Publix has got it figured out. You pay a little bit more than your average grocery store but then the experience is also above average. Everyone is always kind and willing to help. The store is always extremely clean and laid out well. Produce is at a high quality, the meat department, deli, bakery, etc are all willing to help and take special requests. The bogo deals are hard to beat. Great place.

This Publix is one of the most fun ones I go to. It is not the super huge footprint, and I guess would be considered one of their mid-size stores. Its new and clean, and the staff is always friendly. During the Pandemic they do have their employees wearing masks. Now that the vaccine has started to roll out, they are going to make it optional for their staff to wear masks. Unfortunately, since we are in TN, and 60% of the population here doesnt believe in the vaccine as an actual solution, I felt surrounded by shoppers who were unmasked. However, back to the store itself, I just really love it and it is very convenient to where I live. I love this store!

Great store! I love having an employee stand over my shoulder at self check out to make sure Im ringing up all my items! Clearly they know I cannot scan items as Im not an employee. Or is it that they know I cannot hold myself accountable!? Thanks Publix glad to know you got my back.

Publix is what it is. A pleasant place to shop and wander through and peruse different products that you might not find in other supermarkets. It is truly a great, friendly shopping experience. You do need to understand that it comes with a price. Generally the merchandise is priced a little higher than you might find elsewhere. BOGO EXCEPTED of course. I did think it odd that I couldnt find Lipton bottled green tea however.

Normally would give it a 5 but they were out of stock a lot of items and the stock people were rude. Normally everyone is super nice. Employee turnover? Management change? I dont know but I hope they fix it.

Been going here for about 3 years now, staff up front has always been pretty friendly. Deli always seems close to wanting to jump off a building after their shift though. Meat has always been extremely close to expiration dates. Expect to have it stay fresh for 1-2 days max. Bakerys great, and the store has always been clean.

Publix is a nice place to shop the workers are nice they speak ask is there anything they can help you with ....their are a few that wont speak and look you right in your face....the meat department is always on point FRESH Meat all the time they normally have everything I want & need the fruit I pay more but I like it cut up and I love the presentation of the fruit and most of the time its sweet but if its not they will exchange it out for you or refund you

I live in Canada, but I ordered a fruit basket for some friends of mine who live in the Murfreesboro area (they had been having some health issues at the time). The produce staff and store management were more than helpful and kind to put together a beautiful arrangement for them, despite complications of ordering over the border! Publix is always Great. I always shop Whole Foods first. Then on to Publix. It makes going to Krogers something you dont want to fo.

One of the things in life..Death,Taxes, Grocery store. Publix is the exception to the rule. Beautiful, clean, organized and well staffed. Yes, its more expensive lets get that out of the way. However, if youre spending the time to make a nice meal want the freshest ingredients. Need to get away from the kids and dont want to deal with anyone elses...this is the place.

Always clean, polite, and well organized, but a little pricier than Walmart lol. I love broccoli cheddar soup and they have it in a scoop your own display. Yum!!!

Publix by far has the best meat selection from their deli of any other grocery store. We have purchased tuna steaks, tilapia, and now halibut fresh from the deli. Let me tell you, fresh never frozen fish is the way to go. You can seriously taste the difference. It may cost more that way, but the taste and quality is beyond compare!

Clean and relaxing store. Items are well stocked and brought up to the front of the shelves. The bakery is very nice, the produce section is amazing, and all the center aisles have a tremendous selection of dry groceries I need. The customer service return crew is quite solid. I love this store, but recently, I bought 2 packs of 93% lean ground beef in their brand. While breaking them up in a skillet before turning my stove on, I noticed that they both contained cooked meat mixed in with the raw and had to throw them away.

When it comes to customer service Publix gets a thumb up. If you are looking for an item they will take you to it instead of pointing and saying its on H near the bottom. I was disappointed in the fried chicken the last time I bought it but who can hold that against them?

Tonight I stopped in at about 9:20 and I must say that Jon in the meat department had exceptional customer service. I was looking for patted out hamburgers and I didn’t see any. I ask him if he had any in the back and he didn’t, but without second thought he told me he would pat some out! With a smiling face he told me it would be 5-10 minutes. In 3 minutes he not only had them patted out perfectly, but he brought them to me without me ever having to go back to the department! Thanks for the great experience!!

#1 in service. Greeted upon entering the store, passing employees say hi or ask if you need help, always friendly. Today there was a special and the product was not in its spot. I asked a manager and he went in the back and found it in the freezer. Very fresh rolls! Love how on the buy one get one free, if you cant use 2 you can get one at half off.

The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The produce is always fresh. The meat is always fresh. The cooking station always has delicious recipes. I really can’t say enough good things about the store. They have gone above and beyond the call of duty on several occasions and they are all so very friendly. I would definitely recommend the store to anyone.

Gail responded completely unreasonably about a price reflected in their add and online. 50 cents cost them a customer, but Gail made sure I knew it didnt matter to her one way or another. My business is not welcomed or appreciated, so Ill go elsewhere.My previous concern was met with a nice phone call from the manager and I don’t see Gail there anymore. Today I placed an online order for the deli and arrived a little early to get it. The young lady was doing dishes and I had to ask her to change her gloves. She wasn’t happy about that. The lady before her was rude too telling me pick-ups were at the end. I will just pass for good. They’re too expensive to have the nerve to not even be friendly.

So disgusted with this Publix!! I just went to grab baby food for my 7 month old and it expired December of 2018.... I didn’t buy it until maybe May! I honestly did not think Publix would be the ones to be selling expired baby food. So disappointed. Luckily my baby didn’t eat this or there would be a way bigger problem. Check your dates.

Went today to pick up wings at the Deli and waited forever. Never seen so many employees moving around but not getting anything done. Hope they can find quality help.
