Newer super walmart. Friendly staff. My go to for groceries. Lots of organic choices if yer into that. Great selection and variety. Cheap prices. Store is very clean and well kept even the restrooms are clean

I gave it a four star because I did have problems with the Walmart app. Couldnt get my eGiftCard to work. But other than that its an nice Environment, and easy to find the items youre purchasing. The staff is very welcoming and respectful as well.

Omg! This walmart was better that any other walmart Ive been to and that includes the restrooms. All the employees were friendly and knowledgeable. The whole store was clean and orderly and none of the employees were standing around talking about other things besides the store. The only drawback was that there wasnt a cashier in the garden area where we parked.

Stopped in to pick up quart of oil. Surprisingly Walmart carries oil for motorcycles that is synthetic at a reasonable price. Got in and out quick but traffic at the store is insane. Recommend parking in the far corners of the parking lot near the exits for easy entrance and exit.

Awesome Christmas decorations and for a great price!! Also the prelit Christmas trees are priced sensibly and are of different sizes with different color assortment of lights. We got a 6ft multi color lights tree, in which was perfect for my living room. I Love it, it is BEAUTIFUL!! Thank you Walmart for affording us a tree in these harsh times. God Bless 🙌❤️🤗🤗💯💯🙏🙏🖐️😷😎💙🙌

This place is huge and has a ton of stuff but the employees and managers diminish the stores quality. I buy a lot of action figures, Online and in-store. I never find them here. Their toy section needs a lot of help. If you ask for help, you will not get any. I once came to this store wanting to buy work boots and it took 10-15 minutes to have someone come to open the case. I once tried buying a television stand and the person at electronics couldnt help at all. The I went, tonight on Sept. 30th to find customer service closed early. I was helped by a polite young woman but since my many visits in a single month, I find help here unsatisfactory. I believe this store needs better leadership. Calling the customer service is a useless act since I spent the better part of an hour on the phone with it ringing and ringing. Online Support went above and beyond to calm my terrible experience. I wish YENNIFER, the online support employee, worked at this location.

First time at this location. Just moved into the area and this will be my new shopping area. From what I could tell it looked pretty good nice and clean. Keep up the good work.

OK now I visited this Walmart in Moreno Valley. Shopping around in different departments. I started to notice how desolate it was. So skip over (literally) to the jewelry dept. Saw a watch I liked and waited for about 15 minutes and no one. An employee was passing by so I asked for assistance. She said I dont work in this dept. Another employee came by and said the same thing. And neither one called for assistance to help me. Now Ive been standing here for about an hour no one came. Finally an hour and 10 minutes I get someone just for them to ask me what is that I need, and with agression just to say I dont have keys to the jewelry cases. And I left that Walmart with no assistance into what I wanted to purchase. And the item was there in plain view. Wont be visiting that store too often.

First of all, google only provides the pharmacy number for this location. So if you wanted to call and verify the hours before stopping by, its impossible. Their website says the money center opens at 0800, so why is it they NEVER open until around 0930? Upon asking a customer service associate when it will be officially open, the only answer I receive is the systems down. I politely informed Ms Gloria that Ive waited 30 minutes for a service thats unavailable because management failed to inform customers via written notice, or by updating the hours online. When I asked to speak with a manager, an associate called for a manager over the walkie talkie only to be told Im in a meeting, just handle it lol I certainly hope this meeting pertained to personnel accountability, seeing as how none of the associates EVER know where management is. This reflects poorly on the entire corporation and highlights how much more organized Target stores are in comparison. Needless to say, this may be my last trip to Wal-Mart

I always shop at Walmart for groceries on my truck. I shop for items that do not need refrigeration.

My experience here was great I found exactly what I needed but once got to the register the price was way different luckily Samantha was at the self checkout and she helped me get the correct price and I greatly appreciated her helping me so quickly Best Experience here!

The bathroom is filthy! And at least 3 out of 5 of the stalls dont have locks.The store itself aint too bad.

The customer service at this location is AWFUL! They need better supervision on customer pick-up. When the app isnt working they advise you to call & nobody picks up the phone. The very reason I pay the few cents more @ Target.

Hate having to wait for someone with a key to open the glassed in items like vacuum bags...why are they behind lock and key. Wait 25 min for someone to arrive and when no one came, I went in search and found 3 ppl huddled together exchanging photos on mobile

Looked on that specific stores website for items I normally dont shop for.The location of items on the site. Was wrong.5 of the 6 items. Had been moved according to employee over a month ago. Need to update site as they move items.Big store to be wandering through in this age of apps and tech.

Ive had extremely good experiences ordering online for delivery. Accurate order fulfillment, decent prices, and quick delivery. I did have one item arrive that was incorrect, but they resolved it quickly and easily. No complaints

The best thing about this store has been generally good customer service. However, the health food is always expired. The fresh, organic produce is packaged so it looks ok in the package but about 50% of the time it is moldy and has to be thrown away. Last week, I bought organic cereal that expired in August 2019, which is 7 months ago. That means it was probably sitting on the shelf for about 2 years. I understand that Moreno Valley is the not a big consumer of health food, but the store needs to check their inventory from time to time.

This walmart needs to have more electric wheel chairs. Im limited to how much im able to walk due to a recent surgery and when i got to the store i asked an employee for an electric chair and she told me they only had one chair and it was already occupied. How is it that this multi billion company cant provide more electric chairs. Im sure this big chain store has over 1000 people that come in daily and they only have one chair to offer.

When u can find an employee they are no help because they dont know where anything is located or if there are any sales on products. Was told the grills and smokers in the garden were on sale but nothing is marked. App is trash as well, doesnt give u aisle locations for items in store. Used the barcode scanner to scan a smoker for a price check. Says its out of stock and doesnt give me a price yet im standing in front of 5 of them

Found everything I needed and their customer service excellent fast and reliable.

It was wonderful the store was well stocked. Check out was quick and easy. The restroom was clean. It was a good shopping experience with no long lines.

No human checkout. All self serve. Long lines on both ends of the check out stations. Ill wait for a live person to check my purchase, wont shop of I have to check out myself. Gonna save a lot off money now.

I honestly cant stand Walmart. The employees are always rude, no cashiers, the fresh food is usually tired looking and the prices are not all that great. And most of the employees wear their mask under their nose.

Store and employees are great- only reason for a low score is the Automotive department is either very under staffed or needs management to improve efficiency. It takes hours, yes several hours to simply get an oil change. Even calling the Auto department is a real struggle, they never answer.Walmart Corp/management needs to step up their game in this department to better serve the consumers.

I’ve been here since a kid, hence the extra star.But they made me go from one side to the other to get a cart(a.k.a. Lazy workers won’t go around the whole place to bring carts) and made me put on a mask. Not cool.For any place that makes me put on a mask they get a bad review.

Mr Jason Mendez from electronic gave superb service. Got me a phone for my needs and even though AT&T took forever to get the service help that was needed, Jason proved to be patient and did what he could to not let me be upset for having to wait 2 1/2 hours for my phone issue and even though AT &T hung up before we could finish, he still guaranteed me to get myphone issue taken care of. You need more Jasons! 😊 5 plus stars for him!

Manager Vincent is very rude he only approves returns for people he knows. I’m contacting corporate I have a video of him returning items he had previously said he could not return. He’s is not a fair manager you guys are supposed to treat all coustomers the same and not have special privileges for only people that you knows .

You need to be prepared to wait in line for several minutes! Maybe not very many employees? I think its great to be friendly with customers but sometimes cashier will have the longest conversation with a customer and they have a line of customers trying to check out.

They had their entire ethnic haircare section, as meager as it is under lock and key, but the White haircare section was vast, never ending and free and opened for the taking. I feel so discriminated against!!!

10 items on my list and for past 5 months visit the stores have been out of...all if the following 16 Walmarts escondido, vista, oceanside, poway, faris,temecula, murrieta, Hemet, San Jacinto, Riverside, MorenoValley, Colton,Ontario, Durate/Monrovia, Lake Elsinore told they had my(4pk Reading Glasses 250s)(Denture cream)(Pants 50x32)(shirts 3XLT)(HORSIN sauce)(powdered hot mustard)(fast active yeast)(motorcraft 5w20 synthetic)(Jabra bluetooth)(ammonia)...the quality of the Great value food..has gone way down..canned beans undercooked, asparagus & artichokes 1/4s & steams are not eatable.,no employees to help, and the store hours have been cut way back...early mornings find the stores close, getting off work I am allowed less time, the timescales way back, the only time you find assistance is to explain the store is closing in 45min just to let me know..yet there are only one line open that dont finish check outside until the store had officially been closed for 25min..Walmarts are not hiring, yet they have only shared department employees to stock shelves, and one co out line..just like Sears and kmarts before going out of busines...thats southern California, in Wisconsin Walmarts are even worsefind on thats open...laughter...when walmart announce s 200 store closed, those citys have all become ghost towns...the citys filed for bankruptcy ..Great Value Walmarts are great at bankruptcy of one city after another

So I had to return some stuff today Sunday and kayla or maykayla helped me pretty girl was extra helpful and even informed me and told me to put my debit card in the card reader that they could look up the items that werent on the receipt and was able to get me a refund that way money has been tight so I did some over spending and returned some unopened new items, she also was helpful in saying the small green propane tanks dont get returned thankyou Kayla ill be returning the hammock and faulty dual door mini fridge with the cut open box soon, thankyou for all your help and truthful insight I hope this gets you a raise or put in management which you can handle.I came here the next day and had two major returns one defective one not and Ill be returning more stuff later Abdullah was very informative, give that man a dollar raise he was very helpful and let me get a refund cash that day, Abdullah was informative snd helpful if these guys dont get that raise and promotion Wal mart Im gonna start recruiting in your stores #underpaid talent# heart for the employee walmart were yoy ever in their shoes.As far as the low hanging tree on the side by walmart pickup yall need to trim that or replant it somewhere not parking lot and your phone center sucks not only yours but all of em rarely do I call walmart and someone picks up what is it policy to not pick up cant pull the busy card all the time walmart, pick up the phone and deal with whatever awaits you on thr other side of it.

Great place for quick grocery runs, fresh produce is average to sub par, would still prefer Cardenas or El Super for your fruits and veggies.

This is probably one of the better Walmart’s in Moreno Valley, but it can be a bit disorganized at times. The self-care section is almost always congested with people because of how cramped the space is. Associates have always been very friendly and helpful. I can get in and out in a decent amount of time.

Walmart as a whole is horrendous. Those workers need a raise and better working environments! Give those cashiers chairs!!! Aldi’s got it right

Found out that mens boxer briefs are locked up that is crazy .You got to call for help and wait till someone come help you .

They have alot of cool stuff and great prices. But to have like 15 staff shopping for online pick up is a bit ridiculous. They have a huge cart and take up a majority of the aisle.

It was terrible buying over 200 dollars worth of groceries, only to find out after my items were rung up that the store had no bags. No plastic bags, no cloth bags, nothing. It would have been thoughtful of the greeters to mention that before hand
