Took my car to AutoMenders with the recommendation of a friend (auto adjuster). Great people to work with. I had issues with an aftermarket bumper and they were willingly able to work with me (auto repair usually don’t do anything aftermarket). Not only did they do a good job of keeping me informed on the progress of my repair, they were fast. My truck looked great when they were finished. They were also less expensive than another quote I had received.

My vehicle was towed in for an estiment. I was sent a statement via email asking for permission and promising payment for them to start work on my car. I called them and told them I would not sign the paperwork because this was a teardown required by the insurance company to determine the Damage Done to my vehicle. The next thing I know my car was repaired and I owed a $500 deductible on a vehicle with 235,000 miles on it. Auto Menders employee said that my husband had given permission for them to repair our vehicle. This was not true at all. My husband went to the shop to get something out of the vehicle I noticed that the license plate was off. He inquired wondering if the car would be totaled because the license plate was off, and they told him no and that the repairs will be complete by Friday. My husband was upset, so we asked the insurance company why they had given the go-ahead to repair the vehicle without talking to us. The insurance company said that they could legally not give the go-ahead and that by law we had to give written consent. Now automenders the saying that I gave them permission after I have specifically called and told them that I would not consent to anything until I knew what repairs would cost and even then I would decide whether it was worth it to me or whether I would take a check from the insurance company. They also failed to tell the insurance company that my power steering fluid was leaking badly. I have still not seen my vehicle, and my accident was on August 11th, over a month ago. Auto Menders has done a good job on another one of our vehicles in the past, and thats why I have this vehicle towed to them. I will never ever use them again. So much dishonesty! I understand from the mechanic that my vehicle was not repaired with original Toyota parts either. I was not given any options with my own vehicle. I will never, never, use this company again.

Have had 2 cars repaired, one just last week, and they have been friendly, fast, easy to work with insurance and cars have had quality work.

Very honest people. They were upfront with me so that I could keep somebody from taking advantage of my daughter when she scratched a car. I will be using them myself if I ever have the need! Thank you AutoMenders

After getting my car back, I noticed how dirty my car was left on the inside. When I called to inform the office of I felt that the gentleman who answered was rude and did not take accountability for his employees / companies action. He did offer to clean my car, but after his rude behaviour, I decided to leave it at that call.

I have been in the auto insurance industry for years. I have never had an experience as good as the one I had with Auto Menders. Their staff is kind and professional. Do not use this shop. I only brought my car here due to my insurance companys request for an auto body shops diagnosis. All I needed was the diagnosis, they fixed my car and are now charging me based off of the IMPRESSION I gave them. If you want to be charged based off of the impression you supposedly give off then go here. Otherwise I highly recommend going elsewhere.

They did a great job in a quick time.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. After a snow plow took out my front end, they got it taken care of with a level of skill I cant quite put into words. They even did things I didnt ask them to, like vacuum the inside, buff the headlights, and patch some small scuffs. After the nightmare of this accident, this business made me feel very good. Come here if you can.

These guys did a great job fixing my stupidity I accidentally hit the roof of my truck with my ATV loading it up and they fixed it and its like I was never stupid in the first place its great they did a great job its like it never happenedand I had to pay for the repairs myself I didnt go through insurance and I thought their price was very reasonable

What can I say? My husband works here and is dedicated to his work. His boss can be frustrating, but we both agree it is because he expects high quality work, which means no car goes home that isnt top quality!

I was very pleased with this body shop. I dropped the vehicle off the day after the estimate and had it done several days earlier than expected. The hood and bumper and quarter panel were damaged and head light broken. I cant even tell there was work done. Great customer service and felt like a long time customer and it was my first time using them. I highly recommend.

There was a miscommunication about what exactly was going to be done on my estimate. Door handle replacement and paint cost was NOT in my favor by $225.00 but Dan took care of it and I was not charged this extra amount. Work looks great!

Took my car in for repairs and asked to have some scratches fixed at the same time. I was willing to pay for them but he said he would include it with the other repairs. There was some touch-up paint put on it but it was not the same color as my car color so it was noticeable being a lighter blue. Since I did not pay for it I let it go. Had some other work done later and requested specifically for him to quote me for the same touch-up on the spot and it never got done then. Decided I would not go back for any other work in the future.

I had someone back into the front of my car and I already had an estimate for $700 and I was driving by Auto Menders and went in just for the heck of it to get an estimate and I got it for $134 and the work done was professional and it looks beautiful you never know anything happened to my car theyre very nice people I have already referred my friend to them and this is the place to go for excellent service.

They did an excellent job repairing my car. The customer service was AMAZING!! My Rogue looks good as new. I couldnt be happier.

Wish the option to give feedback could allow me to NOT PUT ANY STARS - that is how bad this business is.No stars for this auto body shop. Very Poor and deficient quality. It is like a joke and a nightmare combined. I brought the car to have a minor body work and it came out worse than when I left it there (dent was NOT fully fixed, huge metal gaps and on top of that they claim they painted, but I am sure they did not. Like I said and repeat again: My car came out worse than when I brought it in. BIGGEST Mistake ever.This is worse than the saying: you get what you paid for. BEWARE! Go somewhere else. I think I could fix it myself and look a lot better (and I have zero experience fixing auto body) and that is how bad this auto body is. I cannot believe they are in business.

I will be fair, the overall paint job was fair at best. The color was off (although it was still a nice color). The body work was pretty good but was lacking in two areas. The paint was not evenly coated/blotchy on 3 parts of the car. As far as service goes there was two parts to this. I was very well taken care of at the start, was told it would take two weeks (full car paintjob) and they would work with the convertible top place next door to get everything taken care of. Thats where the pleasantries ended. The job took over 5 weeks, communication was poor at best and finished product was less then satisfactory. Whenever I asked about aspects of the job as it progressed I was talked down to, I would actually agree with the other bad review on google. My thoughts are if you have a minor fender bender they probably are fine to deal with but when it comes to auto restoration or full body paint and such, go somewhere else. Dont waste your money or weeks of your time.

This place is dishonest! Do not go here!! I had an auto accident and the insurance company sent me here to repair my vehicle. I wanted to keep my damaged parts(worth $600) and they said they have to charge me $50 for a core fee because the dealership charges them a restocking fee. That’s absolutely a lie because my part was aftermarket so it did not come from a dealership. They get exactly the money it takes to buy the same bumper, then they want to charge you on top of it because they can’t sell out your part and make more money afterwards. You would have more return busines for treating your customers well rather than ripping off the ones you get.

Terrible!! Poor quality work! Their lifetime guarantee is worthless because they will simply accuse you of damaging your vehicle to get out of repairing it! I took my truck to get it repaired at automenders after reading good reviews. The work was poor, they offered to fix it, upon returning my vehicle to fix the repairs, Dan accused me of damaging my vehicle in the exact location where the poor work was done! Then he said I fixed it for free to cover up the to poor repairs. The free repairs still didnt fix the problems.

2011chevy3500hd front end crushed in, to the point that the it would not move, engin running but sounded terrible. So they fix the body work, call me, tell me its done, I start it up and the thing starts screaming something awful. So apparently their shop tech tell, me i have a bad turbo. Ok, so why in the world did u not fix this. Oh that was neglect of me, then telling me the truck was bone dry on oil. So i take into another shop, and guess whats all up inside that turbo, plastic piece. 4 months in the shop because they and the insurance company THINK they are intelligent. Think is the key word here, dosent match up with reality. Not mine anyway. They are half assed scammers. Oh and I still had to take it back in to them, fender skirt starred rubbing my tire untill it ripped, that took only two days. I could go on but im done here.
