When in there this evening and the young lady by the name of Christina was a big big help! She was knowledgeable, funny and had a great positive attitude!!!

I met you where my husband worked, he was a bartender named Mike. He was also called Major. I just wanted you to know he passed away on the sixth of this momth from Pancreatic Cancer. He never told the people that came in that you would stop in and have drinks, he respected your privacy,, that was one of the things I admired about him.

I went to this store to buy a Christmas gift for my mom she didn’t like the shoes so I went in to return them but couldn’t. I dislike that they never gave me a paper recet and supposedly I was going to get it in my email never did now I’m stuck with some shoes I don’t like

This was a very nice store and I would recommend to anyone thinking about going to this location, they have grate costumer service and have grate pricing on their products. Overall, that is a good location compared to many others

I will never ever shop here again under any circumstance. I bought a pair of uggs for a Christmas gift and I bought the wrong size. I drove 30min back to journeys to get the correct size and they didnt have it. They ordered me the correct size to be shipped to my house. When it arrived it was a faded, dusty, used scuffed up pair. It turns out the kid who sent me the shoes sent an old floor model. Who the hell in their right mind sends out a used pair of shoes that have been worn by hundreds of customers. That is disgusting! I paid over two hundred dollars for a used pair of shoes that should only be sold at a 60% off discount. Long story short I tried to return them again and they said I cant because I dont have the original receipt well, it turns out they kept the original receipt and never stapled the original to the new copy. I called corporate and they can send a new pair but Ill have to wait until a week after I need them. Thx for ruining Christmas Journeys. By the way it was the Modesto ca location and the idiots at the Stockton CA location that put me through this bs. Take my word for it and dont shop with this merchant. Try a more established trustworthy company because journeys is not it...

😊3 things I Dont like--Wish they had more sales, $20 bucks off is NOT a sale & Can ya Plz have more womens (CUTE) shoes in larger (10,11,12,etc) sizes!😀Other then that; lov the selections, lov the colors, lov the styles & lov the flexibility payment plans.😁Nice to have options!!

Prices reasonable. Friendly and informative staff

The staff were very helpful and attentive, however, it is hard to not feel pressured into buying extra things as they are constantly attempting to make an extra sale off of you.
