My phone dont work on internet, brought to boost Mobile store and was told if I can call on my phone theres nothing they can do. Im paying for internet and cant use it.

This is the worst boost mobile store I have ever been to I was sold a phone that has no service where I live and I went to return the phone ask to speak to the manager and of course she doesnt even answer the girl working in the office so I have a phone which I paid 300.00 that has no service they took my money and I got a phone without service

They did an excellent job to assist me.

The store policy is really poor and unhelpful. The customer service 611 work hard to help with solving problems. The use store management should try to be more helpful. Because service is most important the customers.

Maryanna, at the Amelia store, was amazingly helpful. She worked around my work schedule to get me set up with a new phone. And was always very kind and helpful.

They never gave up. They had issues doing what they were asked and might need a tad more up to date training (not their fault) but they kept at it and never gave up!

Very good customer service. If what you want isnt in store. They will gladly order it for you.

Very busy nit very nice service reps.

Service sucks in this store. I been with boost for 8 years and never had someone so rude, not wanting to even wait on me because she is on the store phone having a personal conversation. Today 8-21-17 after lunch. Not to mention the air was off it was so hot started sweating said something about it and she replied she was cold so she turned it off. Will never return to this store.

Rude ...short tempered..customer service in store & phone etiquette is a must..
