To start off with, Ive been fine embroidered items for well over 10 years now. I tried VP because they were local and answered my questions in a timely manner. Not timely actually instantly! Aside from that they took my items in the same day, and began working on them the following couple days. These guys have done a ton of stuff for our small business. We have always been impressed by the job they do, as well as the customer service they provide. One time we called for a last minute order while we were in a time crunch and the owner of the company, Victor, drove 2 hours to hand deliver our products so we would get them in time. We didnt even pay extra for that or shipping at all for that matter.
