I had taken my 8 year old granddaughter to a couple of other places and always felt like they could not have possible gotten a good read on her eye exam at her age because of the way they rushed us through. She always still had problems seeing with the glasses she would receive. This year we tried Coley and Coley and couldnt be more pleased. I feel that we received a very thorough exam and the entire staff was extremely helpful in explaining the issues she has with her vision.

Wow - such a professionally run office! Dr. Coley took great care to determine the right Rx for both my distance needs and for my computer screen work. I was desperately hoping to get my driving glasses before the weekend and they were able to complete them for me within 24 hours! I greatly appreciate their high quality, customized service.

I have had dry eyes for decades, just thought I would have to live with it. I consulted with Dr. Coley and he thought I would be a good candidate for a LipiFlow treatment. I had no idea how much this would help me. I got immediate results!! My eyes are no longer dry in just one day... truly amazing! I am sleeping like a teenager and can see more clearly. Their staff are always professional. I would not trust my eye care with anyone else.

I have been going to this location since I was a child. I have always found all the doctors and staff great until now. If you see a doctor in this office I highly recommend Dr. Coley ONLY. Dr. Rebecca Wenig is not very professional. She can be downright rude and snarky sometimes with the things she says. I have seen her numerous times and after my last visit with her I refuse to see her ever again. Professionalism is a must!!! I also looked forward to enjoying my wait in the waiting room with coffee, water and snacks which is no longer provided. The furniture also needs an upgrade terribly. The photos used are not current. On a positive note, I can’t say enough about Jennifer and Marisol who are wonderful and make your experience enjoyable. Hope these issues are addressed, otherwise I will be going to another location.

Coley & Coley truly has the greatest medical staff around. Beginning with my first visit, I have been profoundly impressed with the courtesy and professionalism of each and every person. Stacey, Dr Coley’s asst, was amazing. She made me feel important and extremely comfortable. My visit included thorough tests and exams to determine my situation. The staff here is amazing! They got me in on very short notice. Marisal took me back and got everything set up quickly. Dr come in and did his stuff fast and efficiently. Then Jennifer took me to pick out my glasses. Gave me several options. And I had my niece with me and the staff was great with her. Wonderful experience at this facility! Was promptly greeted upon arrival, and check in process was seamless. Staff were friendly and courteous during examinations. Any questions I had were answered. The equipment used is far superior to my last eye doctor, so that definitely helped in my decision to find a new one. My optician, Jesse was a big help in finding frames for my glasses. I have quite a small head, so finding glasses that fit but not kiddy was amazing! The selection was pretty extensive, which is great. I would highly recommend Coley and Coley to my friends, colleges, and co workers for their eye care needs!

I do not recommend this company. They are liars. They told me that I could get my lenses replaced at no charge with a lifetime warranty when I got them the first time. They lie to you to get you to buy their cheap made glasses. I’ve had these a little over a year and had to replace them once and not have to do it again but I’d have to get a new prescription and then pay for the lenses again. What a rip off. I spent a lot of money with these people. I’d recommend Walmart. I never have problems with them.

They maintain the latest technology for eye exams and eye care and will always go the extra mile to be sure that each patient receives the proper treatment and support. We moved here in 2018 and needed to find a new eye doctor for my family. I also have glaucoma and wanted an eye dr. that could work with that as well. I really have enjoyed working with Dr. Coley and his staff. Cheryl in the eye glass department is patient and helpful. Kiandra is also fun to talk with. The whole staff is friendly and efficient. I sent my parents here as well when they moved and they love the office as well.

Great place for eye care! The staff and doctors are extremely nice and friendly. Im always impressed by how much they remember me each year I come for my exam. They also have worked so hard to find a pair of contacts that work for me and weve finally accomplished that! I would recommend this eye doctor any day!

I was a new patient in early February 2019. My Dad and brother had great experiences as they moved to Coley & Coley. The service was fantastic.....staff was great, exam was very thorough. Dr. Greg Coley was terrific!Then, at the end of February, I had an mild case of dry eye in my right eye. I went in & saw Dr. Coley. He prescribed me some drops & an ointment. Then two days later, I came down with a severe cornea abrasion. This was on a Saturday. I called the voicemail, which led me to the after hours number. Dr. Coley met me in the office on a Saturday to assess my problem. Then AGAIN the next day on a Sunday to check and see how I was doing!! He went out of his way to take care of me, & refer me to a specialist.As long as they have their practice open, theyll have me as a patient. I cant say enough good things about this place!!!

Excellent eye care and results from Dr Coleys Testing to Glasses. John, the Lab manager, is awesome in making sure the prescription is exact in the glasses as any degree of tolerance will give me motion sickness. John did a great job with the lens and he is willing to assist with any issues after you have had the glasses a while.

I am one who hasnt ever really had to wear glasses, had many eye check-ups, etc. Within the past 2 years Ive been making it a habit to have my annual eye exam. Coley & Coley are always so good! They are kind, patient, knowledgeable, just really good at what they do! Dr. Greg is who Ive only ever seen - hes so great! The ladies at the glasses counter are very helpful and patient - they want to make sure their customers are happy and comfortable with the glasses they choose. 5 star! I was very disappointed when I went there. I was hoping to receive good care 118 dollar the first visit then they had me come back a few days later bill was 86 dollars. I didnt receive the help I need. The doctor had to ask the office manager what to do. I have never heard of such a thing.

Drs. Coley and Coley are both such wonderful eye doctors. They are great with my children, including the one with some behaviour issues. Their staff are warm, caring, and genuinely LOVE to see us come in. (Always asking for our son, especially.) We hope to be able to continue coming here for many many years. Awesome experience at Dr. Coleys Eye Care! Very friendly staff from the very beginning, meaning just as soon as I entered the office I was greeted by the counter assistant. That was just the start of the pleasant staff. The professional treatment was demonstrated at every station and person that I came in contact with. I give them 5 plus stars......Just give them a chance to treat you just like family as they did me!

This was the best optimetrist visit Ive ever had. Not only were they able to get me in, as a new patient, the same day I called, but I actually left with a weeks worth of contacts. No waiting on some to come in. Staff was extremely nice, they even watched my toddler for a couple minutes while I was being examined. Highly recommend them!

She explained everything she was doing and what tests I would need for contacts vs glasses. She also let me know what the copays would be right away. Heather was super nice and i would honestly go back just for her awesome service. Dr. Ginger Coley showed and explained to me what she was looking for in the pictures that Heather took which was very informative seeing as how my grandmother has a long history of eye issues. Jessie was also wonderful. She found me the cutest pair of frames and helped make sure my insurance allowance was being used to it’s full potential.I would definitely recommend Coley & Coley.Thanks!!

I had a 3pm appt. yesterday. When I approached the front door it was lock and as I began to read the notice in the door a lady very aggressively came to the door and said why are you here? I told her I had an appt. at 3. She then unlocked the door and as I reached for the door she slid out and locked the door agian VERY AGGRESSIVELY she said to me what is your name and where is your mask, at this point stepped back told her my name and my appt. time and told her I was not told to bring a mask. Then she agian, very aggressively, she says I will check with my supervisor. I took another couple of steps back and said ok. She unlocks the door slides in quickly while looking at me like I am some criminal. Then she comes back out very aggressively and says we dont have any mask for you and you are not allowed in without one. I then said ok, thankyou, and I will not be back. I refuse to treated in such a manor as though I am a criminal. I was a paying client and refuse to be treated this way. I hope others see this and take their vision business somewhere else. If this place is so scared of catching anything, I suggest they can close their doors until they feel as though they treat people properly.

I always had good experiences as a patient here at my appointments and was happy with the care I received here. At my appointment last year, I scheduled my next yearly exam for this year, January 6th. I received my appointment reminder on December 9th. The email has an option to click a button to confirm, however when you click that it directs you to a page that asks you to enter a code in from the original email. There was no code on my email. It took me a few days but I did call the office back on December 19th, just as a courtesy to let them know Id be there. They let me know the appointment had been canceled because I did not confirm and offered me their next available, February 20th. Why schedule an appointment a year in advance if it is going to be canceled by the office three weeks prior to the appointment? I schedule time off of work for my appointments and you can see from my history, I do not cancel or no show. I would suggest you add the information to your reminder email that is not really a reminder at all, but actually a required confirmation and if the patient doesnt respond immediately the appointment will be lost. I was able to get in much sooner at another office. Good patients should be valued and not forfeited their appointments because other patients may not be responsible enough to keep an appointment made a year in advance.

Whew, where do I start with this amazing staff... I’ve been going to coley & coley for about 3 years now and they truly are my extended family. Their attitudes are equivalent if not better than Chick-fil-a’s staff. I have never had a bad encounter with anyone in this office and that speak volumes. My eyes are always thoroughly checked without being in there for hourssss. They always give me options, they listen to everything I say to better help me, and they have a great selection of frames. Whenever I come in I’m treated like high class— like I’m Beyoncé or one of the Kardashians (I AM NOT KIDDING). They have even went out their way to notify/call me when they’ve gotten in new frames they think I will like. It really warms my heart because we live in a world were people are just not nice any more and the fact that these ladies come in and work 10-hour days and still provide exceptional customer service is admirable.I had a contact lens mishap one night and literally walked in 10 minutes before they closed and Lindsey/Lindsay, Carly, and Jessie all had smiles on their faces ready to help. My issue was resolved and proved again why I won’t be leaving Coley&Coley as long as I’m in the Murfreesboro area.Another thing I really like about their facility is that they are a learning and advancement staff. What I mean by that is one of the young ladies that sat at the front has now moved to the back and she’s doing the little “pre-check ups” before you go in the actual room. Thank you for having a learning environment for our youth.Please keep doing what you’re doing ladies and gent (I think I’ve only met one man there since I’ve been going and he was pretty cool too; the women make him cooler though). I appreciate you all and trust you all with my eye care.

I purchased my glasss at some place other than Coley&Coley. When the glasses could not be adjusted correctly I was told the prescription was not correct. On my visit to Coley&Coley Jesse offered to adjust my glasses. I told her that I was very sorry that she had to adjust a pair of glasses that they did not sell. Her response was “You are our patient......whether you bought your glasses here or not we want to take care of our patients needs”. That is the way a business should be run. I highly recommended Coley&Coley Family Eye Care.

I been a patient here for years. Ive always had great experiences with Dr. Coley and his staff. Theyre always willing to repair a broken pair of glasses, even patch them up to help get us through.My daughter accidentally used the wrong eyes contacts so she was short the correct number of lenses. The office helped me to swap the extra contacts and even gave us a few to help make it until her next exam. They are awesome!!!

We LOVE Coley and Coley. They have gone above and beyond for us and our son. We started seeing them a few years ago and took our son when he failed a test at the Peds office. My son was around 4 at the time and he only wanted to see the woman doctor. Dr.Ginger wasnt there at the time and the tech working with us, Stacy, went out of her way to call Dr.Ginger on her cell phone and explain that there was a little boy who only wanted to see the woman doctor. So Dr.Ginger finished picking up her own child and came back to see my little guy. Now every time he is on the schedule, Stacy knows him by name and makes sure he gets his favorite woman doctor. My husband and I see both Dr.Ginger and Dr.Greg and love them both, not a single complaint!
