I loved it best place to shop for anime merch

Good. Used to shop at Hot Topic when it first open and it was a really cool store. Not only the clothes but the different trends they had were off the wall. Now it has become a P.C. store. Dangerous enough not to get a lawsuit. This place has lost its edge.

I’ve only been to this store a handful of times because it’s only located near by me inside malls, and when I do go I’ve always found their retail prices to be completely ok. While I wouldn’t buy a new clothes here, I have found some cool clearance items and posters, otherwise it isn’t a store I seek out.

I found some really cool accessories from my favorite fandoms here, 10/10 recommend

Love their selection of backpacks. My son loves theirs pins. The store’s owner is very nice.

They have some good shirt prints time to time. Whatever floats your boat, they have it. Good services depending on your budget as well. They have good deals time to time.

From all my experiences with this store uh most of the times ive went the lines are pretty long but the times they arent I find very great things like as of recently I went thru the back pack section and got this ohshc back pack it was very adorable and Im prob gonna use it for school now

Hot Topic has a good variety of product but limited availability. Its mainly for trendy people.

If youre looking for something cool or ridiculous they have it all. One of my favorite spots for sure

I have been going to Hot Topic for years buying shirts,funko figures,and other things at Hot Topic.

They have a 30 day return policy and i had gone over by a couple of days ..being after Christmas i figured they would take back a coat that was to big since it was in original package and i had the receipt...even ross and dds take back things 2 months after with receipt...ive been a good customer for 8 years but no more i wont be shopping there ever again!

The staff is are always nice and Go beyond in helping you.

I wasnt sure of going there and to my surprise my items were ready for me and they allowed me to go inside to do a little bit more shopping at the mall very enjoyable safewise in all season greetings to everyone

There was a lane just to get inside the Montebello mall but its for precaution! 12 people ahead of me to enter hottopic store and it took me 15-20 minutes to enter. Good deals on Harry Potter merchandise if youre a fan like me!! Lol!!

The line was massive but the girl directing the line asked if we knew what we were looking for and if she can bring samples out I said sure Im here for knee high socks only she brought out all of them I bought all of them and passed on the line awesome awesome awesome

This is a great store to get exclusive funkos. They have promotions on shirts. Also the $15 hot cash, so worth it.

Its a great store. Just a bit pricey. It does have a lot of amazing things to buy. I like going sometimes just to look at everything.

Terrible experience, I don’t recommend this location to anyone. Manager is super rude, skinny tall blonde hair lady she refused to give me her name she refused to give me Hot Topic’s corporate number. Manager has a basket full of pins by the window not safely pinned from the back and witnessed a little girl get poked by a few. So many people come and get poked by these pins, it’s definitely a health hazard for all people. Manager brushed it off when I brought it to her attention when I told her the pins could be contaminated with HIV and she pointed to the hand sanitizer and said “that’s why they can wipe their infection away with that (hand sanitizer)”. She also proceeded to say it was “part of the fun to dig their hands in to grab pins”. She’s such an ignorant women. This store doesn’t care about your health they’re only interested in making a couple bucks.

Disappointed in service and attitude of employees

The sales associate was very helpful and helped me look for my sisters birthday present. He made sure i found everything i needed even though they were super busy because one of there awesome sales. Thanks!!!

I love hottopic so much but this location was cramped, messey, unorganized and there wasnt any staff being much helpful with stuff. I do like some of their sections but i wont be going to this location unless they rearrange the store hidden clean it up cuz it really needs to be organized and some stuff moved around cuz her now its hard to move through the store without bumping into people and knocking stuff down but like i said i love hottopic in general so i cant give them any lower the 3 stars

I had the wallet in my hand and was waiting in line to purchase it. I didnt see the line sign so I was waiting patiently in the front of the cashier. Once the guy in front of me left I went up to the cashier and someone cut in front of me. She didnt say anything even though she knew I was there. The other cashier didnt even bother to help me out when I was waiting in line as well. I didnt bother to say anything the whole time because I was standing there like I was lost and noone even bother to make eye contact or assist me even though they knew I was there because of the quick glances i saw. Overall very bad customer service.
