It has truly been an amazing end-to-end experience working with the ProGranite team. They really took care of our family for our major renovation on our first home. We shopped around at a few different places big box retailers, but it was clear ProGranite stood out from the rest.For starters, they have an amazing showroom floor where they showed us different quartz samples and educated us on the different quality tiers and options that would fit best for our home and cabinet colors. After looking at the samples, we were able to look at the full slabs to gather the full depth and beauty of each variation of material. After inspecting the slabs, they walked us through the different configuration options for our kitchen and we also toured their sink showroom. During the whole consultation, they were never pushy and they didn’t rush us through the process, which put me at ease. Once the consultation was complete, they digitally sent us CAD drawings of the design and quote for the project. All paperwork and payments were also done online, which is a real plus so I could thoroughly review all of the documents at my own pace, keep a copy of all of the paperwork, and not feel the pressure of going in-person. Once the down payment was received, I was contacted by their scheduler, Arthur. He was really was great to work with, he was very transparent through the whole process by sending me the overall start to finish schedule and he asked if I had any time preferences or limitations. For each step of the project, I received email and text reminders for all of my appointments as well as a phone call before each team member headed over to our home. The first appointment was with Mike, who came in-person to custom make our counter top and backsplash template. He was a really friendly guy and was very knowledgeable guy and he was able to answer a lot of our questions about the overall process since he did countertop installations for ProGranite for several years before transitioning over to creating templates.The first major part of our remodel was the countertop and island installation with Uriel. He and his team were really friendly and were obsessed with doing the job right, I saw him triple check to make sure our waterfall island was perfectly square and level. They did an amazing job mitering the joints and I couldn’t even tell the waterfall on our island were three sperate pieces. He even asked me to double check his work to make sure I was satisfied with the results. Before leaving, they did an excellent job cleaning up and double checking everything was right before they left.Next came the backsplash installers Vinny and Ivan. Honestly, he and his team were super nice, professional, and transparent throughout the installation process. There was a minor hiccup with our full height backsplash since we have two small window cut outs that were also supposed to be lined with quartz. The issue came when he noticed our windows not perfectly square so he had to do a custom hand fit job and recut a few pieces to make sure it looked perfectly square. Vinny was transparent throughout the whole process and as soon as he found out there needed to be some adjustments, I heard him calling up Mike, the template creator to discuss the issue, as well as the fabrication shop to cut new pieces. Once Vinny found he a solution, he then informed me, which I was really grateful for because it showed he cared and was proactive in finding a solution. Just like Uriel, after making the final installation, he doubled checked with me to make sure everything was 100% and I was satisfied with the work.Overall, after writing this novel of a review and reflecting on my positive experience, I would defiantly recommend ProGranite to all of my family and friends. A great contractor/remodeling service provider is one who does skilled work for a fair price, but even more importantly, appropriately handles problems. ProGranite proved to be FANTASTIC! We choose a material for a fireplace surround which the supplier had represented to ProGranite was appropriate for the intended usage. It turned out that the supplier was wrong - the material started to bow and would have eventually fell off. This was a huge project and could have been a real nightmare. But ProGranite immediately stepped in and made everything right. Progranite completely redid the project at their own cost with a new appropriate material that we selected. They were very considerate and completed the ‘redo’ as quickly as possible. It’s now beautiful! Everything Progranite did for our home was beautifully and skillfully done - countertops and backslash in multiple rooms and a large shower surround. They installed granite, quartz and porcelain slab for us. Progranite is especially superior in their placement of seams - they ‘seem’ to make the seams almost invisible!) We couldn’t be more pleased with the end result. We’ve done 3 other remodels in the Seattle area with 2 other local companies. Neither came close to measuring our to ProGranite’s quality and service. We would definitely use them again.

Really professional guys, my kitchen needed demo and reinstall of countertop. There wasn’t a 100% probability that it will go smooth but IT DID. Nothing was chipped or cracked. I’m really happy I didn’t do it myself and hires this company. I recommend to everyone

We bought the new house and for kitchen countertops, ProGranite was the vendor. After a few months, we noticed a small crack on one of the Quartz countertops. We informed the vendor as soon as they got the call they scheduled the person and also co-owner Andrew came himself. They confirmed its material issue and replaced the whole kitchen countertops with the new ones.Very professional, friendly, and top-notch vendors. I will highly recommend them.

It’s great that so many others gave positive reviews but I am very suspect. My outdoor kitchen project was challenging, but I can honestly say that ProGranite was the worse contractor that I have ever worked with. From the initial low-ball quote, to the 3.5 hour evaluation and quote process etc. The guys would often show up and work for less than 30 minutes then leave for other jobs. In the end, I ended up paying over double what the project was approved for, while they said to me that I “added” on to the project which was not true aside from a slight addition that I more than paid for. I also had to pound our power-burner into position since the walls that they made were so far out of square. Again this was just an absolute mess, and ProGranite was terrible to work with. Hate to be so negative, but this is the truth.

ProGranite did not disappoint. Other granite professionals & tradesmen, decorators etc. told me that it wouldnt work or they didnt know HOW it would work or look if attempted since they never did it. Excellence comes from thinking out of the box and having the perseverance and attention to detail.Mike Panfilov has been diligent to make sure every detail was thought through. The efforts and attention to detail yesterday By Mike and Arthur were exceptional and both Ron and Iwere confident it would all work out as we had hoped.The pictures say it all....it turned out beautifully!

My project was a relatively simple DIY. I needed a top for a piece of furniture I was repurposing as a vanity. Tolerances were very close. I gave Pro Granite a template and the undermount sink and they fabricated and mounted the sink. When I got the top home it was a 1/4 too deep. Dont know if it was my mistake or theirs but there was no finger pointing. Sometimes things dont go as planned but it is then that a company shows its colors. They trimmed the back while I waited for no charge - didnt need to remove the sink. It now fits and looks perfect!Most projects are bigger and will involve them doing their own field measurements. My project was much smaller but based on my experience, Pro Granite will not disappoint!

Worked w/ Mark this evening on selecting and purchasing countertops for our kitchen remodel. He was super helpful in making sure I understood pros/cons of each product. There was an area I could not even see or feel that he stayed and worked on for an extra two hours – until he felt that it was right. I don’t normally write reviews … which is a bit ironic because I do like reading the reviews of others, and often base at least part of my decisions on them. So, this leads me to write about my great (“Five Star”) experience working with ProGranite (Mukilteo). Before them, we had three previous attempts with another (Mukilteo) company to install new (mosaic tile) flooring in our rather large (but aging) walk-in shower. [As an aside, the shower’s plumbing had also failed twice … but was finally fixed well by a plumber from Bel-Red (Mukilteo.] One of the features I liked best while converting a guest bathroom from a tub to a walk-in was the use of a one-piece shower pan. So, I decided we needed to install a one-piece shower pan in the master bath shower ... although the area was much larger than any of the standard shower pans currently available.Enter ProGranite. They sell lots of great products, among which is Silestone. Working closely with them, they said we could order a one-piece Silestone shower pan. They helped us find a supplier (in Spain!) and the shower was measured for just the perfect fit. ProGranite was delightful to work with, very professional, and each of them instilled confidence in the process (which was needed because of my previous bad experiences with the other so-called granite company). Throughout this lengthy process (it took 3+ months from order to delivery), they kept us well-informed of progress, shipping, arrival in the US, delivery and installation. They said this was their first project with such a large one-piece shower pan but their attention to detail made everything go smoothly. This good experience was continued with the measurement and installation of a matching Silestone landing/entrance into the shower. The results look fantastic, and our experience with ProGranite was very good. I would not hesitate to use them again for our granite and Silestone needs.

ProGranite did an amazing job for new counter tops in my kitchen. Then entire team I worked with: oxana in the showroom, Arthur in scheduling to Vladimir who did the demo and Louis and Ivan who did the install. Also mike who took the measurements. Their work was really good they, took care to not damage things and cleaned up. They worked with my schedule and got me going once I was ready.

The crew at ProGranite did a fabulous job installing our counter tops. They were knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I will definitely use them in the future.

Were extremely satisfied with ProGranites work. They installed granite countertops in our two kitchens. They had a great selection of surfaces. They helped us find the slabs that suited us and then worked with us to identify the best sections of the slab for our needs. The cutting and preparation was precise, and the final product outstanding. We couldnt be more pleased with the entire process. The installation team was very skilled and professional. They were polite easy to work with, and very careful with the cabinets and other items in the room.A short time after installation our son broke part of the countertop. We contacted ProGranite about repairing or replacing it. They recommended a repair; when they were done it was practically impossible to see where the damage had previously been. You had to know just where to look, and the light had to be at just the right angle.We are thrilled with our new countertops. We will return to ProGranite for our next project.

Carlos & Julio were hard workers & installed the countertops quickly & efficiently. There was a small problem with the leveling but Carlos was able to fix it on the fly & it looks fabulous. At the end our dishwasher was not closing properly and he took the time to lower it & it now works great. Overall very impressed & would highly recommend to friends & family.

Progranite recently did our master bathroom and kitchen. After 4 years of living in our home, I was ready to update our space to something a little more modern. The process was so much easier and faster then I expected. The showroom had many options to choose from including the exact one we wanted. We also bought our square sinks from them as well. Although we had to schedule a few weeks out, when it came time to do the work, they were able to do measurements within a couple hours and the installation was done in a day. The installers were knowledgeable, professional and cleaned up nicely after the work was done. Even though they did the job quickly, they did not rush through the process and was very detailed. We are pleased with the final result and couldnt be happier!

Andrew and his team are true craftsmen.Their skill and patience truly shows in the final product.The layout and design work, edging, grain matching is top notch.He, and/or his team were on time, and on budget.I specifically want to thank Alex for staying late and finishing up on a last minute change order and close out the job.We used Rain Forest Green Marble on the kitchen island and the face of the fireplace, it all flows and looks like it is all one piece.The Man made quarts used on the other counter tops fit like a glove, and the seems are virtually invisible.

My experience with Pro Granite Surfaces was anything but pleasant from the beginning to the end. Let me start by saying that the company has a great variety of granite choices - color, texture, weight, shape - anything your heart desires! They also have different shapes and sizes of sinks for you choose from, perfectly displayed in the showroom. Don’t have faucets - they will offer them too!The scheduling process by Arthur was very smooth - still surprised by their flexibility and customer-centered attitude.Mike came by to take measurements -these guys have the latest and greatest tools and devices to make sure your new countertop fits your nonstandard bathroom, leveled and cut perfectly to accommodate your needs. Mike was very respectful and offered to put the shoes covers on when he came in.Once the countertops were ready to install, Yuan and Ivan delivered and carefully took them upstairs (without hitting and scratching any corners and walls!!!). In one of my bathrooms, the drywall was bended a bit but they managed to adjust the backsplash to make this issue less visible.The special thanks to the owner, Andrey, who runs this great, customer centered company. I am a contractor who has used Pro Granite on a few of my projects. I have used other counter top in the past and have found Pro Granite to stand apart in the great costumer service they provide. Its nice to actually work with professionals who know how to take care of their customers. They do a great job from the start to finish of the project and I would not send me clients to anywhere ells.

Very helpful and accommodating receptionist and Studio person. They seem to have a very decent selection and examples of their work appear to be high-quality. If you do go, take a sun hat and maybe a long sleeve shirt, because it gets extremely roasty looking through all the slabs in the hot sun.

ProGranite staff were highly professional and responsive throughout the purchasing and installation process. They used the latest technology for measuring and cutting the granite. The installers, Mike and Vlad were conscientious, efficient and courteous. Overall, excellent experience.

I highly recommend ProGranite Surfaces out of Mukilteo. We used them for our kitchen countertops with a recent renovation. We finished the project in December, but I’m coming back months later to write this review because they deserve the recognition and any extra business that might come from a positive review. Taras a Luís did a fantabulous job installing our new quarts countertops very great detail and was very efficient finishing the job way under the time they expected it would take!! Our new sink was installed and they drilled one hole on site!They spent extra time to take vacuums our while cutting and securing the countertops in a couple of different places to make sure that me and my family stay safe!! I could hang on the side of the countertops!!Thank you so much for all that you guys do! Will be doing business with you again in the near future!!

I needed a Silestone Quartz remnant for a small make-up vanity countertop and backsplash. I visited the outdoor area where they keep granite and quartz slabs and they found the remnant I needed.The next week they came out to template the space and two weeks after that a two person team of Julio and Carlos installed the counter and backsplash just as planned. The installers were very helpful and the did a great job.

This is the second time that ProGranite has installed our counter tops. Manny and Juan showed up on time and with in two hours our counter tops were installed. Very professional from the beginning, getting the measurements to installation everything fit. And it looks Great!

Good company that uses the latest technology in the field. They did my personal house and I also know them through work with my business. Its nice to see the same guys from year to year in a field known for turnover. Their management team was prompt and responsive and I tend to be a high maintenance client. Templating was quick, but thorough. Installers were on time and did a great job. You cant see the seams. Also, check out their showroom. Theyve put a lot of effort into it and theres not a lot of places you can see multiple brands of countertops in one place.

Progranite worked with us to match, repair and replace a portion of our kitchen countertop that had been broken during kitchen renovations. Juan and Ivan from Progranite came to our home to replace the damaged portion of our kitchen countertop. Their professionalism was of the highest level. They were very meticulous in performance of the job and were also very knowledgeable and courteous. The job was difficult but they painstakingly installed the new countertop and matched it perfectly to our existing pieces. I give Progranite and especially Juan and Ivan my highest recommendation.

From start to finish, this was a seamless process....from our initial encounter with Mark in sales to our beautiful installation by Nick and Ivan yesterday. During the process of picking out our countertop, Mark was patient, informative, and professional. No pressure was felt at any time, and we changed our choice of materials without any hassle at all. Yesterdays install went flawlessly, and Nick and Ivan were consummate professionals with exceptional attention to detail during the install. ProGranite has cut countertops for our Master Bath, Kitchen, 3 other bathrooms, laundry room, bar and installed our shower enclosure, which you have to see to appreciate, so great.Not everything went according to plan, but they were always going the extra mile to get the result perfect. I am totally impressed. They are willing to work with you when you want to DIY and theyve been super accommodating when weve brought stone to them which was not from their yard. Theyll even install sinks on stone you bring (they cut).Andrew is their templater. Hes been over to our house more often than many of our friends. Hi-Tech measuring and manufacturing. Every-time the fit is perfect. Oxana is one of the excellent specialists in the show room. They just know stone so well. On one of our more ambitious projects Alex (I think he iis one of the owners) took a special interest and was helping with the install.5 stars for sure.

They installed white Quartz countertops at my old house. They did a beautiful job. Also, the workers were very helpful and kind. I would strongly recommend them to others. I am doing a second house now and will use their service again.

Andrew, Alena and the ProGranite team were excellent. In Oct, we had a complicated install (2nd floor) of new kitchen counter tops at our townhome in Alki. Andrew hired extra staff at a very small charge to help lift the countertops up to the 2nd level loft area to make it possible. As for installation, my countertops were just installed by Manny and what a great experience. The installation was perfect the first time and Manny went out of his way to make sure we were totally happy. Not better company for countertops.
