Nice place. So glad I stopped in to get my tire fixed. Free of charge to me because I bought 4 new tires from them at end of year 2020. My flat tire was so easy for them to fix only took about 15 minutes because they are so good. Customer service was good as well. They new who I was I think it was magic or by entering my license plate number. Great place, please visit them for tire needs.

I am beyond impressed by the service we received today. We came to UT for a funeral and while heading out back to home noticed our tire was low on air. We came to find some air to put in our tire and they went above and beyond to not only fill it, but fix it as well. It was a tender mercy for our family during a difficult time. This is an amazing place. They are courteous and super fast. And, when my car wouldnt stop, they tried to help me get back on the road even though they dont do engine repairs.

My battery died unexpectedly today. I was able to get a jump and get over to Les Schwab in Murray. I was there less than 30 minutes with a new battery! They were super nice and quality of work was awesome. I have also gotten my tires from there. I have nothing but great things to say about them. Jason was super helpful. Give him a raise!

Manager and crew are excellent! No pressure or up selling very upfront and honest. They went out of their way to get me taken care of on the wheels and tires I wanted and were happy to answer any and all questions I had. Definitely appreciate the work they did and will be a return customer!

Wow horrible customer service. Weve been buying tires from their syracuse location for years and they have always got us in right away. However this location had a truck or delivery come in and they refused to help customers until theyre truck was done doing whatever they were doing. We sat for an hour waiting to fix a tire. They do not value the customer first. You have lost our once loyal service Les Schwab. Drove down to big O tires and they got us in immediately.

I drove up to the front of the store, they came right out and helped me get serviced.The workers were so friendly, kind and got the job done quickly.

Replacement tire was a cheap off brand and I felt like they werent up front with me about replacing the wheel with a used one. While they did save me money, I wonder at what cost.

I have been coming here for sometime now, but this last visit was exceptionally great.They worked on two of our vehicles over the weekend.All of the staff were kind,professional and great to work with. We were greeted at our vehicle by a staff member and made to feel important, and that they are happy we are there. I had 4 new tires put on and about a week later I notice that 3 studs were broke and the lug nuts were missing. After calling them about the situation they had me bring it down. They replaced not only the three broken studs but they replaced all 8 and ordered me a new rim. They truly went the extra mile to gain a new customer. I would refer them to anyone. I had a flat tire today and these guys were freaking amazing. got me taken care of in about 15 minutes or less the team was friendly and attentive. just did an amazing job with my SUV. I would recommend anybody needing tires batteries or anything with their car to get them involved. Previously they took care of a dead battery for me as well. Thanks for taking care of me when I noticed my tire was low right after getting out of the vet. Luckily they let me bring my dog in so I didnt have to sit outside. They were swamped and didnt have many people working, but they got to it asap and got me out of there with a no cost flat tire fix. Thanks again guys! I will be back!!

Great customer service! Had a nail in one of my tires and took my car in to have it patched. Was fully expecting to pay $20-$30 for the repair but they did it for free and said they just wanted to earn my business! Well they did and Ill defiantly be back next time I need a new set of tires!

What nightmare experience, made us wait for over 6 hours to change our tires. Told us to drive to another location in destroyed tires and were completely okay with the information that we were endangering public and our life.Worst service ever received.

Been here several times now and generally I have not had anything to complain about with their service. Havent actually bought tires yet. Ive just had an alignment and maintenance of tires.

40% cheaper than what the dealership wanted to charge us for shocks and brakes. The employees were honest, friendly, and didnt try to upsell us on unnecessary repairs. Very happy with their service...and the bill ended up cheaper than the quoted cost they gave us!

Exceed my expectations. Mechanic came running out in parking lot when I parked to help me. Waiting area is huge, new and perfectly clean. Tables throughout all next to huge windows. Drinks available while you are waiting. Mechanic just came in to let me know my car would be ready in a couple of minutes. Tino did the job quick and was very polite. Ill be back.

This is going to be a rather long review so youve been warned. Unfortunately i had to remove an old review from 2 years ago that was good for this location to write this review.The company i work for has used this location for a while now so i thought id take my personal truck in to have the tires rotated before a road trip. Simple right? Well about 10 min in the guy comes out of the back, wish i knew his name, and proceeds to tell me i need breaks, like bad bad!! I bought the truck used last year and havent done them yet. I do most of my own mechanics work. Been working on vehicles most of my life. I definitely do my own breaks. He tells me the back pads are almost to bare metal and the fronts are very close as well. He had a tool that he used to measure the pads and said it was on the thinnest one and the fronts where just 3 times thicker by his little tool. I am leaving in the morning but as i explained to him I dont pay to have breaks done i do them on my own. I got a quote for $300 and change for the pads and another $400 or close to for rotors. The price isnt the problem the fact that the breaks didnt need to be done is!! Like at all!! I spent my first day of my vacation doing breaks at my brothers house. You can imagine how pissed off i was when i took off the first tire and saw pads with over 1/4 of an inch of pads left on them!! I already bought the new pads and had the tires off so i just did the breaks anyway!! On my vacation mind you.This is straight up dishonest. I deal with different people every day selling them stuff they dont want to buy, but need to buy. They trust that what im telling them about the broken stuff in there home is the truth. I dont care about the cost but dont lie to me about something being broken.Look at these pictures and decide for yourself! I am super pissed and will never come back to this place again! The company i work for has also pulled all of our trucks from this location and Les Schwab entirely. You dont need to rip people off to run a business. Be honest, do the work they need done and hopefully if you do a good job they will be back. If they tried to do this to me and im telling them i work on my own truck i can only imagine what kind of stuff they are pulling on other people that dont truly know whats going on. Thanks for costing me an entire day of unnecessary aggravation on my vacation!!

This was my first experience with Les Schwab, we had a couple of screws in one of our tires they took them out the tire was not leaking they said and sent us on our way no charge I was willing to pay for the service. This is great customer service remembered. I will try them out for our next new tire purchase.

These guys are always friendly and efficient with their service. Definitely my go to when I have tire problems or need them to be replaced.

There alignments are good. Steering wheel lines up when going straight forward. On the down side there mechanics dont caution on stuff till there bad. I had them do an inpection on the truck twice in the last year and my rear tires were worn down to the ware ridge on the tires and they didnt say I would need them replaced soon. But thats better then big o who will tell u to replace parts that are not bad. Always ask them to show u the part and have then explain why they r bad where ever u go to keep them honest. About them missing stuff that needs to be replaced, I dont know what to do.

Had a brand new set of wheels and tires I brought to Les Schwab. As I pulled up, a sales rep was outside to greet me which was impressive. The first thing he asked me after I told him I needed them mounted was have you talked to anyone about pricing yet, to which i responded no. He asked if $22 sounded good for a mount and dismount... Is $22 supposed to sound good? Why the question? Shouldnt you have a flat rate? I only needed a mount, so I dont know why I was charged $22 for both services.I went to pick up my wheels and tires today, to which my bill was $150 total...Seriously!?!?To add insult to injury, they didnt even put chrome valve covers onto my obviously aftermarket wheels. I asked for them to put some on, and the worker said they didnt have any... Can you not afford $.02 chrome valve stems for the profit you just received off of me?Completely dissatisfied with the pricing I received here.

Mitch really helped me out. I felt like I was in one of those Les Schwab commercials or something. I bought a car at a local dealer. They had just put new tires on the car prior to my purchase, and they had it done at Les Schwab. I wanted to get, different, all-terrain tires on my car so I talked to Mitch. I didnt think they would do it but thought it couldnt hurt to ask. He helped me out without even hesitating. Mitch told me he understood wanting to have the right tires. Then he clearly outlined my options and told me the price difference from the exchange. They had me in and out in an hour. I was really surprised at the willingness to help me out with a slightly obscure request. They really valued my business and went they extra mile to make me satisfied. Cant recommend them enough.

Im grateful to know Les Scwab offers roadside help, even if you havent bought tires from them ... yet.After a blowout on the freeway, I called Les Schwab Murray and without hesitation they arranged help getting the spare put on. This car was getting close for new tires so after their help I immediately went to their location for 4 new ones. Simple and helpful are the reasons Im a Les Schwab customer (and fan) from now on.

These guys saved my day! When i got out of my car to get my lunch I had a tire that was losing air fast and was flat within a couple minutes. Thankfully I was in the parking lot of Les Schwab as well. So I pulled my car the their side, walked in and explained I didnt have an appointment or anything, but I had a flat tire. They were so kind to me and got my car right in. They were fast enough that I got back to work on time and because it was just a patch they didnt charge me anything. I had never been to a Les Schwab before, but I will be in the future. Thank you so much!

Les Schwab Tire Center is more than just a place to buy tires. They can do most types of auto repairs. I had a flat tire and they patched it for free (I didnt even buy my tires there). In return I now go to them whenever I need repairs and they always have great rates and there work is dependable as well as honest.

We had to come in and change all four tires in two cars. Toni greeted us and helped us figure out what kind of tires we needed. We needed to head out in 30 minutes and Toni was very sweet and understanding and got the job done within that time frame. Toni should definitely get some kind of bomus for his service. We will now only come in and ask for Toni.

We were visiting from out of town and they took EXCELLENT care of us. Amazing service.

Ive been very frustrated lately from taking my car to Big O Tires for them to fix my flat tire and they did NOTHING to fix my flat. Tom at the front desk was super kind, super sympathetic, and took care of the repair while also capping off the pressure on all my tires, and checking my brakes...all for free. This place is great! They have a large waiting area, with a tv, popcorn, water., it’s very clean. They help you out right away. Very professional, fast and efficient. Once you buy tires you get free rotation for the life of the tires.

This place does good work, but Les Schwab company wide have horrible hours. I always get off a half hour before they close (even Saturdays) and I always get turned away because theres not enough time to work on my car. I would love it if this company would stay open for even another hour for those who work the typical work day.

I am in Salt Lake on business and my battery failed. Upon arriving at Les Schwab on 7200 South, with a family car, we purchased a new battery, the store offered to go to our motel by I15 and install free of charge. Upon arriving at the Motel, we found the original battery was not standard and after THREE trips back and forth between the Shop and Motel, our car is better than original! The service was excellent and totally above the call, MY HAT OFF TO THE STAFF AT THIS STORE..THEY ACTED LIKE THEY TRULY WANTED TO BE OF SERVICE, AND NOT JUST A JOB!! WOW!!

You know how on the Les Schwab commercials they show someone running out to greet you? Yeah, it actually happens, which was a pleasant surprise! I went in to the shop expecting to replace at least one tire, if not get a whole new set of tires, but they ended up saving the day! After I got back home from a road trip, my tire pressure indicator was showing one of the tires being low. I didn’t think anything of it, so took it to the dealership to just have them fill things up. They ended up discovering a screw in my tire and said that due to the location of where it was (it was on the outer portion of the tread) that they were unable to patch it. They filled it up and recommended obviously replacing that tire soon along with the other 3 due to the tread depth.I pushed it off for another day or so, and did some research on Les Schwab’s website to find a good quality tire to have replaced on my car. Once I had found a tire I thought was a good fit, I went and saw the Les Schwab shop. They were super helpful and nice in coming to a solution for me. They said that despite what the dealership said, the screw puncture was actually in a place that could be resolved with a patch! Yay! They then looked at the tread depth and said I should be fine until winter and then they would recommend tire replacement, and sent me off with a couple quotes for different tires. These guys saved me from unexpectedly shelling hundreds of dollars if I had just stuck with what my dealership said (typical dealership) and made sure I was set and safe for my future driving! I definitely will be coming back here in the winter when it’s time to get a full set of new tires!

They got my tire problem handled, somehow I did not get a call when it was finished....

I went into Les Schwab to have the tires on my truck rotated. This took them about two hours. They stated that my brake pads were dangerously low, and that my rotors were too thin and needed to be replaced. They also advised me to replace the calipers. The cost would be over $500.00 to do the recommended repairs.I thought that it was odd because I hadnt noticed anything associated with brake issues, and recently passed safety and emissions. I decided to get a second opinion. It turns out my brakes are in great shape. The pads have over 60% remaining and did not need to be replaced.This place disgusts me! They are obviously corrupt. Be wary of any recommendation for repairs that you receive from this location and get a second opinion.
