I needed some paint chips fixed and was quoted $1300. I choose Oasis because they had good reviews and there are many photos linked to their location on Google Maps of high-end cars. The owner himself has a very expensive sports car. I though that this was a place with experience and respect for exotic cars.My first red flag should have been when they said they are cash only (debit and credit cards cost extra). No well-established and legitimate business is ever cash only. None. I was told it would be 3-4 days. Over two weeks later it was ready.I went to pick up the car and instantly saw a spot on the bumper that had been buffed past the paint. Another spot in the rear was sanded but nobody bothered to paint it. How is it that I was able to see these obvious flaws so quickly and these professionals did not? The owner told me “We’re not the Ferrari dealership”. In other words when you come to Oasis, lower your expectations, we are not that good.When I came back the next day, I could still see glaring problems but by now I have lost all confidence in Oasis. Later that week I had a clear bra installed and asked their opinion on the paint job. They confirmed my fears, it was not any good. One example they pointed out was the clear coat was dripping on the bumper. You can see in the pictures other problems I have. Tons of over spray into the turn indicator lenses and black vents, paint already bubbling, orange peal texture on multiple surfaces, and spots that look like sand or something got into the paint.I truly believe that Oasis devalued my car, and I will have to take it to someone else to repair what they have done.After the owner responded to my review I had to add that they did a fantastic job color matching my 21 year old paint. No complaints there.

Mike and Oasis Auto Body are amazing. They care a lot about the final product and strive to make the price fair. I had rust issues on an older truck and they took care of all the rust removal and body panel repair quickly and got my truck back ON TIME! As Mike and I went through all the different rust spots to repair he had great recommendations and even asked about more spots once the job was in progress. Im very impressed with Mikes knowledge and effort to provide the highest quality possible. Im now proud to drive my old rig again. Fine work!!

This place is fabulous. Ive had to use them twice after being hit. Theyre busy, but fast and efficient. Extremely helpful throughout the process, very knowledgeable and made everything smooth and easy. They did a beautiful job...both with an old car and a new one, a little damage and a lot. Did an aftermarket body kit on my car and took it to a shop to get painted.. got quoted $2300.. oasis was the only one opened later so I thought I’d swing by to get a quote. And honestly I was surprised by the quote and quality work! Will be coming here for future cars forsure!!

These guys did an amazing job on my truck. I went to many different places to get a quote, and these guys were the most competitive. The owner, Mike, gave me constant updates via texts. Was taken for a ride by this place. Purchased a nice looking car but kept going back with errors that kept coming up on the dash. They couldnt get it fixed. He finally agreed to buy it back but discounted it by $3,000 after having the car for 2 weeks. Tried to get the sales tax refunded but he wouldnt refund it.

No Stars (It made me give one to post) At first he seems cool, but the paint job is bad. (We found Hair in the Paint). He doesnt answer the phone. Then to boot he didnt put the fender liner back on properly (didnt add all the pieces) and it ripped off and cost us 100s of dollars to replace. DO NOT USE THIS PERSON.

Wouldnt recomend if you need a quick fix. Have put in a quote request and also called multiple times. They have not responded at all.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! The owner, mike is a dishonest, fraudulent businessman that quotes you one price, and then completes the work for hundreds and hundreds more; in the meantime holding your keys and refusing to return the vehicle until the bill is paid.

Make sure you get everything in writing.Update. Paint from just four years ago has faded, clear coat is powder, and now doesnt match whats right next to it. I didnt mention all the trouble I had with this shop four years ago, but thats why I warned to get everything in writing.

I bought a 2010 Civic from Oasis a couple of years ago and though my experience was okay, and I gave a good recommendation back then, I still feel the need to comment and tell buyers to get your car checked out by a third party prior to purchasing so you clearly understand what you are getting.My story - After having my car for a few days the check engine light started coming on randomly. Oasis said it was because I was using cheap Costco gas (a pretty lame excuse even for a car novice like me) - so I bought the most expensive gas I could find from Chevron and it still didnt fix the problem. Mike was good about eventually fixing what ultimately meant changing the O2 sensor. It fixed the problem and he assured me he would take car of me as a customer. Not too long after that I asked him about the knocking sound which was occurring on the drivers side while turning and he said it was most likely my cv axle that needed to be replaced. As a note, my car had been wrecked on the front drivers side. Mike said that axles do just go out that early on cars. Maybe....but on a Honda with about 30,000 miles - seemed odd to me based on discussions that I have had with other knowledgeable car mechanics. Hondas are better cars than that. My transmission has also been slipping a bit between 1st and 2nd gear and shifts hard into third gear - its been that way since I got the car. Again, a Honda with my kind of miles should not be needing a new transmission. I have an Odessey with 250,000 miles....original tranny and still shifting amazing. My driver side headlight never got installed properly on the rework from Oasis and the guys at the Honda dealership cant fix it. Thats been a little bothersome and quite frankly dangerous as I really need to have my brights on to see properly at night. Again, drivers side problem where my car had been fixed. Last thing that really has bugged me is the use of after market parts. My hood is rusting away wherever there has been even the smallest rock chip. Not an issue on any of my other Hondas because the original parts apparently have an amazing primer. I appreciate Oasis being willing to paint my hood for half price - but with a crappy primer I would end up needing it painted every year or so. That kind of quality is so disappointing and something I would have never guessed i was getting on my fixed car.I went to Oasis to get a rebuilt car so I could get a low miles car for a good price that would not really need anything major for years. All the issues that came up for me brought on a lot more excuses/explanations well that just happens on cars unfortunately... again, i would contend - a Honda with 30,000 miles should not have these kind of problems (which by the way most, if not all, are associated with the areas that were repaired on my car). Again, my experience has been okay - if there is a next time with Oasis I will make sure and get a car that has been thoroughly checked by a third party mechanic so I clearly know what I am getting and wouldnt be so disappointed to hear so much - well thats unfortunate, that stuff just happens on cars

They painted the bumper of my car. I took the car to the car wash a couple weeks later and the paint just went flying off. Went back to get it fixed and he was EXTREMELY RUDE. I would never recommend this place.UPDATE.1 year later paint is chipping, cracking, and yellowing. I took it to a body shop and they said not enough paint and clearcoat was applied, not to mention drips, runs, and dirt in the paint.
