We were looking for someone to do a refacing on our cabinets. We contacted Fred Roa from The Cabinet Guy. It was hard pinning him down for a visit so he could give us a quote. This should have been our first sign something not quite right. In any case, he came on Monday September 28th at 4:00. He showed up and measured our kitchen and discussed options. I asked when he could give us a quote. He replied, you will have one on Friday as I will be busy this week and have to ask our painter as well We said Ok no problem. On Saturday I emailed him as to where the quote was, his reply Sorry I fell, behind on my quotes, it was a hectic week last week. I will get you a quote on Monday Once again, we replied ok no problem. Well here it is Wednesday and we have heard absolutely nothing from him. Either he is to busy and cant get a quote from us or just doesnt need the business. In any case, a company or individual who doesnt even give you the courtesy of a response or any communication simply would do a very poor job anyway. We would not trust anyone with this type of business communication skills. STAY AWAY! YOU DONT NEED THIS TYPE OF A PERSON OR COMPANY IN YOUR HOME...UPDATE Today November 13th 2020.. Response from owner is totally incorrect. Here is quote from him on October 3rd, Sorry I fell, behind on my quotes, it was a hectic week last week. I will get you a quote on Monday WE NEVER GOT ONE, even after I emailed him again and l asked for one again.. So his comment of giving me someone else who does refacing kitchen cabinets is a LIE. If not, why would he say I will get you a a quote on Monday? We never heard from him.... DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY....
