Like most Home Depot’s and Lowe’s stores except that multiple times I have been sent home with products that don’t have the key or power cord they’re supposed to have. The staff seems pretty disinterested, which I find normal. Generally I’ll wait for an Amazon delivery if I have time. If not, I try true value on main. Then these guys. Wish I never had to.

Today was our lucky day. We went in for a great sale on Jen-Weld windows and Seth from that department was extremely helpful, going the extra mile to save us additional money and order a window not in stock. We had his attention through the entire process and we just want to say thank you!!

The 1 star is only because I cant give the a 0. Jen is a horrible person. Just trying to get retaining wall blocks. She hollered at me two times over ridiculous things. You could tell right away, she didnt want to help me and my husband. The women should not be in retail. The bad part is people ( including management) have had problems with this women. I will NOT come back.

Same as most all Home Depot and Lowes stores. Only a handful of employees have been there long enough to be helpful. There are a few personnel that have worked in the construction trades if you are lucky enough to find one. The rest are just retail workers with no idea what you are seeking. But they do try and offer thier help most of the time. Unfortunately a lot of times it isnt so helpful.

Worked with Rick in doors and windows department, he was so helpful, easy going, and genuine. Worked with Echo in appliances, also easy going, very efficient and very helpful. Best Home Depot experience Ive had.

Sorry have to go with three stars, Refrigerator started to go (as they all do as soon as it gets hot out) Guess what they dont stock them anymore. It will get delivered, well out here that meant for one refrigerator, sometime in August. Two months wait? As somebody famous says Cmon Man. Most were two weeks but still. The other guys was a bit of a drive but I got a nice one, and they were so glad to see me they gave me a free ice maker. I thought about just two stars but they at least still carry wood 😜

This is the worst service and help store I have ever I counted. Bought a water heater and asked for help loading it and was told someone would be right out to help. Waited 35 minutes went in the clerk said I paged them to help you . Went back waited 10 minutes no one came out to help. A customer came out as I was trying to load it and tied his dog to a post and helped me.Came in in last week and got 40 boards and hardware. Needed help loading it. No help in sight because they were in the parking lot throwing a water bottle to each other. Asked for help and they rolled their eyes.Tonight I called for equipment rental. Was on the phone on hold for 17 minutes. Phone hung up called back and waited ten minutes only to be told they could get me that department was closed and they hung up.WILL DEFINITELY DRIVE TO Lowe’s 45 minutes away to get treated with respect!!!!!

I have never had an issue at any other home depot other than this one. After spending thousands at this location, one encounter with the large store manager and the snippy older blonde at self check I will never spend another dime at this location. All my mother asked was for a military discount. After over a decade of service they tell her you only get it if your disabled. She has used her military discount at other home depots as well as all Lowes. From now on we will only go to Ace or True Value in town and any larger trips will be to Lowes in Junction at least they appreciate ALL Veterans!!!!

The young man at the register was friendly, and had great eye contact. The young lady that was training him was kind, and respectful.

This place is an absolute disaster. Not a single person could help me find the item I was looking for. I asked this one employee, Jen if I remember right, if they could point me in the right direction. They were cold and very rude towards my simple question, then just walked away as if my presence was a bother! I also heard some inappropriate talk from other employees. A bar has better language in it.

Tried to find a hand held propane leak detector. Website indicated six were in stock. After much searching with two employees, they could not be found!!!!

The cashier next the the pro desk at 4pm was dismal, couldnt hear her and she just wasnt pleasant at all. She wasnt unpleasant, but I said hello and how are you friendly like and I felt uncomfortable the rest of the transaction from her demeanor. Like I was inconveniencing her.

Listen...I’m here between 5 and 12 times a week. I’ve been to many Home Depot’s and this is BY FAR the best one that I’ve ever shopped in. The workers are friendly and helpful...amazingly so. Not only do they greet me nicely, they actually call me by my name. They all seem to put in an extra effort to establish a relationship with you, even if it’s only going to be for two minutes while you’re passing through town. The Pro Desk is spectacular, as is the flooring department, and electrical...and this might sound odd but the cash register employees are wonderful. I’ve met personally with Brent who is the general manager of the branch. He is great as well. Overall they have earned these 5 stars.

Its the best material store in town that ive been to theres a couple of more but or one huge one that ive just never been in ive been bartering and such and will this and all that for various materials cuz I have quite a bit of material still but its all fixing to float out the house in the garage some for a boat some for a solarium etc etc

The web page says that wood stove exhaust pipes & kits are in stock 7.4m away which is my local store, when i went to look over the different kits to find the one i want the store doesnt actually carry anything. So thats false advertising point blank. If you can afford to shop anywhere else do so save yourself the hassle of going to the store just to be told, we dont carry those except on the internet. If it said online only instead of in stock i wouldnt be posting this. FIX YOUR WEBSIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!

Really really hard to get anyone to help you. Its probably better to go to a mom and pop store where you can get help and have questions answered unless the price difference is profound

We got great customer service. Employee had some knowledge on the appliances but was not overly pushy. Let us make up our own mind. Then on the way to check out we were asked if we needed help by two other employees. So glad to see them making an effort to improve in customer service.

Found a great picnic table with benches that folds flat for storage good value

Well Ill tell ya. All was good. Garden center guy was very helpful. Theres a worker at the register in his own was thoughtful enough and wheeled one of my carts outside to my car. Offered to load my stuff. But I appreciated the offer. Had certain way of doing it. Cashier Bunjerd was very nice and friendly. I spent a lot of money their tonight. Only got one issue. One employee totally ignored my sister while she was struggling with her carts. Trying to push her shopping cart and a lumber cart to the register. And it was very obvious. This man walked right by her to the man that was stopped on his lift. And started talking to him. Thought it was pretty rude. So if you review you video. In the last isle where the lumber is. 2×4, and on up in size. Approximant time would have been between 2100 and 2130 hours. I wouldve helped her but I was loading a third lumber cart with wood on my way to the register. Just had to vent. She does have health issues.

Required manager to approve veteran discount today, apparently home Depot managers have a problem meeting employees give the discount with designation on ID. The guidelines set forth for employees to follow are unjust. Employee being written up for giving the discount.

Did not like the fact that employee automatically insinuated people like me homeless is the reason we cant take backpacks in the store. For one Im not homeless Im in the middle of a cross-country journey. 2 I asked of I could leave my backpack at the front of the store. And all o got was artitude. I will not do business with this home depot again. Even if its my last resort. The few times Ive been in there has been terrible (bad attitude, no one available to be found when you need assistance, or just the fact non of the employees have any kind of knowledge about anything in the store.)

So....have been going to & supporting this store since moving to the area about 6 months ago. For the most part, pretty darn good in store. However delivery from this store is terrible! Ordered item via Pro desk since the home depot app wouldnt allow & charged $80 delivery fee! If app would have worked, no charge. Then delivery scheduled one day & by mid day, no word. Called store & was lied to several times as to why. Went to store & finally got the truth from Stephen who allegedly took delivery charge off. Confirmed delivery next day, would get a call to confirm time. Awoke next day to message product delivered at 7:40am....no call but text msg it was out for delivery at 7:42am. Found product barley on property, not anywhere near location it needs to be. Customer service from their delivery side obviously isnt a priority

One of the cleanest and most organized home depots Ive ever seen.

My order was ready when I got to the store, and I was able to pick up a few things I had forgotten to add to my online order before getting there. Even though I have a smaller SUV, the young man who was helping me load the plywood and 2 by 4s into/onto my car was a great sport and very inventive with how we got the supplies secured so that I could drive home without them flying off. If I could have given him a $20 tip, I would have without hesitation.

I actually like how the staff here isnt overly helpful. You can browse in peace, or you can look confused and attract some employee attention.

Aside from everything else going on with covid the store has everything a contractor or homeowner could ever need. During my resent busy today ( 9-16-20 ) I found they have installed LED lights over almost every shelf helping all of us to see not only what they have, but how much it is and the different brands. The nice thing I have always found ( At least at the Montrose branch ) is the store brand is not pushed over the other brands they carry. Over all 5 stars in my opinion and as far as customer service I am not sure due to the fact that I am an electricatin....

Tom in the plumbing section was amazing, friendly and so knowledgeable on the project we needed help on...he got us everything we needed and suggested items that we would not of even thought of....we are from out of state and drive long haul, we were delivering to the store and he was there to help us....thank you!!!

While in the store shopping I was followed by multiple employees and was profiled as someone who was shoplifting. However this was the furthest thing from the truth. If you arent dressed are act a certain way the employees will profile you and make false reports about you. Next time you are in home depot shop at your own risk...

Saturday, the store gave the wrong Milwaukee M18 tool to the person who was picking up the tool for me, I needed an 18 gauge bradnailer, the tool department sent me an 18 gauge crown stapler.Long story short, the store corrected the issue.Store manager forgot his name, assistant manager Mike, cashier Kaci took care of me 100%.I can say Im extremely happy with the resolution of the issue. The employees were awesome.I appreciate the extra effort and customer service I received.Thank you

Great customer service! I bought a couple of smoke detectors a few weeks ago. One failed. I brought it back without a receipt, but they exchanged it no questions asked.

Helpful friendly staff. Product availability has been hit or miss, however if they do not have it in stock the cx rep I inquired for help would work to assist me in locating the product either online, at another location, or recommend an alternative supplier for my needs. Considering the options in the immediate area it is the go to for one stop shopping for most building, home upkeep/modification, and general construction/property management resources.

Heidi at the Montrose Home Depot is a fantastic appliance saleswoman. Honest and to the point, we returned to purchase a washer & dryer set based on her experience. She told us her opinion and what her customers have been happy with. We appreciate the quick service.

Most employees here are friendly and helpful. Others can be pushy and not seem to be knowledgeable of their department. Still a good store overall.

Literally everything hardware related you need

Slow and confused today. Was there 2 hours for doors we ordered and Home Depot even email us about picking up. It took them long time to find our order and then couldnt find if we paid. Just a rough day today for the staff. Always have been great maybe they need a vacation.LOL

Im in and out of there with most everything I need. Thank the staff for me theyve all been kind and very helpful.

It is a clean and well lit store. The employees are very knowledgeable about the products. They have clean bathrooms that are comfortable and well lit. They have good prices for the products. And they have an animated Santa that sings Christmas songs. The are very helpful when you ask them to find something for you. You and your family will get a great deal here . Come and take a look for yourself.

Went to buy a BBQ, asked customer service to have someone come answer a few questions I had about grills (cost, cost to have them assemble it, and what was available in stock), after waiting (I didn’t mind waiting the store was busy) a lady came over to help. Told her the questions I had on the specific grill. She said “price tags are on the floor so what do you want” and immediately became rude and couldn’t even look up from her tablet to assist me... the grills where mixed up and the price tags where pealing and ripped on the floor and not legible. I told her very nicely, thank you for your time and have a nice day, I understand you’re to busy to help I can go somewhere else. And then she repeated more angry “what do you want”. I again politely told her thank you but I was no longer interested.Shoutout to the gentleman at Sears he was very kind and helpful but unfortunately didn’t have the grill I wanted in stock, but was very nice (however they have different ones in stock if you’re in the market for a good grill)... I actually ended up getting one from city market they where very nice and helpful and there was no one available to assemble the grill at the time, and they where kind enough to sell me the already assembled floor model and then even loaded it and strapped it in my truck.Be kind, I understand it’s stressful times the least we can do for each other is be kind.I look forward to giving my repeat business to Sears and City Market in town.

This store is amazingly inconsistent. Sometimes I get great service, other times its a disaster. I just ordered a bunch of roofing, and the (unidentified) salesperson said she had to check on a small detail, and would call me back. She never did. I have called them several times, and no one seems to be able to help. Half the time they dont even answer the phone. Alpine Lumber and the other Hardware stores in town are much more professional.

Lots of employees, but very little help. One fella was curtios enough to walk down an aisle, and did answer my questions. But no one even though I passed up 5 or more employees, asked me if I needed help. There was one lady, so I cant say all just walked on by.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to serve staff. Store is always clean and bright. Loved the displays of succulents at the front of the store. I do wish the aisles were labeled a bit more decisively.

Customer service is a joke here. Sometimes you get good service, other times you feel like you’re bothering them when trying to buy stuff. And after spending thousands and thousands here I’m very unhappy with customer service. The tool guy augie is a very rude and unhelpful employee and is the reason I decided to leave a bad review.

Today was just a quick in and out. But, I started buying my tide laundry detergent,toilet paper and paper towels here because its a better deal. Oh, and green gobblers for the septic tank.

I appreciate the extremely knowledgeable staff, and love that they always answer any question with a smile. But, I have a HUGE complaint with their the delivery system. Home Depot left all of my lumber and drywall out in the rain when they decided to deliver a day early. They only had one delivery driver, and my elderly mother-in-law was home alone and unprepared. They dumped the lumber 2 feet from the open garage that was cleared to accommodate the order. I called in and was talked down to by a manager, well, we just dont do that. Okay. Thats nice to know NOW. If you arent going to send help unloading lumber then deliver it the day you told us! Since we were prepared for that delivery date, not the date you randomly chose. Extremely disappointed. My poor mother-in-law had to rush inside and rip down shower curtains to cover the drywall because she could not move it, and it was pouring rain. The lumber and drywall molded... surprise! Thanks a lot guys.
