I cant believe these prices! Must see images..it is what it is. 8 bucks for a dirty plastic cup. This is getting out of control. Where is corporate and do they know the extent of this ridiculous pricing???? Not to mention extremely rude management.

Pop in for a quick second and picked up a few household items. If you really look good you can find some good stuff.

The guy taking the donations in the back of the store is extremely rude. Ive tried taking donations several times and have not been able to drop off anything. Im simply dropping off and do not need to be disrespected. The manager doesnt seem to care what goes on in her store either. I recommend you go to another location.

They have a variety of stuff you can find a good blouse a good pair of pants a dress the quality of clothes is very good and the price is very reasonable I love this place

I was asked to leave because I wear a bandana as a face covering. A male employee, I assume he is a manager, told me my bandana wasnt an acceptable covering. No where on the signs about wearing a mask does it mention that. If this is truly a rule, you should have that onyour signs. If not, you should speak to your employees about making up rules. Every other employee I have come in contact with at this location have been helpful and nice.

Closed earlier than they should I came in just to check it out really quick the sign says till 9:00pm and they closed 15 minutes before Im sure they just didnt wanna let me in any more they just wanted to close but go by the freaking time man.

Its an alright place to go to for clothes, but dont expect to find much here. Even if you do make sure you double check the clothes for stains. Also things tend to be a little pricey

The service was good but the prices at Goodwill are going up too much. Its kind of disappointing... Honestly, you can buy a lot of new stuff at Ross for the same price. I like to go in there and check just in case I find a treasure.

Prices have gone up so much. Items were priced like they are new when they are not. Other customers I chatted with felt the same way. Did not buy anything.

Why is one of the worst Goodwill locations in L.A.?Cloth is not idenfied by size.Prices and color tags are not clear and / or attached to all items.For make donations you cant even leave small bags in the countertop, you need to sourround all the marts at Montebello .3:30 pm sunday and there are not accepting more donations 😡.Maybe that is why people throw things in beside trash containers

Clean better quality and bigger than the other Goodwill in Downey and Norwalk

Prices are so high (same price as new) . Needs to remind whoever is labeling the items that what theyre selling are used (donated) stuff not new.

This might be one of the worst Goodwills I have been in. It was a complete mess. Most products were open and spread across the shelves and floor. Management should probably take a look at this. Also half of the product were brand new “off brands”.The staff seemed fine, but the store is not attended to.

Not the best that Ive visited. Limited section for books and DVDs/games. Prices seem a bit more then usual for most items.

Dear Corporate. Please visit Montebello store and compare prices with other Goodwill. Prices in household are extremely OVER PRICED and will not sell at those prices.

The selection was spars but that could be because of covid.

Terrible location. The person taking donations is extremely rude and yelled at me and a couple of others who had brought donations saying that they were not taking anything. I tried to ask him if the store was open and he flat out ignored me. Do not donate anything to this location, they do not appreciate it!

Wish it would have more variety of products.

I love this place so much I’ve been to a few thrift stores around before but I always find myself crawling back to this one! there staff is the sweetest and are always able to help out and have a friendly smile. I always find something when i go and prices are so amazing. very affordable.

I previously liked coming here, but they recently rearranged the store and raised the prices significantly to the point that its no longer a bargain to shop here. Tops now start at $4? Better bargains are found at Ross or Marshalls for new items and a better return policy.

Young guy Was really rude, I will never return to this Goodwill, also it was really dirty, broken glasses everywhere.You can really notice when people dont have costumer service skills.

Not good we came early at the time they open and it turns out that we cant dump anything because the guy said that the truck hasnt arrive, I honestly didnt get it. To me no matter what you need to have the cage boxes ready regardless thats why its called donation. I also dont know if hes lazy just dont want to work or what. I feel this is more a irresponsible situation.

Convenient location!This is our go-to location to drop off donations. They make it super easy for you. Just drive to the back of the store and there will be an attendant who will help you carry your stuff out. They will also let you know what they do and don’t accept.Hint-I tried donating a rug but hey didn’t accept that.

Love this goodwill. Its huge and pretty clean and they have so much neat stuff. Plus you can drop off your donations and the staff is so nice, they try and help you carry your stuff in if they are not busy.

They have a lot of stuff, but nothing for me.

Go behind the shopping center entering from Beverly - dont follow Google Maps down Victoria. Super easy drop off, neat organized place, helpful staff. The store is super clean, neat and organized.

Edit: Ive been to the store since and it has changed my mind. The store has improved and no longer feels like lounge for scoundrels. I change the review from 1 to 4 stars. I will leave the previous review up: I like the store and I shop there frequently, I also rarely leave comments but there has been situations where I feel I have to. The hostility coming from the staff is rampant, as well as what I believe to be management running around all dominant like a pit bull was reason enough, I like to shop at Goodwill but I seriously never want to come back to this one. I dont feel I deserve to be treated like a criminal or to be looked at negatively especially when they have all manner of ruffians lingering inside the store. Just because some people steal doesnt mean I do and Im sick of it.

If your are a pragmatist, and you love to save money this is the place for you. Forget about the great deals they have here (its a fact of life at Goodwill)... you find name brand items in clothing, household items and even furniture!!Great place frugalness!!!

Mens section is well organized, lots of different items, not a huge selection of household goods but friendly staff more than make up for it.

Not a big fan of this Goodwill. For some reason they sell lots of new items at full market price. Also generally not a great selection.

Always organized the staff is friendly and always attentive. Its definitely a reflection of management. It was not like this before.

Solid store with a general good selection of most things. Come later in the day and its pretty messy, but this is true of many Goodwills.

The electronic section is too messed up. They may want to consider labeling items based on the condition (working well, working moderately, not really working well, etc). Consider selling pants cheaper. In general, they provide a lot of choices here.

It was okThey have good stuff, but like most Goodwill you have to look around. The store is well organize and the staff are nice.

On their website it says the donation center is open till’ 9 pm. Well its 8:26 pm and they are closed.

They did a good job taking my clothes and houseware stuff but i have no way to give them my reclinger chair. It in good shape and im trying to see if anyone wants it for free.😊

The manager is very rude and has no customer service skills at all.

I dont find it helpful if all of the staff is on separate pages. The woman at the front told us that the donation drop off was in the back and that one of their staff would unload it. We get to the back and ask for help and they said they do not help unload. So we do it ourselfs down to the last 2 things and a male comes out (the one that said they dont help)and picks up those 2 things. It would be one thing if it was a couple bags, but we had a whole truck bed full of things. We will take our donations elsewhere at this point.

As SOON as you enter smelled like a boys football gym bag AFTER A GAME.. they didnt have much. Mostly on the floor🙁 kind of sad looking.

The donation center is on the back side of the store. Store usually has a big area for woman to choose from and usually has sports wear for men in good condition.

I shouldnt even give them 1 star they dont even deserve that! Went in to purchase a large frame . The original price said 5 dollars so I took it to the register and the lady says 8.99 but the original price says 5 . The lady says thats the stores price not ours . How do you jack the price up 4 dollars on a donation item!! Your not Nordstroms!!!!

I bought clothes from this store couldn’t try them on in the store was told go home try them on if they don’t fit bring them back. I tried to bring them back and got a lot of resistance saying I could lonely exchange them until I had to push the issue to an altercation then I finally got my return this is not how I want to be treated in a store won’t be coming back. The manager said “the exchange will only happen one time never again”.

I am happy to work at Goodwill and happy to have a good manager
