Well let me start by saying I was shocked to walk into a gun shop and be told I had to wear a mask. At that point I knew it wasn’t the kind of 2A shop I was going to support. Plain and simple if they bow to that kind of nonsense they’d have no problem giving up my other rights.The few minutes I was in the store they were over priced and didn’t have much of a selection so I’m guessing I didn’t miss out on anything. I’ll move along and buy the gun and supplies I needed across town. Thier loss not mine!

Good prices on ammo, but they really jack up the prices of firearms. Also, that younger kid with the long-ish hair is a total jackass. Hey man, not everyone who goes into the shop wants to hear your (ridiculous) opinions on politics.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff that takes the time to talk to anyone, and explain what might seem obvious. Prices are reasonable and inventory rotation is good. If you’re new to the area or are just starting out, I definitely recommend Called2Arms.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. I’ve been to many gun stores and most have guys who “know it all” and make the customer feel like idiots when they have questions. These guys have always answered my questions and explained their knowledge in detail. I’ve bought 3 guns from them and I plan to continue to bring my business here.

Good shop with fairly good prices. I saw a Remington 700 in .300 RUM that was cheaper in the store than on Gun Broker, especially after adding in the transfer fees and shipping. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Good variety and selection in the store.

Best gun shop in the SF Bay Area. This is one of the few gun shops in the Bay Area that actually gets new inventory for sale. The people that work here are all helpful and friendly. Also, and very important, even though our country is going through a rough patch and gun & ammo inventory is tight EVERYWHERE in the country, the owner of this store does not price gouge. He could easily sell his inventory for 25% over MSRP and still sellout, but he chooses not to. People should remember that should things ever go back to normal.

Great store, EXCELLENT service from a gentleman named Alexjandro who was very knowledgeable, polite and professional. Here from out of town and he helped me get all the gear I needed. I highly recommend this store. Not condescending and disrespectful like most stores Ive been to including the chains who I will not mention but attentive and respectful. I even witnessed a 70 plus year old lady buying her first gun and the staff was very patient with her. 5 star gun store !!

Almost had 5 stars, the only issue was getting one slug with defense rounds. If I could attach a picture. I hate paying for defense rounds and getting range ammo. Everything else was superb.

New to firearms, I inherited a Smith & Wesson .22 LR and wanted information on how to transfer the gun in my name and apply for a concealed carry permit. Everyone in there was very helpful and were able to give me ample information while being easy to talk to. I ended up getting certified in gun safety while I was in and they gave me the transfer paper work for the gun. Overall great experience, I would recommend highly.

I bought 500 rounds of 40 caliber reloaded ammo from these guys. It’s been difficult to find ammo, so I thought I’d give it a try. About 1 out of 10 shells wouldn’t eject properly. A little over a hundred rounds into my range time I heard a strange sound, so I stopped shooting and discovered a slug stick about 2 mm into my barrel. Apparently the bullet had a primer but not enough powder to push it out of the barrel. Good thing I didn’t try to fire the next round. That could have ended badly. I called and asked if I could get a partial refund and they weren’t as helpful as they were when they initially sold me the bad ammo. Long story short, don’t trust their reloads, and don’t expect a refund if their products don’t live up to minimal expectations. Lesson learned. Btw, you can get GOOD factory ammo at Bass Pro for LESS than they charged for their reloads, so take the extra 15 minute drive and save yourselves any potentially dangerous hassles.

5 weeks ago I had a lower receiver delivered so I went in a few days later to start the paperwork and was told that I would be contacted after they had received it. After hearing nothing for two weeks I sent them an email and was contacted shortly after that it had been there the whole time. I went in a few days after that to do paperwork/dros. 4 days after that I was called and told that the employee that did my paperwork didnt catch that the address on my ID and the address I had written were different so the dros had to be resubmitted. I was not told that I would need to bring in a current proof of residence. I went in today to pick up my receiver and, after all the paperwork was done, had to provide proof. Thankfully I had proof on me. On top of everything, I got in my car three times to leave, but each time I got a call from an employee telling me there was something else I needed to sign. I will not be coming back here.

I called them to pick their brain about California gun laws because Im moving there from Hawaii and they were the most helpful and gave me more information than I could ask for and forever grateful so I can comply with California gun laws. If you order a lower they will only charge you $25 instead of the usual $50. Full of great people and features an autograph MAGA hat by the president himself.

Amazing gun store with awesome customer service. They aren’t pushy for you to buy a gun and are more than happy to answer your questions. They also have some the best prices around so that is very welcoming. Recently bought a howa .308 from them and I know where to go for future purchases.

My gun purchase was a great experience, they were nice and informative yet my consignment experience was a total waste of time and money. They didnt explain the process properly and made me loose a lot of money. When I ask a simple question the guy responded arrogantly and left me standing their someone else had to come by and told me to have a nice day. I understand its a business im not an idiot but if the process would have been explained proprerly I wouldnt have gonne thru with the sale. Overall I will never do a consignment again and will look for another store for my gun and ammo!

Outstanding customer service. My brother and I came in today on April 14th so we could look at a few california approved guns. (My brother who came out of state to mabye purchase a handgun here in California, from idaho.) Several weeks ago I was in the area and decided to stop by this shop to look around. The first thing I noticed is how clean the store looked and was looking around when I saw a few buckmarks for sale. I had just picked up my buckmark and asked if they had any magazines. They did sure enough and it was cheaper then any I found online. The woman who helped me was very kind and when I mentioned that I picked up the buckmark she brought up that there was a rebate for when I purchased it. She explained the rebate and even printed it out for me! I just got my $50 rebate check today so thank you very much Called2arms for your great customer service!
