out to another store in order for my package to go out that night. Prices are great for scanning printing etc.

No good I am a veteran and a taxpayer and I paid to have my documents faxed to the state and levi did not fax them I had to go to the postage service on university after walking in and asking levi to resend and he lied directly to my face the state office never recieved anything from your company yet I paid for it however the place on university in muscatine had it faxed and it was recieved in less then an hour ironic lmao

Excellent service at a reasonable price. delivery date was for Monday but my package is arriving today (Saturday). Gotta love having multiple options as well. great place with great employees! Thanks Benjamin!

I wish every business was run like Pack-N-Ship. Very courteous and knowledgeable. Brian went above and beyond for me on an international shipment that was being paid for by the recipient, by coordinating the faxed documents and then getting the package from me to get everything ready and out the door, all while being patient and courteous about it even though the process from start to finish was almost a month.

Joseph Pack N Ship gets 6 stars⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me.DirecTV put me into a nightmare experience of charging me $135 for a piece of equipment and having totally impractical big city technological return expectations - requiring me to go to Davenport or Iowa City to return it.
