Just bought a cx5 from here. Dillon and Chris were very good. They worked with me every step and for several days afterwards. I would highly recommend going to go see them. They offered me more on my trade than any other dealership did.

Had my oil changed. They did inspection which found clogged air filters, so I had them replaced also. Only had to pay for the filters, because every fourth oil change is free.

My 2018 Mazda 6 recently needed a new battery and while I was getting my oil changed they took the time to take care of that for me... this was a huge help since I am on a very tight schedule with medical school. My daughter recently had oil change and tire rotation done at Lee Edward’s Mazda and a few days later she had a flat and when she attempted to remove wheel she couldn’t remove wheel nuts. Luckily she was at her gym and after 2 men weee unsuccessful to remove them a third man offer to help and he used a different longer tool for better leverage and that’s when finally they remove the lug nuts. This is the second time that we had issues after vehicle was serviced by Lee Edward’s mechanics, another time she took her vehicle just before going out of town and when it started raining she realized that they had failed to fill water reservoir for windshield wipers. Not sure that we are going back. Probably just going to go to our local quick lube !

Had a recall on airbag. The service was great

It took all day to work on the paperwork. I had to leave work and meet my husband there to finalize the sale. The salesman was very rude. Ill never go there again. Then I get my car home and there is no inspection sticker. The car should have been ready to go when I left work and paperwork ready as well.

The best car dealer, Mr Johnny Ellen was very nice and very patient, he let me test drive and he was super nice explaining the car to me, I told him it is for my wife and she will come back tomorrow to test it also, he didnt have no problem with it and we will go back and test drive and hopefully we decide soon.

My wife and I bought a Suzuki pre-owned from here a few years ago and she loved it. We were a few payments off from having it paid off... but after we had a head on wreck in Shreveport we discovered the ugly truth about our suv. We discovered that the financing company in which they went through tacked on a $4k financing fee on a $9k vehicle! None of this fee notice was anywhere in the documents during signing. (If it was, I would have told them to keep it!) Watch out when shopping here...

Purchased a camary from them in Oct 2012, during a big sales event they had going.Everything myself and the salesperson agreed on, has been a nightmare to get from the dealership. right down to the key for the locking lugnuts. Would not recommend this dealership, once they get your name on the dotted line, the customer service or anything you agreed on is over.
