I suggest you guys don’t come here… Horrible service! The old lady (in her 40s) in front with heavy make up is so rude and has the worst customers service. Idk how she still has a job there? Didn’t welcome my family in the store. All the girls just do is talk and didn’t ask if we need help with anything. Only 2 young guys there were helpful but when we change our mind on wanting something the old lady flip and said she has better things to do then waste her time. Who talks to they’re staff and customers like that? We felt so unwelcome and I gave this place a second chance but the old lady still has a really bad attitude.

The owner is so bad they literally don’t let you try on the cloths and have really bad attitude don’t come here they have really bad customer service what can you expect from the owner it says it all👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 They have a lot of imitation as well

Very disappointed with the customer service at this store, I bought a pair of boots from them(expensive boots might I add) but the store did not have them in stock they had to order them online, the boots did not arrive in time for my event which the store had assured me they would and to top it off the store manager was rude and aggressive with me when I asked why the boots had not arrived on time. She told me to drive back to the store which is 40min away from where I live and that they would give me my money back. After all these weeks of waiting and a couple of hundred dollars later this is how they treat me. I am flabbergasted at how this business operates

My husband and I had a great experience at this store. We were shopping for my nephews son who is turning 3 and loves horses and cowboys. They were very helpful, and we walked out with boots, a belt and a hat! Very fun experience.

I really liked this store. I bought my nephew his 1st cowboy hat and they had a huge selection. They were also very helpful in making my selection.

Amazing selection of American and Mexican western wear. Friendly and courteous staff. Great place to go if your wanting to get your duds freshened up!

They are SUPER PRICEY... there quality isnt the best. For example a guayabera cost $50 at there store, $20 at the flea market SAME BRAND .. too too pricey.. there getting 2 starz only for the fact that they where nice to me when i went other besides that THERE PRICEY AND THEY ALMOST NEVER HAVE MY SZ IN ANYTHING cmon now..

Worst service ever! No sizes and no Cashback. They dont tell you their policy till after you pay then say its your fault because you should of read the signs. Yet their store is full of signs. They give you no return options and I had to pay more than the original price to even get the same item exchanged. They have no idea what good customer service is. Their items are cheap and overpriced for what they try to pull off as quality. Never buying here again.

I was in there for about 10 minutes trying out some guayaberas and out of the blue the owner tells me... when you decide what you want come back... he kick me out of his store... I cant buy something without trying it out.

Worst store Ive ever frequented. Worst service Ive ever received in my life. Literally kicked out for browsing the store. The owner is very patronising and offensive! You are not buying? Then leave! If you look their store up on the internet, other people have had the same complaint. It seems like the owner doesnt understand what the retail experience entails. They sell overpriced, cheap Mexican goods. Im surprised these guys are still in business. You would be better off going somewhere else than give these horrible people your hard earned money.

My wife and I went to buy my wife was looking at some shoes I was looking at one of the vendors asked me if she could help me I told her that I was no longer seeing and ran me instead told me that if I was not going to buy anything that having to leave gives me place is the first time that they treat me so very bad attention rude unreal mind nothing professional I told my wife that they left the shoes we did not leave immediately I do not recommend this place for anything in the world
