A full scale walmart, in the middle of nowhere! It was an amazing find to see such a sipercenter walmart in Moundsville. This walmart has a salon, nail spa, vision center, garden center, pharmacy bakery, grocery. The staff here is very cooperative and helpful. This definitely serves all the basic needs of people upto next 20 miles in the region. Though bring a supercenter, it is not a 25 hours place. It opens at 6 AM in the morning. The walmart also has the cheapest gas station in the neighborhood.

Clean store. Helpful employees. Not a big deli selection. Ive been here several times when the stock on the shelves is bare. Usually lines to check out.

They have just about anyrhing you need all in one store. Products are easy to find. Makes it very convienient.

The people that work here are beyond rude! If you feel you need to be that ignorant with your customers then its time to quit move on find a job that doesnt put you in contact with people!

Walmart online shopping has the best prices of all. Every time I find a high end product that we need, I have compared it to the Walmart brand and found the same exact product for a much lower price...Found these curtains on wayfair came to Walmart,same exact pair for 30 dollars lower. .any mishaps have been handled quickly and without issue.

I like Walmart I like looking around its a nice place to go and get your checks cashed if you dont have a bank

- The grocery side is well organized and usually well stocked.- On the down side, I have noticed that there are less and less items to choose from on the merchandise side. The shelves for pets were almost bare and the plumbing section was just the same.- On a good note, the employees (for the most part) are very knowledgeable and go out of their way to help customers.

The pick up department Girl is terrible! She did not bring all of my food out...said the order was complete. I check my bags and there were 16 items that she missed. I call and a man answered I explained the situation and he said that they could be out of the items that I would not be charged. I went in the store then and the items were there I picked up the 16 items. There was more of the items left. What is terrible is that I only ordered 3 different items peanut butter, tomatoes, and 18 pouches of tuna....she only had two pouches in my bag.

Its Walmart. The only thing really worth noting is the parking lot and how chaotic/dangerous it is getting from the road to / from the parking lot.Honestly they should have at least one more light at the Walmart parking lot that lets out to the road that is right across from the hospital outlet.

I changed my rating from a 5 star to 3 I have not been there in a long while and yesterday a friend and I had some things to do so off to Walmart. its kind of a chaotic set up as far as where products are on the shelves and just complete layout. I had given it a good rating 2 years ago because of all of the staff But now staff is minimal in the ones who are there are just trying to get out of there as fast as they can they will not speak to you sometimes even when you have spoken to them and out of everyone I talk to no one not a single 1 could answer a question for me I spoke to 5 employees yesterday and each one made me feel like they just wanted out of there and none of them could answer a question the products are stocked and it is fully stocked and there is a nice selection and it is a big store so it still gets 3 stars for that but set up and staff have just went way downhill

They dont have so many things its so sad and I know how big of a company they are they should be able to buy so much more employees should get more money they work hard

Probably not their fault due to Covid but stock throughout store is very limited and they try to camouflage with filling with large seasonal items to give appearance of fully stocked. They did have four registers open today which was a plus.

I had two people ask if I need help. That usually does not happen at other Walmarts.

The parking lot was PACKED...Everybody was gawking and enjoying the mild temperature.I could have died because someone who NEVER takes the keys with him did.(Hint- Always crack you window before the Big Dog leaves the vehicle.)Nobody wrecked with all that traffic and that was great.

Self checkout sucks, always rearranging aisles so you cant find anything. One of the cleaner walmarts Ive been in

I like the Moundsville store at least every time that I have been there it is less crowded also the store is always cleaned and organized.

Walmart has great prices and you can get everything you need in one place.

Why have selfscans if one day only people paying with cards can use. And the next month you can only use cash. If you happen to not have on you what the selfscans are accepting that day,Then u must go wait in line at the only two regular checkout lanes that are ever open.

Love they have pretty much anything u need. From groceries to camping gear, pet food to cough medicine!!

This place is horrible with customer service SAD place when they have a job and are miserable working there they should leave and go where they will be happy.

Good place for items. Workers are not caring about the mask laws in till they get in trouble and head manager of the building is not around when workers that are in the back not correctly wearing masks. But other than that its a good place to find food Sporting wear toys and electronics and clothing

Employees should not be aloud to use their phones texting while on the clock. Not only me but other customers have complained about this because the customers are being ignored. I really should have went straight to a supervisor when it happened to me.

Went in for 4 tires at 230 asked how long it would be I was told 1 and half. I didnt get out of there til 5. Thats when they closed. Was definitely a long time .

Cashier didnt double bag heavy items and when we attempted to she hurried up and threw our bags in the cart so we couldnt double bag the ones that should have been. No one wants to have to pick their groceries up off the ground because the bags couldnt hold what was in them. Was not impressed. They should also have more than 3 check out lanes! I do not work there it is not my job to scan and bag my things. So I will wait in line. I would rather wait for a cashier. Im sure they got bills to pay just like everyone else.

If you need customer assistance to get an item unlocked most likely you will be waiting for quite a while, and self checkout for a few items is fine.... but for the large number of items, its a pain in the a$$

This visit was no different from all the rest of my many visits........employees have the slightest idea what they are selling nor where the products are located inside the store. The selection was to a minimum, needless to say so was the length of my visit. I was displeased with this trip.

I love this Walmart the best out of all the ones in the area. Its not tore up every time I go in there and its a nice place to shop.

For cricket store you go in there and you tell them what you need and they never know how to fix things for example I went in yesterday to find out how to delete my emails on my Motorola G7 she did not know nothing about it and told me to delete them one by one I never get good service at that place just a hard time for Walmart they used to have everything you wanted when you went in there now they have nothing you cant even go in and buy a nice dress shirt you have to go to New Martinsville moundsville Walmart sucks

I witnessed the Chinese guy that does you nail in Walmart, use the restroom, touch his junk and walk out without washing his hands, good luck ladies!!!

I just hate seeing customers have to climb the shelves to get items up top that are empty from their home below.The people at the deli counter are pretty good, though.

The store is pretty well taken care of for cleanness but I hate they shortened the hours thats the only reason Im wont give 5 stars for this change. Most of the staff are polite and knowledgeable of there position.

Ive called almost daily for a week and a half and have only spoke to a person ONE time. He transferred me to the correct department and the phone rang and rang and rang then got hung up on! Get it together!!!

Eye Center straightened my glasses and were very good and extremely pleasant.

Maybe its because Im not from the area but the shelves were empty. No selection for food. I was told its always this way. Very unorganized with boxes everywhere. Hard to move around the store.

Pick up is awesome. All but 1 order has been spot on and I had no problem with correcting the order that was missing an item. The staff are very friendly and kind.

Went for fancy feast cat foid...the shelves were practically bare!

Just went through the drive through for prescriptions. The pharmacy staff both at the drive through & by phone are always helpful & courteous. Thank You

The facility is always clean and staff is friendly. My only issue with going here is that the greeters always try to stop me to check my reciept. That irritates me im not a thief and Dont feel that I should have to waste my time proving i paid for everything in my cart every time I shop here. Most of the time its after working 12hrs and I just want to get my things and go home.

No registers opened, low stock or out of products

They never have enough registers open. They rely on the sf checkouts.

The lack of open registers is a never ending problem however there are always many more self serve options open and available if you want to check yourself out. With that being said then Walmart should give a percentage discount for doing it yourself.

Tire lubes Express is the worst...I got up at 6am to drive to moundsville. First come, first serve? Nope. At 715 there was already 2 hour wait. I even called ahead but was lied to. Walmart will survive but they care not for every day people.

Disappointed that I called 3-4 times Walmart Moundsville,WV and no one answered after several rings each time, then hung up on me. I run with a fire dept and had to go down only to be told 2 of items I wanted were in stock, then, no, there isnt any. However, at least a girl named Nicole took time to check for me. Kudos to her.

The store itself is clean and tidy. The associates are however a bit lacking in knowledge and patience.

Just visiting from Va and we stopped in for sandals. They are doing a great job with the social distancing and keeping count of customers in the store. Everyone seemed to be wearing there PPE. Not all the customers were thought. Customer service was great. We love our sandals.

They do not stock the shelves and a lot of items are sold out for weeks!
