I have absolutely no complaints. Grey and the team made me feel welcome and made the entire process stress free. I was at the dealership 45-60 mins, it was a quick process. Grey explained and demonstrated all the details and features of the truck. He even help move my items from my trade in to the new truck. We were able to talk about the truck I was buying and other things that had nothing to do with a vehicle. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend others to go visit.

Had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation and bulb replacement in drivers side turn signal rear on September 10 at 10:30, and called and added remote starter for the same day, took day off from work, went to appointment and they didnt have the remote start. They didnt order it. So now I have to take another day off from work to get installed. But they havent got back in touch with me, to say they have it to get it installed. I left green Chevrolet on Knoxville in peoria il for bad service. And now I am getting it here. I have no chance then to go else where to get the remote installed. I wanted gm parts and the dealership to install it for me, but they wont call me to tell me they ordered the part and time for the appointment.Thank you,Regina Garnett

As far as I can tell so far things were done correctly. I got a loaner as requested. I couldnt get my car picked up right away and they were fine with that. Just for further help, the loaners need to be cleaned before giving them out. The inside was a dirty. ..... shreaded cheese on the back floor, box in the trunk area. Wasnt a big deal but with Covid it should be.

As for sales great. The shop side I would not recommend to anyone. It seems anything more than an oil change is to much of a hassle for them. I took my truck in and had an oil change done. I brought up the water pump was leaking and a knock in the engine along with the parking brake. They did the oil change, replace the water pump under the warranty. The parking brake I was told that it is something they dont inspect prior to sailing the vehicle and it would be $500.00 just to look at it. As for the knock I was told to take it to Dodge and have them look at it. So I guess my buisness will go tothe dodge dealership now. My wifes brand new chevy Brakes went out, then came back. They did the oil change and told her if they go out again to let them know. So we may have to take her chevy to another dealership to have them inspect the car.

Ive been a long time customer but today was the final straw. Offered me a rebate on new tires then refused to honor it, but I looked past it. Constantly late or behind schedule for service calls, but I looked past it. Today however, I mentioned I needed the service department and they slammed the phone on me at 4:50 and wouldnt pick up phone again until after the service department left at 5. Avoid this place at all costs, its rotten all the way through.In response to your reply, if you have amazing people then why do these things keep happening? Its multiple departments which gave me trouble. You never did anything to correct the problems. Youre rotten all the way through and its clear as day.

Just a warning if you are selling your car here it will more then likely be used to rip someone off either by covering up things wrong with it and passing it off as “inspected” or by not disclosing thing that are wrong with the car and selling it off knowing it will be back for service in just a couple of months after selling you the “extended warranty” that really doesnt cover anything besides really minor problems. If you are buying a vehicle from this place, id advise against it, but if you must, id have it inspected by 3rd party and not by anyone they would suggest. If they do inspect these vehicles, the technician/s responsible for this isnt very good at it. The techs they use to service vehicles arent much better as ive been burned by each of the above mentioned problem areas.

My GMC truck developed a leak inside the cab around the windshield area after a recent rainstorm and since it is parked outside it concerned us. My Daughter recommended Grimm so I called and got scheduled quickly. The Body Shop worked quickly and effectively found the problem and resolved the issue. They answered every question I had and were very personable. Every phase was very professional and courteous from the phone call, to the Body Shop to the payment was done to my satisfaction. I bought my High Country from you and it has Bridgestone tires 80,000 mile warranty. I have 34,480 miles and I was told they I not safe to drive fast. they are defective sidewall. Your service man said he would only give me 20% and I had to buy same tire again in order to get the 20%. Now do you think I am that dumb to put that same tire back on? Whats the deal with 20% and the tire is less then half of the warranty miles, thats a shame to be treated that way after I been a loyal buyer from Bob Grim but not any more.

Very poor experience overall. I bought a vehicle from Bob Grimm, promptly found out it needed over $5000 in repairs, and all they could do for me is give me a $200 credit. Definitely my mistake for buying as-is, but I went to to dealer and passed up the used car lots in hopes of buying a vehicle that I could rely on. Woops. I know I cannot blame them for all the repairs my vehicle needed, but they 100% knew about some of the issues before they sold it to me. My experience with the service center was very poor. The service writers have no clue what they are talking about, any questions I had were answered through them by a mysterious service manager. I was wondering if one of the repairs on my vehicle was covered by a recall, and I was lied to 2 times. I was initially told that the recall expired at 6 years/120,000 miles. Recalls DO NOT expire. After I sent a service writer the exact NHTSA recall notice to dealers for the issue with my vehicle, I got another obscure response from the mysterious service manager through the clueless service writer. I do not trust this dealer and will never return or recommend.

Second review as I need to update the repairs on the lemon I was sold. Was just told that the engine needs to be completely over hauled for another bill of $5,000. GM is helping with the bill this time but not because the original dealer, Bob Grimm, did anything about it. I am at another very good dealer in Minnesota. My cost in addition to the $5K I have already spent is $3K. To review they sold me a car with painted over rust, a bad transmission and now an engine that made it all of 80,000 miles after I purchased the car. If they are as reputable as they like to appear they should not have purchased this car at auction without doing the due diligence. Buyer beware.

Ill be quite honest, I do not like buying vehicles, and it is because of the whole buying process. It usually centers around a pushy salesperson and then a terribly lengthy and drawn out haggle over price. I dont have either the time or patience for either. I sent my husband to the dealership to let them know what truck I wanted, what I would be willing to pay, and to please have everything ready for me when I arrived. He arrived home with a smile on his face...not something usually seen after that experience. He told me that it was the most pleasant experience he has ever had at a dealership. We arrived to pick up the truck, paperwork was ready, everyone was super friendly and we were out the door within 15-20 minutes from the time we walked in...and that was ONLY because the finance manager was in with another client. Otherwise it wouldnt have been that long! I thank you and your team (and Chris) for your remarkable and refreshing customer service!!! We will be back for all of our new purchases!

The techs took care of my truck in record time. I was there to get an oil change and fuel filter change and was in and out in 30 minutes. It is a pleasure to come in and everyone is friendly and helpful. There was plenty of coffee and the restrooms were clean and smelled fresh. I like the music that played in the background. We were told our payment was one price and then told later that they had made a mistake and the payment was going to go up. Between the part taking 2 days and the apparantly only tech needing a day off, it took a week to fix a radiator. They did supply me with a loaner vehicle which was nice. I am mostly upset with chevy not backing their products. My truck only has 45000 miles and the radiator goes out. Chevy would not cover this with their powertrain warranty. Luckily I did purchase an additional warranty that covered it. All in all, I wasnt completely happy with the whole experience.

I brought my car out there at least seven times wow they did accommodate me with a vehicle that I don’t agree with very safe in itself my car still has the same problem that I had when I brought it there the first time they said it was a wiring issue but it was clearly an engine and the transmission issue because I kept telling them that the diagnostic OnStar was sending to my email to check the engine and check the transmission nobody ever did that and if they did they would’ve found that this valve was leaking so I wasted $700 on a wiring issue that probably didn’t even need to be fixed in order for me to drive my car saying that I’m on a budget and now you want me to fork out another $700 To actually fix the problem that I brought it there in the first place

Fast and efficient and a comfortable waiting room. Many of the employees were not wearing masks. I requested documentation concerning the erratic shifts my transmission makes in the morning. The service representative failed to add it to the work order. I was told there is a service bulletin on this transmission, but I didnt get one.

Worst car I have ever purchased. Chev Equinox had paint over the rust to hide it. A transmission that was slipping but never disclosed until over a month later. Two years later and over $5K in repairs and it is still breaking down. I will never get through the payments before I have to dispose of this vehicle. You cant tell me that Bob Grimm didnt know it was a lemon. No I will not call Chuck as the standard response gives. Perhaps they can call me with a solution.

When I first went in to look for a vehicle I had a general idea of what I wanted and I explained it to the car salesman Steve. I immediately got a good vibe from him. He wasnt your typical stiff emotionless all about business sorta guy. When I told him what I wanted we looked on the computer, did a test drive, and found the one. He stuck with what I said I wanted and didnt try to get anything more or less. Due to unforseen circumstances I wasnt able to get that specific vehicle at that time. It was almost a year later before I was able to return but during that year he kept in contact with me to check in and see if my plan had changed. I sent him pictures of cars I was interested in and the price range. He took all of this into account and when I came in to see him he already knew what I wanted. When something was out of my price range he leveled with me and said I dont think this one would be good for your price range. He didnt set me up for failure and try to get me into something that would have bankrupted me. Im very happy with my 2017 Nissan Pathfinder that Steve helped me pick out. I am very pleased with the professionalism Steve showed and how down to earth he was. I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle here.

I received excellent service. I brought my car in for an issue with the heat and the service department corrected the issue, but also made sure to troubleshoot possible causes of the issue . I was also able to combine the appointment with my oil change which was very convenient. Tony was extremely helpful in making sure I got a ride to work after I dropped off my car and in making sure I was able to get my car back before the end of the day. Was treated very well but I have to say that your new policy about your customer waiting area on one side of the road while my vehicle is across the road brings a mistrust in your work. It gives the apperance that you are hiding something. Me myself ive always been the type that I like to see the work being done. Im not sure if you can truly understand how this appears on the customers side. And it shows itself on the previous visit when i brought my truck in for tires and alighnment and 5 days later my AC quit working. This is the lack of trust due to lack of watching my truck repair.

Scheduling was easy.... they got me in same day, which I wasnt expecting. They always ask to wash my car for me after they change the oil. I LOVE that!!! Such a nice little perk that feels like VIP yet is complimentary. Consistent quality service, Im very grateful.
