The service department is second-to-none. They diagnosed a warranty issue, ordered the part and wouldnt give up until it was working properly. They even offered a loaner car for an extended period of time when that part didnt work exactly as it should, but when they brought our car to us to get our belongings out to put into the loaner, the service manager said the technician had discovered a software setting and our car was behaving properly. We happily drove away in our car.Its obvious that these folks care about their customers.I wholeheartedly recommend this Ford dealership for Sales AND Service!

If I could give them zero stars I would. Made an appointment to take the truck in under warranty (confirmed yesterday). Drove all the way up there and they refused to take it. Wouldnt call on the warranty nothing. The old woman behind the counter just dismissed it. Too bad because I was looking to add another new truck to the family but now Ill get a Toyota!!! Two hours of my work day WASTED!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!! Oh and these awards have got to be BS.....

Beware the shady practices here.As someone pretty new to Murray and who is looking to buy a new Ford truck, I will never, ever go back and give this company my business. Ever.I went to the service department to ask if they might be able to fix something really minor. The guy in service said sure, well take a look at it -- I just wanted to know if they could fix and if so, how much.They came back after 10 mintues and said they couldnt fix it, but it would be $65 just to tell me that. So they charged $65 to tell me they couldnt fix the problem.

My 2019 F350 was running poorly. I called 5 Ford dealers for repair & 4 of the 5 service departments said it would be 7-10 days before they had an opening to repair my truck. Parker Ford in Murray, KY was the only dealer that could get me in their service department the next day & I now know why. They have the largest service department Ive seen. They must have at least 30 bays.Now, not only could they repair my vehicle in under 24 hours, but they are also the most friendly & kind people that Ive had the pleasure to meet across any dealership in the Western KY region. The service department was phenomenal. Ryan Patrick Noland, Sales Consultant, provided a small enclosed office to allow me to work remotely while my truck was being repaired. His hospitality & kindness was absolutely astonishing & personally appreciated. I cannot provide enough praise to Parker Ford Dealership & the great personnel that work there that made my experience wonderful.By the way, the issue with my truck was that rodents climbed into the engine & crewed through two coil wires. Trucks is running great now! Thank you Parker Ford for a wonderful experience.

Bought my wife a car a few months back. They gave more than fair price for my trade. Nick was my sales consultant and I was pleased with the process. I also recently had work done at their collision center, and they were also good to work with. A mistake was made and they brought us a loaner and took my car back to correct the issue. I have bought vehicles before but this time was a winner in more ways than one. The salesman Tim was a very nice, non pushy sort of salesman. He was very patient with my and my sisters questions about the vehicles. We were allowed to drive the vehicle by ourselves with just a copy of my license. When we were writing up the sale, all the questions we asked were answered even if he had to repeat what he said, very patient. After the sale, he took the time to hook up the bluetooth on my car, along with taking the time to explain all the things on the dash, sometimes more than once.This was an adventure I enjoyed, along with a fantastic vehicle, I had a salesman to make the journey easy. I would recommend Parker Ford and the salesman Tim to anyone. Oh, in the financial department I cant forget Skip, the one who guided us with completing the deal. I expected a visit to their QuickLane this AM for an oil change and tire rotation and did not have an appointment. After arriving, I found that their Quick Lane was closed. They kindly worked me into their service departments already full schedule and I was on the road in less than an hour. They also offered me a work space in the show room so that I could complete some paperwork while I waited. Everyone was very friendly and more than accomodating!

They had exactly the used truck I was looking for. Initial contact was returned promptly and after checking availability( 2 hr drive for me) scheduled a look see. The truck was prepped, polished, ready to see and drive when I arrived the next morning. Financing was seamless and the entire process, test drive to heres your keys completed in about 2 hours.

All around great personnel at Parker Ford Lincoln, but especially our salesman. He was very accommodating without being pushy for us to make a decision, and went out of his way to find the model we wanted in a color we liked. Before we left the lot, he took quite a bit of time to explain all the features to us & show us how to set/reset them & even linked my phone to it. This was a lot more than we expected.

I took my car in for service and asked them to check what I thought might have been a problem with the fan clutch. I was told nothing was wrong. I didnt get five miles down the road and the car overheated. I managed to get it back to the dealer. About six hours later, I received a call that I would have to have a new radiator as the coolant was very dirty. The cost: $1100. I had the vehicle delivered to my home. I removed the thermostat and everything worked fine. The next day I drove it to the parts store, bought a thermostat, installed it, refilled the radiator and it works fine. I saved over $1000 by not taking the word. I was always taught, Rule out the least expensive possibility, then the next, and finally--if not one of these--then the big ticket item. Seems they did it just the opposite.

The vehicle most recently purchased was for commercial use. David P was very patient and informative as we configured to our exact needs. The vehicle was delivered when promised. We are more than pleased with the product itself and, as always, our experience at Parker Ford was exceptional. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. Why shop anywhere else?? When I arrived at Parker Ford, I was greeted by helpful staff, though I was early for my appointment for a test drive. After testing a 2018 Fusion, it handled well, and had very low miles as advertised, and quite a smooth ride. After testing the Fusion, I talked to Tim Hilbrecht about the purchase, and explained my situation with which he was very understanding. At first he made me an offer that was right at my cap, and also left me considering buying from Parker Ford as one of my top two options. After leaving the dealership to further think about the offer, I received a call back about five minutes later saying he can take a little more money off the price. I quickly turned around and made the purchase, making a good deal even better. I appreciate Tim for making my purchase possible and also showing me everything I needed to know about the car. Im very satisfied with my car.

Very helpful! I had a tire issue and they had my size tire in the next morning and got it done before lunch! They will also come pick your car up and drop it back off or you’re to busy to take it in and that’s a huge help especially for college students!
