Great experience! Had an oil change appointment and it took longer than expected. Completely understandable because it was a Friday afternoon. TJ at the front kept me updated the entire time. He was extremely friendly and even used my Lincoln points for a discount! Will definitely be returning

Always over crowded and under staffed. And those that are working dont want to be bothered.

Service was ok. Asked for tires to be aired up as they were rotated. Nope... same pressure as before. Got a nice 3 inch scratch on the drivers side passenger door to go along with my underinflated tires. Oil change may be my limit next visit.

Artavious is the best!!!!!!!! He is very honest and professional. He told me that I didn’t need any repairs to a part of my car while others were telling me I did. He even went to the def to explain why I didn’t need the service done at this time.

Went in for a tire and oil change. Car ended up having recall work done as well. A technician broke something while doing recall work. The dealer has had my car for 2.5 weeks. Has ford never heard of rush shipping? I took my car there for premium service, and didnt get anything close to it.

Service exceptionally slow. Went in for the Works special which is a inspection of the vehicle with an LOF and tire rotation. Just put a $1200 set of Michelin tires on 4000 miles ago with front and rear brake pads along with rotors turned. Was informed i needed brakes by next service and possibly new tires. Hmmmmm....radio station was changed to a station i do not listen to at all in my house hold nor my vehicle. The oil change sticker was put over my old sticker and had to go back and get a new one. Just pure laziness and not caring.
