Ive generally been attended pretty quickly. Sometimes not as quickly but I can say they have been very friendly to me.

We havent been in three years. It use to be a favorite, but the last time we went was a nightmare. We arrived for a early meal before the dinner/supper time and we were served food that had been reheated. When we brought this to the attention of the manager he said it had not been. I showed him what I meant the coutry-fried steak had a second coating of batter and reheated. He said no it hasnt. Both my husband and I showed him our food. He then says would we like him to get carry-out containers so we could eat at home. I said no, if we cant eat it here because it inedible what makes you think wed want to take it home. He never once apologized or offered to make it right. We left and decided it would be our last time there. I emailed corporate, but never heard a word from them. Truly disappointed. You dont have a negative star so the one star was all I could leave other than this post.

They were professional and courteous. They got the work done in a timely manner and my car looks better now than it did when I bought it. I wish I could give them a 6th star. Thanks guys

If I could give zero stars I would Tom told me that they were going to pay for my car being towed to their shop from the impound lot. Once I got there and he saw I was black I guessing that’s what he meant by things have changed and now not only do I have to pay lot fees of 30 dollars I also have to pay a 75 dollar towing fee when I could have gotten my car towed there for free using my roadside service. And not only did they tell me it cost to write an estimate but didn’t write one and said that my car was totaled which is untrue because only the left tire was damaged and that was the only sensor showing at the time after the accident. I can’t wait til I get paid to be able to take my car to a real mechanic because I do know a little bit about cars myself and if my car had all the structural damage they claimed it wouldn’t been still in a straight position the tires would have been pushed one way and and the body of my car would have been sitting a whole different way! I don’t understand why he lied but God doesn’t like ugly and I am going to still pray that he be blessed! But be very careful what you do to a child of God’s is all I am going to say because my father in heaven can do much more then I can to this cheat and a liar!

Great customer service. Had to return more than once to completely fix the repair.

Had to do some serious arm twisting just to get an ESTIMATE on repairs. Thomas Murduck told me it was a waste of time and I had to go through insurance. If minor damages are less than deductible, why would I go through insurance? Hence, ESTIMATE. Even if you do file claim through insurance YOU HAVE THE RIGHT to choose the auto repair shop and I would not recommend this one. More interested in dealing with insurance companies than the consumers who pay the premiums.

To be fair, they didnt do any work for me. They didnt wont to give me an estimate. I called before going to make sure I could get a quote and a guy told me yes. My sons car was hit but he didnt get a report so Im working with the people toget it fixed. Im getting two estimates and going from there. I was upfront when I called but when I got there one guy said he would do it but told me he would have to take the car apart to give me one. I took it by another spot and they gave me one with any problems. Again they may do good work here but I will never know. By me getting 3 estimates they had a 33% chance of getting the job but now they have 0%

I came in to get my car’s repair estimate last week and the manager was very rude. I’ll talk and ask him a question and he just walked off. So I took my business to Joe Hudson. I wouldn’t recommend.

My car is just like my lady when you tell your to the Cadillac place they make sure that your need is taken care of I only use the Cadillac

Took forever with my vehicle also I got car back missing parts etc that they took off and didnt replace, took a month after being out of shop for them to finally fix

This place sucks 9 days to fix my truck and now another 7 or 8 days just to take a pin strip off my door the hell is wrong with these people
