It was good while it lasted. Closed in 2020 due to Covid but now in 2021 with the restrictions lifted, they have decided to not reopen the business. Your only option for a factory backed oil change is now to schedule through their service department at 1 to 2 weeks out and drop your vehicle off or wait for hours. Nothing quick or convenient about it.

Sent my wife up there for an oil change and she came home with a $129 bill. Somehow a $10 in cabin air filter and an $8 rear windshield wiper cost $80 at quick lane. Husbands beware!!! If you send your wife here, they will put the sales pitch on her for tons of high priced extras.

Joel went well beyond the call of duty to help me here. I got a flat tire as soon as I exited the hwy. I have a Mercedes C300 with performance tires that are hard to find. Unfortunately the puncture was too large to be repaired and he look all over town and no luck. Then he tried areas near Marion and finally found a tire. The price he quoted me was reasonable for the amount of work he put in that day. Salute to Joel I was on the road within an hour. Highly recommend these guys!

I have been coming here for atleast 5 years for my oil changes that says they do a good job at a reasonable price however quick in the name is extremely deceptive in all of my visits I have never gotten out in less than an hour so be prepared to either drop off or wait. I have been at all times of the day including when they first open and it makes no difference. I do recommend them but I wish it was alittle faster

Called on a Friday to make sure tires would be in on Monday. I was told they would be here waiting for me on Monday. I drop my car off a little after 8am to ensure my vehicle is attended to quickly. By 11am my car had not been moved so I asked the attendant, How much longer till they would get to my car? Numerous customers had come and gone since I dropped it off. They quickly moved my car onto the lift because they could tell I was a little agitated. It sat on the lift for an hour where all that had been done was that the tires had been removed and placed on the floor next to the lift. At 12pm I expressed that I had dropped my vehicle off 4 hours ago, wanting to know what the hold up was, and the attendant blamed it on the tires not getting delivered to the shop until 10am. Yet they did not touch my car till 11am and it was not finished by 12pm. I left the shop after having a friend pick me up and I received a phone call at 12:45pm telling me my vehicle was ready. I could have changed the tires by myself, with a crowbar, in the amount of time I wasted here. Very disappointed, as I have been a frequent customer here. They didnt even offer the slightest apology for my wait. I will not be back. They were anything but Quick!

How does a place EARN customer loyalty? For me, its doing what you say you are going to do and taking care of their customers. Thats exactly what happened to me. After a DISASTROUS trip to Meineke here in Murray (another review), It was refreshing to have a place put their customer first. I had the plugs changed on my 04 Ford f150 at another place, who no only charged me double what they estimated, but I picked up the truck and it was misfiring badly enough that I barely made it off the road. Luckily, the place I pulled into was Quick Lane. The guys were knowledgable and said that they thought they knew what the problem was. They called with an estimate, got approval and got to work. They were prompt with the work, and when I went to pick it up, they were under their estimate. Man, I could have spent a lot less money, had a much better outcome, and gotten the work done a whole lot faster if I had just gone to Quick Lane first. Needless to say, they have earned my business.
