I enjoyed my experience here. The staff is wonderful. The only minor things are that they should provide the seat interior cleaning service and make sure they have all the parts together. I almost left the dealership with only 1 of the 2 key fobs given back - I gave both of them for my battery changes.

I can’t believe how they treat me. It’s awesome! Friendly environment lovely people. They said 3 hours for servicing time. And they provide free ride for drop off and pick me up at the same time. My husband and I showed up to the Montgomery Lexus location after calling from Fort Rucker, AL. The person in the service department told us to drive there and we would be taken care of since my car had a Lexus battery that is under warranty. We drove over an hour to this location. When we arrived, we eventually understood we couldn’t be helped even after Lexus told us to come. However, employee, Doug Mitchell, was extremely rude, arrogant, unpleasant and unprofessional. He made it his priority to make us feel like we didn’t matter. His attitude made the entire entity appear poor in customer service. I hope that this location gives training on how to work with customers and training on equity and inclusion.

So the service manager, called me at 5:30 pm right before closing time. Let me know that I have to pick up the car on sat. I told them I am busy on Sat. there is no way I am able to return the car if you just told me at 5:30 pm. They told me I will get charged that if I am picking up the car on Monday even though the service manager told me that I can drop off my car on Monday. I call the customer support center and she told me that this is Lexus thing to do. How nice~~!! INDEED THIS IS LEXUS.

I visited Reinhardt Lexus for the first time Wednesday evening, and drove away less than 72 hours later in a beautiful SUV that was not even on their lot. Brandt was so easy to work with. I have a 2004 RX 330. I called the service department to schedule an appointment to look at an issue with the vehicle. They told me that because the vehicle had never been in their service department and it was more than 10 years old they would not even look at it.Guess you have to buy a new Lexus to get any type of service from the dealer.

Just trying to make a call safely but again a tall Salesman told us we had to go. I was raised up in Alabama and this car dealer was not very a Southern gentleman. Ive always had good experiences here until Monday when I called. I asked for a sales person. A man answered. My wife is interested in a specific color for a car. I asked him if they had such a vehicle in that color. He said, Whats your name? I gave him my first name. He then said,Where are you calling from, because you have a Florida phone number? I told him I had moved to Alabama and kept my mobile phone number. He said, so where do you live in alabama. I told him that all I wanted to know is if they had a specific color vehicle on the lot so I could visit. He never would answer my question. I said I did not want to play games, he responded that he was a grown man and did not want to play games either. So I just hung up. They need smarter and more gracious sales personnel. If they did not have the specific color vehicle on the lot, he could have said so and then offered to find one from another dealer or... Anyway, this was not a good experience.

If you are in the market to purchase a Lexus I highly recommend Tony Gibson at Reinhardt Lexus in Montgomery. I checked with dealerships all over the state and Tony is not a high pressure salesman but he was good to follow up as the car I wanted was a new model and he had to search all over to find this car with the options that I wanted. He was also $2,000 less than what another dealership quoted me for the same car. But what really sold me was when I told him that Saturdays are my only day off work and that I was tied up the next two weeks and wasn’t sure when the transaction could take place he said that’s not a problem, I’ll bring the car to you. Wow, talk about exceeding my customer service expectations. So he literally brought the car to my office, I signed a few papers and he gave me an overview of the functions of the car which only took about an hour. That saved me a four hour drive. Tony told me that he would do that for all of his out of town customers. So I highly recommend him.

Terrible. I tried to set an appointment to have my lexus serviced. The service department said they would not allow me to set an appointment because I had never used their services in the past. They told me I had to take it to Jacksonville, FL which it 6 hours away. I asked to speak to the manager. I was forwarded to their voicemail. I left a message and they never returned my call. The parts department at Reinhardt Lexus is simply AMAZING! Kate Lipscomb took great care of my online order, and she was very efficient. Because I am from Mississippi and could not find the part here, Kate checked to ensure my order would be in Montgomery the next day for me to pick up since I needed the part the very next day. She returned my call (not all dealerships do this) and walked me through the process to getting my order processed. Ms. Belinda at the front desk was very kind and friendly, as well. Reinhardt Lexus is our new dealership of choice. It will be where we go first for our next vehicle and where we will recommend friends and family to go. I don’t wish to speak negatively about other Lexus dealerships, but I have dealt with 4 Lexus dealerships in the past, and they do not hold a candle to Reinhardt Lexus...this dealership operates on a completely different level. The dealership is clean and inviting with home-like accommodations for customers of all ages, the staff are all warm and friendly, and every customer is treated like a loved human being. My family and I are Christians, and we appreciated the fact that this is a Christian owned and operated business. We worked with Jake Melton, Dan Knotts, and a couple other folks who all truly seemed like they had our best interest in mind as a true partner in business. You could tell that Jake, Dan, and their team were whole-heartedly devoted to taking care of us while we were at the dealership. We never felt like we were being pushed to buy or taken advantage of and felt like we walked away with a solid deal. Even after the sale, Jake has been great following through on his word and commitment and ensuring that we were satisfied. Last year I purchased a vehicle from Augusta, GA. My in-laws live there and it was a spur of the moment purchase. We liked the dealership and the people there so we typically get it serviced up there when we go visit. Its always been a smooth process and requires absolutely no effort on our part. Due to the global pandemic going on right now, we are unable to travel back. The Augusta dealership had the Reinhardt dealership contact us to have the service done. This is the service that I paid for when I bought the vehicle originally. Pam is the lady that contacted us and set up everything, at least we thought. When the gentlemen arrived to take our vehicle, we asked him about the loaner. He informed us that he was not told that we were to get one. I informed him that he was supposed to bring one and that I had spoken to Pam on the phone. After many calls back to his office, he finally stated that he was going to leave one, but we have to sign some paperwork. When I asked for the paperwork, he asked if I had a printer...seriously? The second trip was a little smoother, he showed up with the other vehicle and departed with mine. I received a call once the vehicle was finished to inform me that I owe them $70 for the loaner vehicle. Now I am thoroughly confused, when did I agree to this? My wife told the lady on the phone that Pam told her it was included, just like it had been for the year and a half prior while using a different dealership. The lady on the phones ONLY response was, Well Pam is our secretary and she doesnt really know whats going on. I am still not sure how that became my problem. My wife was told that it wouldnt cost us anything up front and then after they had our vehicle, then they wont return it unless I pay them money...My wife paid the money for the loaner vehicle because she just didnt want to deal with them anymore. Later that evening, they returned our vehicle. I am not sure if its their policy or maybe just something they do, but whenever I get my vehicle back in Augusta, it is spotless, very impressive. When I got my vehicle back from Reinhardt, it was only slightly better than it left my house. It appeared that someone made a very small attempt to run the car through the worst car wash they could find.Needless to say, I will never take my vehicle back to Reinhardt, nor would I recommend this place to anyone else. There lack of respect towards their customers, as well as other employees that work in the same building is appalling.

Horrible and demeaning service experience even if I bought a car at this dealership. I had engine misfire due to a wire cut. I told them it was a manufacturing defect but they told me that the wire was cut by a rat or a squirrel which is absurd . The ignition wire is located in a very closed area under engine cover and was not reachable and accessible. If any animal could enter inside of the engine room, the damage must have been more than just 1 wire cut. I did not find any proof of an animal, neither the hair nor waste. I had over 1hour discuss with service rep and Mike Reinhardt. They did not replace the wire but just wrapped an electrical tape around and charged me $60 for labor and $1.80 for material. Terrible customer service and experience of sexual and race discrimination.

I have a client having his vehicle repaired at this dealerships body shop. My client, who is from Korea, said that when he was inquiring on his vehicle that they were very rude to him. I told him I would contact them and they were polite to me telling me it should be ready by Friday. Today is Thursday and we were following up on the repairs. My team member was treated very rude by Donald in the body shop saying it will be 2 1/2 weeks after he found out who the client was. Coming from claim and working with bodyshops in the past, I know they are dragging their feet. This vehicle should already be delivered. I would recommend going to Birmingham for your repairs and avoid people like Donald who hold your car hostage and doesn’t value customers. Or maybe it is just Koreans.Not sure that telling customers not to call back and check on there car has anything to do with insurance. Or giving two different delivery dates.

Bought a brand new 2004 gx470 from them back in 2004. Brought the vehicle in for a driveshalf clunk tsb work. They lifted the vehicle without disabling the rear airbag suspension system so it blew them. Picked up the vehicle after said warranty work and the rear suspension was bouncing like a bull. At first they said they would pay for it and then they said no. Lexus of southeast atlanta said they felt sorry reinhardt did this as theyve seen other dealers make that mistake when doing the drivetrain tsb. If you are about honestly, reinhardt Lexus is where you do NOT need to go.

They were friendly, helpful and discussed all the questions I had. I purchased a new Lexus RX 450 HL, they setup the Lexus app for me and then spent time going over all of the features of the car and the app. It was a wonderful experience.

The service at Reinhardt Lexus is exceptional. It starts the moment you park your car by the gentlemen who are awaiting the customers. As you enter the service department, youre then greeted by a lovely, pleasant young lady who ensures that youre comfortable while you wait. The service consultants are also very thorough and lets not forget the mechanics, who after all, make everything better! The lobby is very nice and theres always drinks, mints and cookies! I never mind waiting!
