Never take your high end car there took my c63 for two rear tires mount off replaced with new tires careless workers chipped whole chunk off paint on wheels trying denying was loyal customer never going back again

We do almost all of our own car repairs and maintenance ourselves but when we are too busy or dont want to deal with it the only place I trust to do quality work at a fair price is $300 Tire. TJ is wonderful to work with . They are fast, friendly, fair and provide quality service. I also trust them with my WORK TRUCK maintenance and tire needs. I love doing business local.

The cheapest in town, great personal staff, very friendly, had no problem getting ahold of prices when I called b4 I came, got my car right into working on it as soon as I pulled in the parking lot, great service, and no problem paying for the bill as the worked on it so I can get back to business when there are done! This shop deserves zero star. I always trusted reviews about business, but this time was different. Do not go to Paradise Tire on McHenry Ave, Modesto, CA for any car service. This place is a nightmare with poor customer service and unqualified mechanics. I went there to get alignment done on my car. I saw two mechanics walking In the shop parking lot doing nothing. They did not attend to my needs. When I found the owner, he told me to wait outside. After some time waiting, I was approach by one of the shop mechanic wearing dirty and soak in oil robe. He asked for my key to my car. I offer to pull my car from parking space to the station on which he loudly replied, I don’t have to do your allignment. I asked to cover my car seat to which he yelled at me and start laughing. He was not wearing a face covering or follow COVID 19 precaution. He said he never covers nobody car seat and always drive customer car in dirty robe. I did not give him my car key and went to the office to tell the owner about this incident. The owner did not offer any apology and ignored my complain. I have never been treated so badly like In this shop. Finally, I will be contacting state Customer service soon.

Stay away. Their tire balancing machine is not calibrated. I put 4 new tires and they failed to balance twice. I took it to Americas Tires and they fixed it for free.
Please please stay away from this shop. They have mentally ill technicians. I got 4 new tires installed and balanced. But when I hit the freeway my car steering wheel started vibrating. After doing my own search I noticed that my tires are over pressured and unbalanced. So, I took it to them the next day and after a rude welcome and long wait time and the argument with the mentally ill guy called-Peng they checked the tire balance and there was no sign of balance. So they rebalanced.Not sure if this is going to work. That being said, Please pay a little more and get serviced in a professional place. You deserve better!

It was pouring down rain. Im visiting loved ones for the holidays. I go to leave for the next gathering and theres a flat tire on the drivers side of my car. I live 70 miles away. Im a little woman and I was alone. These men were exceptionally fast and efficient. Gave me a price I still cant believe. I truly recommend.

So I came and told them I lost my key to my wheel locks and they were able to help me out. They took it off and replaced them as well with regular lug nuts. They gave me a great deal for 4 brand new tires for only $240. Great customer service as well! I would highly recommend this place!

Sold me OUT OF ROUND TIRES, I can’t drive over 65 without the steering wheel shaking. I know they are out of round because after noticing I couldn’t drive over 65, went to a professional tire shop Mcoy tire off of McHenry and they had showed me how all 4 are out of Round.

We have great respect for this place. Our tires are rare to find and we were able to find the one we needed for a great price! Well we were always calling every week to see if they had our tires in again but it just didnt seem like they would ever get them. We felt SOL cuz NO ONE carries them around here. So today we called and the man said he would try to get some off the truck today, and to come by later . Well my husband went by and they were very generous of the prices for very great tires. And we only need one more now. Thank you for going over and beyond for us and our car. We will always come back ! Highly recommend this place .

This place is great i went here to get my car aligned after doing a bunch of suspension work, they got everything back within spec. And also adjusted my camber Which is somthing other places didnt even bother with unless i asked them to adjust it and even then would not get it right, i cant speak on anything oher than the alignments but i would def. recommend this place to anyone, they got the work done right and the price was very reasonable.
