Took my car there for a diagnostic and went to pick it up only to find my drivers side window busted out and someone had stolen my subwoofers and amp out of the trunk.I asked about the cameras and was told the theft occurred overnight but the security didnt see who did it because of blank spots in the video.I was told by the owner, Al Moghimi that he would not fix the the window because he didnt do it. I filed a BBB complaint and will file in sm city court for them to pay for my repairs.I have discover Moghimi has a long history of problems and has changed the name of his place to Twin City Motors. If you do your research, you will see Ali Moghimi has a long history of ripping people off and being sued.

So I am on visiting Monroe from San Antonio. My tires sensors on my Mercedes are on. I called the shop and spoke with Greg in the service department. Explained to him I would like for him to check the tires to ensure that there is no nails ect to make our trip back home. Lucky nothing was wrong. The issue is that these SCAMMERS said nothing about a fee, but a fee I will pay but they charged $100 to check tire sensors. This is RIDICULOUS I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TAKING YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE A RIP OFF!

If I could give the owner of this company a zero, believe me I would. I usually give very good reviews of all companies I deal with. Unfortunately, this one is quite different. My car was dropping down overnight. When I get in it each morning, it would say, “Please wait for vehicle to rise.” I had to sit there anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes for the vehicle to rise. Instead of driving 2 hours to Holmes European Motors in Shreveport for service as I usually do, I decided to give this local company, European Auto, in Monroe a chance. I called them and told them what the vehicle was doing and Wayne (service dept. manager) told me that it sounded like the aromatic compressor was bad. In addition, he told me to bring it in so they could put it on the monitor for diagnosis. I had that done and he assured me that it was indeed the compressor. I ordered the part, and he put it on. I picked the car up & the next morning, it again dropped down. I called him and asked him if he was sure that his machine said the compressor was bad as the car still has the same problem. He told me that he really wasn’t sure because all the machine said was “slow to rise.” I told him that wasn’t much of a diagnosis because that’s obvious & that’s the exact same thing that I told him it was doing when I first called. Anyway, he then put on a valve block, later a relay, and then supposedly checked all lines of the system for leaks. They kept my car back & forth for an entire month and it’s still not fixed. I spent over $1,500 for that problem and the car is dropping even faster now. Wayne finally admitted that they didn’t know anything else to do and he would talk to his boss about refunding my money so I could take it to the Mercedes dealer in Shreveport. I told him I did not expect to get the money back for the unneeded parts that were put on. However, I thought it was fair to be refunded the money for the service. However, the owner of the company refused to refund me anything at all. He said it was probably a bad compressor I bought them. But even he agrees that it is very unlikely that both the original compressor & the brand new compressor would be defective in the same way. I asked him if I could bring the original compressor back to have it properly tested as it should have been at first. He said I could, but just because the machine doesn’t say it’s bad, doesn’t mean it’s not bad. I spoke with Mercedes service in Shreveport and they said that it is probable that the compressor was never the problem because if the compressor is bad, the car will not rise at all once it drops. They said that any good mechanic should know that. If you want to give your money away, then by all means take your car to European Auto in Monroe. But if you value your car and your money, then do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place!!!!
