Amazing sandwiches!I got the Hot Mess and it was delicious. Braised beef with mushrooms and peppercorns (they softened during the braising so they just give a little heat and smokiness).Brother in laws split the philly cheese steak, which they described as amazing.

Rented a house on the beach with friends and wanted a tenderloin for dinner. Found this Butcher shop and WOW! what a great experience. Butcher/owner took about 15 minutes to trim the tenderloin beautifully. Did a simple oven roast and all agreed it was out of this world both in flavor and tenderness. I would suggest calling ahead (day before) as this is a small operation and in this way you can be assured what you want is in stock and ready for pick-up. Great addition to the community.

Delicious roasted brussel sprouts and lamb lollipops, very impressed! Cant wait to try other offerings. But most of all, SO SO excited to be able to buy fresh, pastured chicken butchered for me, unfrozen and wrapped in old fashioned paper instead of plastic. Looking forward to their journey to 75% local meats by end of year! They are so so needed in the Central Coast, with the abundance of ranchers and farmers, spreading sustainable meat consumption.

Hands down, best sandwiches on the Central Coast! The owners are so kind and knowledgeable and the product is always incredible. Also, love their choices of cheese and charcuterie. Always look forward to stopping by.

Great sandwiches, the people there are super nice. The two deli salads we tried (bean, bell pepper and pine nuts, and the sausage, onion and bell pepper one) were only okay in my opinion: good ingredients but not very flavorful.

Any time I visit any deli I try their club sandwich, not because its my favorite but because if you mess that up then Im not ever coming back. I tried the Morro Bay Butcher & Deli today for the first time and I can say without a doubt they have the best club sandwich in SLO county. The business appeared clean and the owners (new to SLO) were front and center behind the counter and were very friendly (welcome to SLO county BTW). I will be back to try more. I did get a good size portion of their pecan smoked bacon too which I have not tried yet but it looks amazing and is nice and thick. Prices seemed fair for the quality and amount you get (that Club is BIG) and they certainly know their meat. I hope more people discover this place and it keeps getting better with age, just like a nice thick steak.

Outstanding new culinary gem with all you need for a full dinner. This is a cheery place with friendly owners who care deeply about what they offer. They have beef, lamb, and chicken along with cooked vegetables and potatoes. We enjoyed the absolute killer bread pudding.

Typically I come in for bacon and tenderloin but today I had the best cheesesteak sandwich ever! The bread pudding and lamb pops are amazing!

Seared up the wagyu for dinner last night and grabbed the Philly Cheese special this afternoon for lunch.This place has become a staple for everything delicious.

I stopped by today guided in by Siri. She suggested them as having the best sandwich in the area.The purveyors are rad and real people. Friendly and engaged in what they are doing. The pesto chicken sandwich proves Siri knows what she is talking about.In addition to the sandwiches, They sell Australian Wagyu out of a meat counter and they sell a variety of cool locally sourced food items as well.This new business is onto something very good. Highly recommended.

Needed dinner we could cook on the grill tonight — dreamt of skirt steak but not in stock today. The owner sliced up a tri-tip on the deli meat slicer. “Genius,” my fiancé said. Five stars and we’ll be back.
