Great experience with carpetland. Very friendly staff. Helped my pick out the best carpet, style and color, for my house. Salesman, Ken, was extremely helpful. Came out to measure my project, got a great price and install was set up to be done soon after. Highly recommended.

Bought carpet and kitchen floor. Went there today to get 3 pieces pieces for by kitchen and they did not charge me.

Had our carpet installed a year ago now, Im happy with the customer service and the quality of the carpet I bought. I had a couple of issues and they were quick to resolve them for me! Scott gives exceptional customer care.

Not happy with the company they finance through. Not very helpful at all. Got charged almost 1,000 interest with no notification. And they refused to remove it if I paid in full the amount before interest was added. They have lost my business for good.

I had an excellent experience. Scott is great to work with very pleasant and helpful. Richard and Matt did an excellent job installing my flooring and went above and beyond being helpful. Great guys!! My only caution would be to take the sample home with you before ordering as different lighting affects the color. Thank you everyone!!

Had floor put in over two years ago.....just getting a request for review now???Was told when I purchased the floor that there was free furniture moving and I had asked a couple of times where they were gonna start so I could drain my fish tank and was told to wait for the guys to get there and they would tell me. The day comes for the installation and the guys get there and said they couldnt do the floor because I wasnt ready.....even the some of the furniture had already been moved by myself....what??On the bright side....the floor looks great for the most part....only had to have them come out and do repairs twice.

I couldnt have been more satisfied with my recent purchase from Carpetland. I worked with Rebecca, who totally understood the issues we were dealing with in our finished basement. Based on the issues and the way we use our basement, she made a recommendation that made perfect sense. Never once did she even attempt to up sale me. Making our decision was fast and easy. Our installers did a great job! Totally satisfied!!

I had Carpetland install vinyl flooring in my basement and they did a very good job. I was happy with how it turned out.

I was very pleased with the attention we received while in the store. Piper was extremely helpful while we were looking for flooring for our basement remodel. There were some issues with the installation but Piper and Scott, the store manager, came to an agreement with us that let everyone walk away happy.

October 31, 2019 our bedroom carpet was installed. The quality of the carpeting and pad appear to be very good. However, we have a number of disappointments concerning the installers. No call was made prior to their arrival. They were loud and unprofessional during their brief stay. They left an excessive amount of carpet clippings in the room and all the way out of the house. We were expecting the same professionalism as shown by our salesperson, Julie. Overall we were disappointed by the sloppy workmanship of the installers.

Plain and simple, if you arent a corporate client go somewhere else. The manager Omar doesnt care if projects fall behind for private customers and doesnt strive to make things right. If you do decide to go here, DO NOT GO WITH THE SALES PERSON BY THE NAME OF PIPER!!!! She frankly has no idea what she is doing.

Working with Omar has been a delight! He is very knowledgeable on the products. He has an open mind and helps deciding what will look great! He helped me pick out all of our flooring, carpet in the bedrooms, tile for our shower, and also our back splash in the kitchen! I highly recommend working with him in any future project, as I will be a return customer any time I need anything!

Had hardwood floor and carpet installed, very satisfied with sales people, prompt service, quality of products. However, their installers stole prescription medications from our medicine cabinet in bathroom. Addressed situation with Moline PD, and Carpetland, nothing.!

We have done a carpet replacement through Carpetland, an engineered flooring placement, and had our bathroom remodeled by taking out the tub and putting in a tiled shower with a glass door. Omar has been wonderful to work with at this store, always helpful when we had questions and provided great service. I will always use Carpetland for our flooring, tiling, and remodeling work.

Store was clean, staff greeted us. After allowing us to look a bit, we asked a few questions. We made a decision her explanation for a few of the questions we had were alittle too quick, detailed but quick.

The kindness and knowledge of the staff at Carpetland was excellent. Omar and his staff have helped us so much with choosing what will be best for us and withstand our families needs. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts!

Calm and quiet. Ive gotten a lot of carpet there.

The initial installation was pretty good but it seemed the folks installing the laminate were a bit under qualified. Now Im having trouble getting a prompt (4 days) response to a problem with the laminate dropping or separating from one room to the other. Talked to the store manager today and an appointment is made to see the problem. Just wondering why I had to make a call back 4 days later? We paid significantly more to have underlayment installed to avoid this issue. Just having a hard time understanding why I am subject to returning a call 4 days later?

The last post was from Phil Parsons, not Steven Henrich. I forgot to add one thing. I will pay for the carpeting, even though the installation was poorly done, and I didnt receive all the carpeting I ordered and I had to dispose of the carpeting myself, which they were supposed to do.
