Dr. Bailey did a great job! He was professional and answered all my questions. Hoesung out front did a great job as well. Very friendly and she helped me pick out a great pair of frames. I was in and out with no delays!

The staff at Monticello Target are some of the friendliest folks I have EVER talked to! The female door greeter who was working near the Starbucks entrance on Wednesday 4/14 around 8 am is one of the nicest workers I have ever seen at any store anymore. The cashiers are always pleasant. The store is always clean and everybody is always working hard. But truly, the staff rocks!

I actually had a great experience at Target tonight. I overheard 2 different employees asking people if they needed help including one from electronics. My cashier was very smiley and polite and asked me if I found everything okay. All of these people were fairly young. I was impressed by their behavior! As we were leaving we were also told to have a good night.

This is a great Target. Employees are usually nice and friendly, it is very clean, and typically well stocked. Online orders go smoothly. Self checkouts work as they should with no problems.

Usually I ADORE this target. But today, I was kinda disappointed. So today I walked into Target and I was looking for some of the items from this year’s pride collection. But when I walked into the men’s clothing area, there was no rainbow in sight! When I happened to walk past the women’s clothing area I saw most of the pride collection. So I don’t know what was up with that. But anyway usually this particular Target is fabulous but next time, I WANT MY PRIDEEEEE!!

At the Starbucks they didn’t put down our order for one drink and when we asked them about it they made it right away and was very kind about it.The girl’s Name was taya and she was a new employee, she was the nicest worker I have ever met .There where other costumers being very rude and made her remake their drink three times but she was smiling and never complained and was nice the whole time .She is a 10/10 worker

Terrible customer service today at the returns desk. I tried to make a simple return with my receipt and I didn’t even want my money back, I just wanted it put on a target gift card so I could use the money at target again. There was nothing wrong with my return, just purchased the wrong one and wanted to get the correct one. You lost a life time customer over $40 today that I was trying to give right back to you. I hope it was worth it. WALMART will be my go to now, prices are cheaper there for the same items anyway. I will make sure to let others know about my experience there today as well.

I like to shop at the Monticello and Rogers store because articles are displayed well and easy to find. The employees at both stores are helpful and polite. The products I purchased are very nice. I purchased sheets and pillowcases and they are high quality! Returned to get more pillowcases and was able to find matching rugs. I will enjoy!!!

I am a target believer. Target has really stepped up in the last few years with having high quality store brand products and an awesome variety. They change out enough product to keep things interesting but they keep quality basics to make it reliable. Fave store.

I was able to order something on line while in utah and have my sister in Minnesota pick it up.

I called and SPECIFICALLY described what I was looking for in the home & office section. The girl who answered said yes we have it told me the price & everything. I asked how many do you have she said 7 I got there & NOONE was helping me look for what I needed, and it turns out they didn’t have/sell it like she had said. I’m very upset at the lack of customer service I received & I will NOT be returning to this specific location again.

I usually love to shop Target in Monticello but was just told maybe the store isn’t t doing all it can to push the distancing regulations in place now. Menards just stated that no one under the age of 16 and no groups. Not a bad rule.

It sounds weird, but this Target is my happy place. The store is bright, clean, organized and stocked. It helps that Target also has some of the most stylish clothes, furniture, etc. I don’t have to shop anywhere else in town because I can get everything on my list here. PS Nancy slays at the checkout 🙌🏻

Being charged for product I did not receive has become the norm for me and it is very frustrating and not worth the hassle.

Very disappointed! Specifically picked this location over Buffalo because its a super Target but was not impressed! I printed a friends bridal registry and began to shop, fortunately I was not in a hurry. One of the in stock items was nowhere to be found, they had one hand mixer with a torn box so I looked inside the box and it looked used. Way too many aisles without labels making it a guessing game to find the hand mixer.Hit their pets section only to be further disappointed...Theres nothing SUPER about this Target!

Just got a delivery of windi for my child and there was 3 when they come in a pack of 10 where the rest went I have know idea but guess what they dont except returns or complaints at the moment ... how convenient

This used to be the go-to store for makeup - they had a great selection and easy to find, organized area. I went last week for my annual update on makeup - they didnt have many choices in my brand Cover Girl and it was confusing to find what they did have. They now pander to the natural look which is, of course, more expensive.

Easy to use app and even though it was very busy my items were brought out to me fast.

I love this option to drive up and get items. I just wish cold groceries were also available. Having a 5 year old, 3 year old, and twin newborns makes it very difficult to grocery shop. But overall, this service is wonderful and speedy!

Wouldnt recommend going grocery shopping at the Monticello location. Constantly out of items. Have brought this up to customer service numerous times and it seems to get worse every time we go in there. Definitely taking our shopping elsewhere even though we love Target.

I’ve never had bad customer service at target. But sometimes the dedication and friendliness of the staff exceeds my already high expectations. Specifically, the cashier today made my trip memorable with her genuinely positive attitude. She even loaded my cart, and helped my with my cartwheel/wallet.

My 8 year old went to get a pizza in the to go / fast food area. He asked about the price of a pop but didnt have enough. After he sat down a nice staff member brought him a cup. She paid for it herself and have him a soda. It was very thoughtful and sweet of her.

Extremely disappointed with the way I was treated today when I purchased a new TV from Target in Monticello. I was told if the TV did not fit in my vehicle that they would make something work and it would not be an issue. After we found out the TV would not fit in my car, the sales associate informed me that they would not be able to hold the item for me and I would have to return it. After being escorted to the Guest Services desk I was told they can not return a TV within 24 hours of the purchase. I had to arrange a family member to drive 25 mins to help get the TV to my home. I was also asked to wait outside and show my receipt for the purchase of the item. A security guard stood by me until my family member showed up. Never in my life have I been treated this poorly after spending a large amount of money in a retail store. Targets employees only told me what they could not do, they never once offered to help find a solution. After this experience I will no longer purchase any electronic items from this store. I hope other people have a better experience.

Target was one of the first major stores to take the Covid 19 threat seriously, by offering staff Hazzard Pay, stepping up their cleaning routine, having shields up at the registers, providing gloves & masks for staff, etc. Thank you for being so thoughtful to your staff & customers.

The staff at the Monticello store was friendly and helpful despite it being after 10 at night and less than an hour before store closing.

The last 3 times I have ordered groceries online I have recieved an item that has a discounted coupon meaning that its an item that is older and and getting close to the sell by date. I wouldnt mind the discounted food items except Im paying full price for these items. I dont think its right to give people items like that unless they are choosing that for themselves. Why would anyone want that?

This is the best Target that Ive ever been in. Im an RVer and I have traveled most of this country, so that is saying a lot. Lots of organic and gluten-free. Shelves were well stocked. I would recommend and shop her again.

Its Target, what can be said. Ive never had a problem with this location (since the upgrade to space age carts).This has been my Target for 6yrs, a wedding registry, a baby registry and lots of other trips!I cant complain really.

The best department store especially in this area. Just a few minutes away from home. Its always clean and the staff is friendly. When you shop with a RED card and combine it with the Cartwheel mobile app it usually ends up being cheaper than competitors. Just an overall great place, I couldnt recommend them more.

It’s target! Everyone loves that! More helpful staff than places like Walmart, more organized and cleaner store after the remodel, my go-to store.

Clean, organized, prices ring up correctly. But the best part is that they always have plenty of registers open. If the lines get long, they immediately open new registers. We customers notice this and greatly appreciate it!

The store is always clean and the staff is friendly. Much better than the Walmart even if it is a little more expensive. It’s well lit with a friendly atmosphere. Definitely would recommend.

I would give this location 5 stars, but they have a hard time keeping the shelves stocked in the food section. Specifically produce and deli meats. There will be two-three weeks where the same product will be unavailable, often because someone front faced the shelves with another product so the shelves don’t look empty. This can be extremely frustrating!Other than that this is the typical Target.

The Tech ( JAMES) gave exceptional help & service, none of my ?s were considered dumb. JAMES patiently took the time to give me the help I needed - I will be back!

Target has a wide selection of products. Their staff are friendly and helpful. You can always find an associate when you need them. They have associates walking around asking people if they can help them.

Amazing employees and shelves are always stocked, but theres NEVER enough check out lanes open and the ones that are open are always one side of the store. Should have some lanes open on each side. And theres never any self check out lanes open. Never.

Discovered that in addition to being able to return goods using the card you madethe purchase with, Target could use your id/ drivers license to search for your purchase history! No more sweating over misplaced receipts. Love it! Love Target!

With recent remodel grocery items are not organized and difficult to locate. Products move to new locations daily adding to frustration and stress. I used to do 90% of my grocery shopping at Target that is now 10%. Cub foods is much better organized

I get that you want to boutique every item in the store, but why do it to the produce section? When shopping on the weekend, I noticed that the selection in this department is mostly carpet and emptiness. Either get back to having a good stock of product, or have employees that can stock it on a regular basis. I was not able to pick up small tomatoes, green peppers, cucumbers, zucchini, and avocados.

Pretty much just like any other Target. Has pretty much everything you could need with good service.

No lines, no hassle during the pickup and all the order was correct. My wife did have a small problem with the app and red card payment so I had to use my app.

It was an easy process to order from the wedding registry, and seamless and helpful at the store.

Monticello Target has always been well kept and good to customers in my experience. Will continue visiting. As a plus, there is a gym for Pokémon go so long visits are less boring.

No problem with the grocery side. The shoe department has like 1000x more selection for womans shoes than guys. Not many shoes to choose from if youre a man.

Gotta love Target. Construction zone now has all meat/deli items in coolers so that was confusing, but theyre doing a good job keeping it clean and keep up those sale items.

One of the poorest run Targets around. 24 lines with only 1 open. Then the managers walk back and forth with their walkie talkies doing nothing as lines back up. I consistently wait at least ten minutes to check out. Why? I like managers who do something, not ones who reluctantly take a checkout last minute.
