Stopped in yesterday to take a look at a 2017 JeepCherokee Trailhawk. Today I drove it home with aHuge smile on my face...I love it!! While the staff was friendly and the buying experience was definitely far from the worst Ive had, there were some direct questions and assurances that proved to be false. For instance the brakes. Dustin was awesome and great to work with, and the office did go out of there way to stay late (though that was due to a last minute back out by the dealer finance agent) it may be because they were trying to get rid of something they couldnt otherwise easily move. Upon reaching out after my inspection there was no response. I do feel slightly mislead, and plan to let others know that. The listings definitely need work, as even the one for my trade in has false info in it. Like I said not the worst but not the best.So the negative things were that I was met with a $2100 bill from my diesel mechanic after he looked at the truck. There was a coolant leak from a botched job, and the front end needed brakes (which I specifically asked about) and I needed lower and upper control arms on both sides. There was also a ton of rust on the undercarriage that needed dealt with, but that was the only thing really noticeable and expected during the purchase. I did have some issues upon leaving. I made it maybe 2000 ft from the complex before the beauty ring (hub cap) flew off the front wheel. Luckily some stranger stopped and told me at a light. I went back and found it. Dustin did come out to try and help. As it was something SUPER minor come to find out there wasnt any real heart burn, but thats still not a good way to start. Then the bill came in, and on top of that I have suspected injector failure upcoming, another 2k+.Truck is currently at a shop as further inspection indicated that the studs had been damaged from the rear brake work done by the dealer. 4 studs on the passenger side were broken. With 1 being broken on the driver side. This damage was hidden thanks to the spacers that are on the truck. The only way to find out was to take the rear wheels off. One of which tried to back off on me while driving it on 10/30.

Pulled in after work around 5:30pm. Talked with Dustin about a ford fusion. They got my payments down to about $100 a month!! These guys are pros. Thank you so much for staying late for me. I love this car!!! 😀😀

No need to shop here tried to get financed for a cheap vehicle and got told that I should go for a higher priced vehicle all I need was something cheap that could get me around l wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

Absolutely horrible experience. My fiancé traded a vehicle in for a Truck through Dustin and was approved for the truck and signed the papers and everything. Then a few days later was called, after they had already sold his original vehicle, saying he was no longer approved and must return the truck. When we went to return the truck, we were treated extremely disrespectful and were cussed out by the finance manager. They even tried to short us on the deposit we put down on the truck when we purchased it. Would not recommend ever doing business with them! The staff was extremely rude and very shady!

What a team. Mike and Theresa went the extra mile to get me in my new car. Helping me out after hours and being flexible and patient. These guys have a passion for cars and is shows in their work. I couldn’t have had a better experience!

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!! I wish I could leave 0 stars. Very dishonest people and refuse to fix a problem they knew about right. I went to them trusting them to have a dependable first car that I purchased myself and now it is in my driveway undrivable and I havent even gotten plates or made my first payment yet. Pretty low when you can do someone extremely wrong and still sleep at night. Thanks Ron Greenwell Automotive for being so dishonest and refusing to make something right that was your fault not mine. And then have the nerve to make it look like this is all my fault when in reality it is yours.

Ron was very easy to work with and we got a great deal on our Honda Pilot. I shopped competitors with similar vehicles within 100 miles, and I couldnt find a better deal. The price is not always the most important factor in buying a car though. The vehicle needs to be a good value. Not only did Ron beat the price of a competitor, but he did so with a more luxurious trim line on a well-maintained vehicle. He was great at communicating with us. He owns a small dealership, but you could tell that he cared about each car he put on the lot. I would have felt confident driving home in any one of the vehicles he had out there. Ron was friendly, honest and open. He answered all of my questions without any of the aggressive sales tactics found in other dealerships. We are very happy with our purchase, and I would not only recommend Ron Greenwell Auto Sales to my friends and family, but I will look up his listings when we are in the market again.

Very disappointed, drove over an hour to check out a truck I had an appointment for just found out it’s “sold” someone else could look at it since they put down a deposit before I showed up. Sales personnel were very rude and I caught a bad vibe right off the bat, wouldn’t even turn in my application for financing because I’m not qualified after review and decision of the person in charge! Defiantly a joke!!!

I went to look at a pickup and while it ran ok there was a lot more rust on it than was advertised along with stains in the interior and the sales lady was a little rude telling me my trade in was just junk and would be going to the scrap yard

Awfull..traded a 2000 cavalier plus 5k a few years back for a monte carlo..they agreed to have the issue fixed by their mechanic that works out of his own garage..the issue wasnt fixed and the engine blew within 6 months and ended up with no vehicle when the cavalier had 0 issues....should have kept it
