I have been shopping with them for a while now. Mainly at the Tuscaloosa location and some at Crestline. I have always been super impressed with their level of customer service. Im not sure how they hire and train their staff, but they are always great to work with. However, I recently did some online ordering. Ordering was easy and communication was good. Unfortunately, due to absolutely no fault of theirs, I had some delivery issues. And this is where their customer service went to a whole different level. They called me and talked through what happened and immediately put in a plan to fix it. In the process of the proposed fix, we had another little bump and an item got delayed. But again, they called, customer focused, set a plan of action, and resolved it. Ashlyn was absolutely incredible!!! When I got to the store, they had my stuff ready to go and were as helpful as always despite the store being covered up with people 5 mins before closing. I am a HR leader in a service industry and I would hire every person I interacted with. Spend your money here - you wont have a better customer experience. And my wife loves all their stuff!

The pants store is my favorite place to shop. They have everything from women’s to men’s to kids clothing, shoes, accessories and more. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. They are also open 7-days which is very convenient with my work schedule! 100% recommend

The staff was so kind and patient. They went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased with the shoes I was buying. She brought out several of the same size in the same shoe to make sure they fit just like I liked and it was her idea❤️ . They were also super sweet to “my 5year old helper”

The Pants Store is great. The staff is very welcoming, and always offer to get things from other stores if they do not have it in stock. I always get these items in a timely manner. I will definitely shop here some more.

Great shop! Perfect for college girls! I especially recommend the shoes section for girls and the shirts/pants for men. I buy my husbands things there. Friendly staff. Right next to the nail salon, so just pop right in after a good pedicure :)

The staff was very helpful and willing to go above and beyond to help me. They special ordered me a pair of shoes that they couldn’t find at any of their locations. Would definitely recommend and will continue to do business with them.

Mary Beth always helps make sure I find something that looks great and fits well - she even helps make sure the tailor can do necessary alterations when necessary. She’s the best!

It’s called the pants store and let’s just say I was pretty disappointed when I walked in and saw that they sold more the just pants. Why call it a pants store when you sell all clothes? Why not just call it Clothes Store? Idk man I just felt it was pretty false advertising

Cute, trendy clothes and always cheaper than other stores! Ive seen tops they sell for $20-40 and other places have them retailing at $50-$80!
