Good afternoon!!After going to 10 stores I FINALLY found what i have been looking for at Tiemart. Let me tell you that Wendy and Kari are an EXCELLENT customer service/cashier (10 stars if I could). They were so polite and nice. They went over and beyond and was very professional. They definitely know their store. I will definitely come back and highly recommend this store. Their answer were clear and where necessary detailed enough for me to make informed decisions quickly about purchasing another tie and bow tie for my son.Now, this is not your typical store where you can just come in and browse. They actually have a site/link you can go to. Plus, they have selections on a binder and hanging on the wall then you just tell them what you want to see and they’ll be more than happy to get it for you. Their service was fast and consistent.Better price and quality. Cannot wait for my husband and son to try ‘em.

I had a great experience with Tiemart! I looked at over 30 stores and was having the most difficulty finding a tie of a similar color to my bridesmaid dresses from Dear Cleo.. I requested 2 swatches, and they sent me over 10 of different shades! I ended up buying the shade that was close enough. I even did a second order and bought my fiancé some new ties for work at great places. Very pleased with this company so far!

I’d give 6 stars if I could! I thought searching for the perfect ties to match bridesmaid dresses was going to be a hassle. If you didn’t know, everyone has different names for the same colors which makes it super difficult and annoying. Well I requested a couple swatches from tiemart in the light pink/blush category and they did not disappoint. We got about a dozen of them and found the perfect match. As the groom I got a paisley tie, got the groomsmen blush slim, and had to get an extra long for a tall groomsman and they had tons of options. All of the ties are extremely nice and very affordable. The best part for me was I selected standard shipping which I think said something along the lines of 10+ business days. Well the ties came in 2 days. I wouldnt guarantee that’s the same experience everyone will get but I was impressed. They were also individually packaged which was super convienent in keeping clean and handing out to groomsmen. Shoutout to Wendy for the abundance of swatches and making it really really easy. This is where I’ll get the rest of my ties from now on and I’ll be recommending to our friends getting married in the future.

Fabric and style was great however the dusty blue they have on their site is allot darker when received and will not match our dusty blue theme so have to send back to get a refund.

The service at TieMart is excellent! We asked for a couple of color swatches and they sent several to let us choose the best option. They even wrote a hand-written note with their recommendation for the best match to a color swatch from a different company. The ties are great quality and value, I highly recommend TieMart!

Loved this place. Not only are the ties reasonable and high quality but the customer service is superior. They definitely care about their customers and the staff definitely went out of their way to help me.

I ordered ties for our wedding in quartz hoping it would match the dresses from Davids bridal... not only did they get delivered in record time, they were almost an exact match! The difference is so minimal nobody would ever know! I will definitely tell everyone about tie mart... I am super impressed!

This was my first time ordering ties online. I looked at the reviews and it seemed like a lot of them were from wedding customers. I figured if TieMart could make a bunch of bridezillas happy then I should give them a shot. I was not disappointed. The ties look great, the prices were amazing, and the online experience was quick and easy. I requested 2 color swatches and said what I was trying to match for my wedding. They sent the 2 I requested and about 7 other similar colors so Id have the best chance at finding a match. I got the samples in 2 days and then received my order within a few days. Very impressed with their customer service and product!

We had a tiemergency at the last minute before my daughters wedding. One of the employees at TieMart literally stopped what she was doing to help us. I cannot say enough good things about them!! The excellent service alone will make me shop here again and again! YOU SHOULD TOO!

At first the customer service seemed ok. Its awesome they offer free swatches. However their skinny tie clips were the size of the skinny tie itself. I returned that along with the pocket squares because I decided that its too much for the ties and pocket squares to match. I did keep the ties. My return stated there was an adjustment on the return along with a color swatch discount. So of course I emailed to question why Im being charged for the free color swatches. The rep that worked on my issue was not apologetic at all for any misunderstanding. I now understand what the fees are and its not what its stated for on the return receipt. Which is why I was confused in the first place. I will also be returning the ties along with never purchasing from this company again because of Christine the Customer Service Rep.Updated the stars based on them refunding the whole amount since I was not happy with the service.

I dont know how they are anything but 5 stars this is actually the best online purchase experience I have ever had. I have to wear ties everday and this site makes it easy. Ties never showed up. They were intended for my groomsmen in my wedding. I never had time to locate similar color in stores. Very disappointing. 1 star for refund... Would not recommend

I found TieMart online and ordered several ties in Navy to find the perfect fit to match the suits our groomsman at that price it didnt bother me to buy several. We knew even if they were the we could use them for a different occasions. They offered free pick up at their location and even thought I am 5 hours away I was able to have a close friend pick them up for me. She was coming down the following weekend. When she arrived at the store she immediately began texting me. Herself and I have several years retail experience and she was over whelmed with how nice and helpful the employee was. She could tell I was trying to color match and sent a bag full of samples. It was great. I was able to find the perfect ties for the occasions and ordered 6 more to be shipped. We received the order within a week sooner than expected and to get free shipping we ordered some socks, tie bar and cuff links. I have and will continue to recommend Tiemart to all of my friends and will continue to use them in the future. Great value, great quality, great shipping time and even better people. I will always support businesses that give a little extra for customer satisfaction.
