Picked up an online order and looked for another product.Associate told me they didnt have it but looking on my own I was able to find something similar to what I was looking for. Apparently they dont care to help or suggest another product. When I checked out I mentioned to the cashier that I had found it and she didnt seem to care either way.

Wish they offered more products but cant beat thev50% off coupons love it!!! Love you are open and there for me on Sundays unlike hobby lobby

This store is great, and Id give 5 stars if it werent for the high prices. I can almost always find the exact same items much cheaper at Wal-Mart. Joann does have better sales, however, so I only go there for sale items.The employees are very helpful and friendly. They never even get annoyed when my young child gets a little loud or starts crying. Ive never got any dirty looks or rude comments from anyone.Very clean bathrooms, too. That matters. Overall a good place to shop.

So glad theyre finally open. The selection for online ordering is so slim. Everyone was wearing marks, staying apart from one another and all were kind. I thanked numerous employees.

Kind of disappointed... I went with a 50% off one item... Expires on the 24th which is in 3 days and i cant use it because y cant use on sell items and the whole store was on sale

Fabrics for DAYS! They had a very similar selection of merchandise to that of hobby lobby and im pretty confident in saying their prices are generally cheaper which is fantastic because artsy supplies can add up in a hurry.

Not bad prices. Some of the employees are great. A couple employees will treat you poorly if you dont look like you have money.

Very beautiful inventory of items. The pricing seemed high even with discounts and coupons, but I had a pleasant walk through the store.

Shopping experience was ok. I do feel that your prices are high. And have tried several different times to register for your rewards program, with no success. Was not even asked if I would like to register or if I was a member when I checked out. The cashier was also not friendly. Didnt ask if I found everything I needed. Just rang up my purchase, did not even give me my total, nor a Thank you for shopping at your store. This is not a first time issue and is why I do choose to shop at Hobby Lobby most of the time or other places.

They have a nice selection in a small space. However, some of the people working at the fabric cutting area need to learn more about sewing before they are allowed to cut. I am not impressed.

The selection of some fabrics is very limited - such as shirting flannel and other shirting fabrics.

This store is like a small version of Hobby Lobby. They have so much stuff without having to go through a warehouse to find it. I absolutely love their selection. It seems like there is something always on sale up here, so it definitely added more crafts to my list.

Love going to Joanne fabrics. Its just that the majority of the time you cant use coupons cuz they cant be used on sale items. Majority of the store is always on sale!

By far my favorite craft store. Staff is almost always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They also have the best coupon policy and the best selection in most categories compared the other options in this area.

Oh my. Stay away from Joann during Black Friday sales!!! Those ladies who line up outside the store mean business and take no prisoners!!! One gal who helped me at the fabric cutting station was super helpful, the gal the previous night was rude and snarky. I do appreciate that Joann usually has good deals to be found.

The register lady was real helpful. My total to my surprise was $87.00 🤤😲😢 And just as I was going to put some things back. She helped me download the Joann Fab app she collected a few discounts on the app, that I wasnt aware of and I walked out with a much better Total : $omewhere in the ball park of $52.00 ...... I walked out a-Happy-go-lucky. My first time shopping at Joann Fabrics & crafts EVER..........

This is probably my preferred fabric in the QC, make sure to look at which ones have deals. Their crafting stuff is good but limited compared to the Hobby Lobby down the road.

Great coupons this week

The Davenport store was BEYOND outstanding. However, the Moline location had TERRIBLE customer service. From the manager to the associates. The only “reasonable” individual was the cashier and I wasn’t even greeted, but the person in front of me was.VERY DISAPPOINTING AND WILL NOT GO BACK!

Great store for fabrics. The help is not too good. They could use another register open..the wait is too long.

Wish they were a bigger location like Davenport but they have a good selection of crafts and decorating ideas.

Took a knitting class here, it was informative and the girl was friendly and personable.

No one at check out. Had to wait almost 5 min for someone to show up. Had a line waiting by then. Sign over items I purchased said 60% off but when. Got to register full price as sign only applies to certain items next to one I bought. Could not get app I have to work so did not get to use any coupons I had and my $5 discount. This is not the first time this has happened. Do not recommend this store.

Nice big store located in the old Hancock Fabrics building. Lots of selection. No need to drive all the way to Davenport. This store most likely has what you need.

Terrible service. We had blanket material selected and they told me they wouldnt measure it out. They will only cut it off the roll. So say I wanted three blankets of the same pattern they would cut three blankets off but not separate them into equal measurements. We left and did not purchase anything.

Staff very helpful and were Willing to Answer any all questions I asked...they even helped me look for a particular fabric I wanted and it was just before close...they were very friendly and were able to cut fabric to what I needed...Id recommend going here to look for any of your fabric needs

My mother in law made me the best stuff.

Fast friendly service. I know nothing about fabrics however they do. They were fast to help and my entire visit took less than fifteen minutes from door-in to door-out.

I always seem to find what Im looking for or even things I didnt know I needed. I staff is always helpful too.

They are high priced. Didnt have the time to drive 50 miles to a better supplied and reasonable priced store like I normally do.
