This Walmart gets 5 stars because they have my favorite popcorn and Soylent Green. Soylent Green in assorted flavors. But they dont seem to carry the people flavored variety, yet.

The staff are always so friendly and helpful. I have never met anyone there who didn’t have a smile on their face and greeted me. I will say recently they must have gotten new people working in the back with food prep. The last several times I’ve gone back to get a southwest chicken wrap they’ve either have been missing ingredients or are just a complete mess. I love the place anyways though!

Called ahead to ask if their roasted chickens where available yet (11:00 am) and the girl in the deli said she would ask, I heard her ask in the background and someone said yes they were. So I drive down there and there were none and they were just getting equipment ready. They havent even loaded them in for roasting yet. Why would you flat out lie to a customer? Wal Mart is very quickly loosing my business! Between the unhelpful, rude employees to the filthy stores! Get it together Walmart!!

The store on north 84th they are so much more friendly than the north 27th store and very helpful

The associates are very kind and courteous. I asked for double-bagging at checkout and the lady associate did so and although it may of taken a few extra seconds to do so I was very pleased by her doing so and with a smile on her face. She did an excellent job.🤗

A decent Walmart. Not the easiest to navigate and the not be time has there not been someone watching as you leave for theft prevention. Almost to the extent that make you feel uncomfortable. But its understandable.

Wow. Really disappointed in this store being as there are limitations on places to shop in town. Shelves are bare, inventory limited and the store is unkempt and lacking sufficient staff to even get stock out to shelves (that is, if there is any). Will likely go to Columbia to shop. Its worth the trip!

Todays bi-weekly trip was at a VERY busy store. It went so smoothly I barely noticed though. (I always take a list) The cashier I always look for first is Jan. Jan is always so pleasant, professional, consistent and Ive never found an error when I inventory my purchases at home after going through her line.

You are on your own at Moberly Walmart. If you cant find something just keep looking, there arent enough employees to help you. There are usually only 3 or 4 checkout Lanes open so your best bet is the self checkout but there is usually a line there also.

They helped me carry my Christmas tree while my husband pushed me in my wheelchair

Lines where all the way in the womens clothing. I called a manager and asked if they could open more lanes. And she told me they didnt have anybody to open any more. Come on its a week before school opens. Schedule more help

I would rather drive 30 minutes and have quality products. Also a real cashier would be nice....this store is one of the worst Wal-Mart stores!!

I just dont understand why there are more managers then cashiers...i ALWAYS have to wait in a long line for the 1 cashier out of 20 cashier lines while watching customer service employees standing around in big groups. No wonder their prices have to keep going up to pay managers to watch A CASHIER do her job

The cashier I had today was extremely patient with me. I thought I had enough cash for my purchase but it turned out I didnt and I had to use the abundant amount of change I had to pay for part of the items. Which was $4 in change and none of it was in quarters, dimes and nickels 👍 Awesome customer service.

The Pharmacy has the best employees.

Great place to shop, typical Wal-Mart with lots of selection. They allow truck parking so that was a big plus.

I ran out of my medication, my blood pressure was extremely high. I moved my prescription from another state to this location. The pharmacy jumped on it and within 45 minutes my prescription was filled. 9 medications in total. Thank you for your professionalism and care.

One of the better DC does Ive been to the staff was friendly and willing to help if you need it doesnt really take that long to get unloaded or it hasnt been the times Ive been there

Out of stock items all over the place. Only great value brand available. Store was a mess! Where are the stockers and clean up crew!

This store is poorly stocked and always has pallets of unopened boxes waiting to be stocked in the aisles. Associates are hard to find and there is rarely more than 1-2 check out lanes open.

When youre in the road and the winds blowing ya around & ya need break theres almost always a walmart to stop and be still at til the road calls ya back! Safe travels everyone

Management at this particular location is an absolute joke! CSM Cheryl is the rudest and most bitter person in that store. Be prepared for long lines at self checkout as there may only be 2-3 registers open at all times, unless it’s Black Friday and you’re lining their pockets. They may have a couple more open. Most employees are friendly and helpful. Overall mostly bad experiences for YEARS here and would recommend shopping somewhere else if possible by driving to Columbia. Or anywhere else!

The Walmart in Moberly is horrible, you cant find half the items you came in for.The shelves are not stocked, the isles are full of merchandise . Did they do away with the night stockers? If so it was a very dumb move !! It looks like a second rate junk store.I hope they are proud of their shiny floor, because thats all theyve got going for them in their favor.

This particular Walmart supercenter has really helpful people. The store is always clean. Prices are better than some Walmarts believe that or not. Easy access from Highway 63 north or south. Store manager is very visible and you can see her work with her team in the store all the time. She helps the community a great deal I recommend that you shop at this Walmart. The only drawback is the reason for the four star rating,never enough cashiers.

We dont have very many choices on where we can shop. This Walmart is very clean, some of the employees are super nice. I just wish that they stayed open 24 hours.

3.9 rating is justified. A bit different layout, but nothing confusing...I mean, its a Walmart. Inside lighting made it appear darker than usual, but still, its a good Walmart. I do recommend.

Frustrated to see products completely switched around n some workers unsure of the product relocation area. Just seems inconvenient for the shoppers . Checkout went well n attendant was very nice which made my shopping experience just great

From the fact that employees are taking pictures of customers to make fun of them over Facebook is unprofessional. The employee should feel ashamed.

We can usually always find what we need at a reasonable price and the staff is helpful.

I find everything that I need and want. Love this place.

They are cleaning the carts with cleaning spray instead of us having to touch the bottle to get a wipe out. Also they are not being so pushy with the masks because its only a recommendation not law, but truthfully wearing a mask helps keep your face warmer during the cold- by helping you not get sick by the cold or any nasty virus bugs. They also changed their entire store to make the isles a little wider for better social distancing and rearranged everything to make shopping faster to get in and out quickly.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this super center! I am handicap and on full time oxygen and as soon as I came into the store I was informed that I would have to use a regular shopping cart because the handicap carts where all in use or out of order. The store was unbearably hot but still had to grab some essentials since I had to drive forty miles just to get to a Walmart so that it wasnt a wasted trip. This was Saturday the 24th I ended up spending two days in bed due to heat exhaustion. I just wish Walmart would pay a little closer attention to shoppers with disabilities as Walmart personnel walked right by me when I would stop to try and get my breath and keep from passing out! I will still have to do business with this store as I have little choice due to surviving below the poverty line but Im no longer happy about it!

I hate the new self checkouts! I notice the prices have not changed to reflect me working there! I intend to shop elsewhere whenever I can and when I have to I will buy less and go through the 2 lanes where we still have checkers or order online which means no more impulse buying.

Was not busy. So only having two check-outs was not too bad 😩

As usual, all handicap carts are unknown places, broken or uncharged.I have neck and spine injuries with a lot of nerve damage and 4 lungdiseases. Why does Wal-Mart pay so little attention to the disabled?Going to call the BIG office.

Consistently out of lots of items, having been waiting for some dishes to restock for two months now All department shelves are skimpy.

I drive a semi and they allowed me to shop for supplies. Not many places let drivers park anymore. I couldnt spend the night which was fine but I really needed food and dog supplies. Im grateful.

I went to walmart yesterday and bought a rotisserie chicken I went and got it out to have for supper last night and it was still raw inside and bleeding

5 star on the curbside pick-up! Staff that brings to car are masked, very friendly and load groceries properly. Bread on top and not smashed! Fresh produce just as Id choose. Saves time and keeps me on track with only items on list. Kudos to Wal-Mart for the service. Hope Wal-Mart continues curb-side indefinitely.

Nice store, helpful associates but so much moved during remodeling its still difficult to find items. Many shelves were empty of what we wanted...not sure what the problem is. Very frustrating to see people not wearing a mask OR wearing it improperly exposing their nose. It seems the store no longer requires masks!

Remodeling again! No one can find anything there and before employees are just as confused as the rest of us! Dont let them fool you for a moment! They make it to where you have to walk through every part of the store to get the few things you need so that you will find other things to buy. It is a sales tactic not something they are trying to do for peoples safety or convenience!

Found everything I was looking for, shelves are well stocked. Store was clean & cashier was friendly.

Numerous out of stock items. Top shelves piled with variety of items but only 1 or 2 single items. They were unorganized. Floors had wet spots with no signs. Very dirty under shelves. Prices missing on numerous items throughout store. Dying plants. Numerous young female staff grouped togeather visiting. When asked a couple staff members where items were located...I dont know was there response and off they went.Dont have to shop there and more than likely will drive farther somewhere else or order online!

Everyone who works there is friendly and will help you with a smile, 99% of the time. Theres always one no matter where you shop. Anyways, I enjoy shopping there.

Staff were helpful and wearing masks properly. Shoppers, however, were about 50% unmasked, and inconsiderate enough to crowd you at checkout. I felt unsafe; we got in and got out as quick as we could.

Had to walk up and down almost every aisle! Stuff moved to where I had to ask where things were located! A 1 hour trip(usually) took me over 2 hours! Thats why I only shop Walmart every 3 or 4 months! Very tiring!!

Small towns should not have Walmart distribution centers. They dont have parking available for the trucks delivering to them. Parked at the store but some loser came and told me he felt like asking me to leave the private property. Hope they close the DC and store end jobs in this small town then no trucks will need to park here to bring these people anything anymore. Walmart should do something in these small towns to provide parking for deliveries. If not all truckers should stop delivery to these places with no parking, especially where you get harassed for parking. Empty shelves will look better.

We appreciate and have much enjoyed the online ordering and pickup service, and hope it will be continued after the pandemic is past.

Google says Im popular. I dont know about all that. But what I do know are Walmart stores. And this ones one of my faves. Aside from the confusing truck entrance behind the DG next door. Truck drive is pretty wide. 4 grocery docks and 3 GM docks. And no access to the customer parking area is a plus, less hazards behind the store. Good store to take a 10 hour DOT break at!

Im a truck driver and am so thankful to be able to grocery shop here because there are not many other stores nation wide i can fit my truck into. Its a shame that other drivers out here are trashing these walmarts up and causing tension between walmart and us drivers. I totally get why walmarts are not allowing drivers to stay over night. PLEASE DONT CUT US OFF FROM SHOPPING. There are alot of repectful drivers still out here. We sacrifice alot to be out here for months at a time away from our families delivering goods to the nation.

They remodeled..now the isles are to narrow and they moved everything so you cant find what you need..its chaos..they should have just made the store bigger instead of mashing us in there..
