Best box lunch location I’ve ever been at . Staff is so friendly and helpful. During pop drops this location keeps order by giving ya a ticket as proof of ya waiting in line . Ty guys

Came in tonight and the two workers kept watching me and my sister. One of them asked us if we needed help finding anything literally twice! If I needed help finding anything after the first time you asked me, then I would come and find you! And you wouldn’t be difficult to find since you’re standing in such close proximity watching us the whole time. The other worker was following us around, trying to be discreet, but it wasn’t working for her. I kept my cool about it. But I shouldn’t have to feel uncomfortable looking at things that I might possibly buy. They didn’t even ask anyone else in the store if they needed help finding anything. Just us black people. DO BETTER!!

Too expensive! Well maybe because Im always on a budget and this store isnt my thing. My kid loved everything in there. They usually have good back to school sales.

They had a cool star wars podracing shirt but it broke my heart to see that it was almost $40. Hopefully im not as poor in the future.

Interesting selection however the prices are a bit high for what you get.

1/12/2021I went to purchase an item. The sales associate was on her cell phone and not helping me when I was standing in frontof the counter for several minutes. When I did finally get some help they passed me on to a register in the mall. The register didnt work correctly. Then I was told to go inside and get rung up by the sales associate on the cell phone. I was extremely unsatisfied with the customer service at vintage fair mall in Modesto. The 1 star was for the kind guy at the door. Thanks dude for acknowledging and being polite to the customers.

Really cool pop culture store, like a hot topic that specialized in nostalgia. Wide variety of products, clothing, trinkets, candy, collectibles. Always worth a look.

I was out of state and a friend took my daughter to the mall. My daughter has her own ATM card and the clerk at the store made her feel so small. She was told she was way too young to use her card and they cant allow her to use it without a school ID. My daughter was so embarrassed by the way she was treated she just wanted to leave the store. My friend ended up paying for the item she wanted, but I am very upset she was treated this way in the first place. If you do not have a system that uses cards with PIN numbers, this should have been what was explained in a kind manner. Honestly this experience has put a bad taste in my mouth for your company!

Is one of the most items you can find to. Well helped n friendly. Could find what you need too. Variable prices too. Very friendly as well. Keep up the good job.

Its similar to hot topic. They have really cool stuff but no Doctor Who merchandise so they only get 4 stars.

My only problem is how unresourceful/unfamiliar the employees are with the merchandise. Like anime characters/product. For a while I was wanting to buy the Ein corgi plushy/pillow from cowboy bebop. And they had it here at the very top shelf to the ceiling. I wasnt able to confirm or get a good look at the corgi from the floor so I asked a girl employee if that was the corgi from cowboy and she said no.. thats a regular corgi. And I trusted her word and just didnt think twice. Eventually I wanted it so bad that I went the next time and asked someone to get it down and it turned out to be the corgi from cowboy. I spent sometime trying to buy it somewhere else and just was growing a suspicion that the girl just was lazy and didnt want to check for me. So I finally got it weeks later and just started not trusting the employees word. For the 40% of the time they know what an item is/character but alot of the time they have a blank face or just dont do anything proactive to help.

Love buying GOT stuff here! They have all kinds of your favorite movie and tv show merch.

I got a giftcard for here and Ive been wanting things from here forever, and it was hecka cool when I got the chance to buy something
